“I was very impressed! Great seasonal cider with quite a few varieties. I recommend their Jack O Lantern Cider and Rhubarb wine. They had a fried chicken food truck that was "farm to food truck." We loved the two massive fire pits on the property- kept us there for hours!“

“Absolutely great stop! incredible customer service, we were greeted right away when we walked in and Mike was very helpful. He explained the daily sandwich specials and even showed us the preparation of each grinder before he wrapped it! Delicious selection of homemade italian sweets and pastries. We will be back soon!“

“Our favorite brewery to go to in the entire State of Connecticut. The beers are always rotating with various selections, and all taste great. The tap room is an awesome place to hang out and meet friends, and the staff is the friendliest and most knowledgeable we have met. The location in downtown Chester is very neat and the brewery is surrounded by different types of restaurants for all kinds of appetites. Highly recommend this small Brewery for a once in a lifetime experience.“
“Wonderful craft beers and ciders are only the first attribute of Stubborn Beauty. The knowledgeable and kind staff make one feel welcome at their beautiful facility in a former 19th century brick factory building. You can BYOF takeout of choice to enjoy with their drinks either inside the brewery or at one the many picnic tables on their elegant outdoor terrace. This is a great place to hold functions like parties, fundraising galas, etc.“
