Maria's selection of panini are all delicious, most of them are made on phenomenal focaccia. And of course there is a full café with all of her pastries and Italian treats. “Our wedding venue uses DiMare Pastry Shop to provide the wedding cake on the day off. The tasting process was seamless and communication was terrific. We went with the Biscoff flavor and guests are still raving about it over 6 months later. I never knew people paid so much attention to the wedding cake! Could not have been happier with the cake and service.“
“It was a Monday like a Sunday since it was a holiday. Quiet. I pass it every morning but never see a spot. Today easy peasy -there was no one on the road at 8:30 am. So I went in and did two things I would not ordinarily do. Ordered a delicious latte and a pastry!! The guy who took my order was sweet and had perfect recommendations. I wanted to sit inside but I didn’t want to be alone. I sat in my car and held the cup in my hands and inhaled the aroma while I thought to myself. Next time I’ll come with a friend. Jennifer was great and recommended great things to us. She was on top of us the whole time and made us feel well taken care. Food and drinks were amazing. Everyone super friendly.“
“I have to say, this place has improved significantly since my sporadic visits.. usually months apart. I made it clear that on previous visits, some of the toppings were still cold. So, our pizza were nice and crispy this time! Overall, my friend and I appreciate that they packed on the toppings. It tasted pretty fresh. Maybe we'll come here more often.“

That beautiful creation is a egg/cream/Gruyere custard with copious amounts of shallots and bacon, in a pie crust. So, what is it here? It's more like a Spanish Tortilla - an egg pie, a dense one. To my palate, it was undersalted, and despite some ham and bacon, and red pepper, it had no flavor, but that's easily fixed. Seemed to have no cheese at all, a signature of a true quiche.Another fine item is their in-house baguette. I recommend it.They deserve your business.If the ownee decides to go for it and make a real Quiche Lorraine, I will drive up from New York City to try it. Owner, let me know!!“
“I can not say enough about this place. The food was incredibly fresh with a lot of amazing options. They had a lot of different things that I would never think to put on my salad. The owner Jamie explained everything that he was doing step by step and offered his advice. They have so many options. I personally don’t like anything spicy but they have something for everyone. I had salmon, shrimp with avacado, corn, pinapple, mango with an avacado crème sauce, it was delectable. It’s healthy and the taste is amazing and my meal even came with a little dole whip of coconut and vanilla to clean my palate. Will be returning.“
