“What a great spot! Bartenders were extremely attentive. I had mentioned that I had seen a bathtub drink in previous reviews - but they were no longer offering it, however they made it for me anyway! I thought that was very nice. My friend and I loved our drinks. We also ordered food - it isn’t made on site but we were very happy with what we got (truffle fries, mozzarella, artichoke bites) . We would love to come again. Thanks for everything !”

“My son and I went today for lunch. I have been wanting a pistachio martini since I saw it made from the happy bartender with the huge smile. I didn’t get her name but see her on the Christos fb videos. Did not disappoint was delicious. She is a great bartender and a wonderful waitress l. We sat in the bar area and it was enjoyable as it wasn’t loud and the table gave us plenty of room for our meal. Brussels Sprouts were delicious as always I had a Cajun wrap and my son had a huge salad loaded with chicken and avocado 🥑 I remember Christos when it was in the plaza and the food never disappoints. I also enjoy the daily family specials text to me. If you haven’t signed up to get the daily specials text to you do it. So many great meals to pick up and bring home. There’s two different specials. Every day lunch and dinner. Give Christos a try if you haven’t been you won’t be disappointed. I live in West Haven but my son is lucky enough to live in North Haven and pick up from Christos on his way home from Westport.”

We ordered the “Vito” swapping chicken out for tofu & the “Cypress Garden” sandwiches… both were delicious. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. One was $10 the other $12 & this price even included choice of side: pasta salad, apple or chips. We chose the lemon basil pasta salad & it was just as delicious as the sandwich’s. We got the Scoopys Truck for our daughter’s birthday party as she loves their ice cream. It was a huge hit with everyone there and as always the service was great!! It has plenty of fresh vegetables, is not salty at all like many others are, (my feeling on salt is that you can always add more but cannot extract it), and comes with saltine crackers and a spoon (I did not need the spoon as this was my maiden voyage for my new soup spoon)!”

“We were traveling for work and the hotel suggested we check out Pig Rig. We were not disappointed! The BBQ baked beans were awesome. It is kind of unfair to just call them baked beans, there is so much going on that it could be the entree by itself. Whatever you get make sure that bbq baked beans is one of them. The brisket is shredded not sliced and I loved it (6) different sauces and they are all great. The food was awesome and the staff were just as great! The owners were super friendly and I will definitely be returning. Hidden gem in CT for sure!”

“Can’t even believe how Abe from this restaurant spoke to me! I ordered a pizza for my kids and it came without sauce and when I called to explain, it was nothing but RUDENESS! He had the audacity to tell me I had to apologize to him and his counter girl before he would replace. He told me he didn’t care if he lost a customer, I had no idea who he was. He hung up on me and when I called back and asked for the owner to explain he started yelling and had his employees in the background yelling he was the boss and I had no idea who I was talkin to and I should find out before talking to him and hung up on me again! I called the Milford location and asked who the owner was, his name is OZ and he sounded like this was certainly not the 1st time he had a complaint. He apologized over and over but honestly I cannot believe the things he said! SMH worst customer service EVER GHETTO!!!!!”

“Elizabeth's Bakery now has some GF items. Today I tried their GF blueberry muffin & brownie. The muffin is amazing! It didn't taste GF at all. Lots of blueberries, not overly sweet like some GF baked goods; great texture -not gummy at all; and a wonderfully big muffin like it's gluten containing counterpart. The brownie is soooo fudge! It is not gummy at all. Tastes just like a gluten containing brownie (well at least what I remember them tasting like). These are so much better than any GF brownie mix & better than any recipe I have made at home. It's been years since I have been able to purchase a great tasting GF item at a bakery. Thanks Elizabeth's Bakery for including a few GF items on your menu.”

“Honest to God great people here. I've been ordering from here for years, the customer service has never been bad. Sometimes the guys behind the counter can get a little overwhelmed from a busy day, but you could say the same about every working human on Earth.

Food is great, but I recommend sticking to their namesake. Fries are good, sandwiches are fine, but their wings are great. My very picky wife, and at least 4 of my friends all agree with me that these guys sell great wings. I keep bringing people there to prove to myself that I'm not crazy lol”

“My husband and I ordered a pizza to go from Carini’s for the first time under their new management. We ordered the Smog pizza. It had sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions as toppings. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It had just the right amount of mozzarella. The sausage was so tasty and the mushrooms, onions, and peppers were fresh and cooked perfectly. Having grown up in New Haven, I loved that the crust was on the thinner side. I highly recommend Carini’s! We look forward to ordering more pizza or stopping in for dinner some night!”

I've gotten different protein bowls from them one I made myself and their special miso salmon. Both are so good and no matter who makes it, it is delicious and I enjoy getting it. After finishing my meal I am satisfied and the amount of rice mix with everything else is amazing. I also love going to the store and seeing the bowl made in front of me knowing the items are fresh and new everyday. I love this place and enjoy every bite of my bowls”
