If your looking for the best craft beer/brewery in Connecticut look no further. This is the best by a mile. My go to every time I visit CT.“

“I was so excited to see vegan listings on the website but unfortunately they did not have any vegan ice cream. My husband is not vegan and was able to get some and said that it was good but a bit expensive. Cash only and an ATM on site. Parking lot is a good size. Hopefully they will have vegan options at aome point when we are in the area again!“

Very casual atmosphere and superb customer service. We were able to sit, relax, and enjoy a couple of beers. On nice days there's lots of outdoor seating too so good for small and big groups. Also, lots of parking spaces.“

“I was so excited to go to Sweet P's during our trip to Essex, especially after hearing they use Ashley's ice cream! We were greeted so kindly! I ordered lemon graham and salted caramel on a waffle cone. Both flavors were amazing, but man, was that lemon something special! We really enjoyed everything! “We have been coming to David's place for a long time - usually very good. This time (7/23) was not the greatest. Ordered sea food salad roll toasted. It was not toasted and they have changed the sea food salad since last month. It was really good before - now it's more "Stop and Shop" type salad with big chunks. Before it was chopped up small and had a delicious taste. Also the chips were obviously the "bottom of the bag" ones. Sorry - just disappointed. We drove quite a few miles to eat there.“
