And then there is the food. I was brought back to my grandmother's cooking. Mind you, she is from Italy. The portions were large and, i are everything (i shouldn't have but, i couldn't stop). And then the desert, and I ate all of that as well. Would i recommend her? Well, I would almost consider not cooking and just eating here.”

Only been here three times in the past 6 months but each time, they’ve been friendly, well spoken, and super helpful which is seems to be rare nowadays. And today’s visit was no different. It is because of the employees that when my kids are having a craving for McDonald’s, I will go out of my way to stop by this one. “Two to three Sundays of every month we eat at Latin Grill with a small group after church. There is never a wait, we always have fast and friendly service and the food is delicious. We especially love their Cafe con leche. My favorites are their baked chicken with yellow rice and black beans, their salmon, and their grouper bites. One of our Favorite places to eat.”

“I've been going to this discount bakery for over 10 years. This is where I get all my bread. Prices are about 1/2 what grocery stores charge, BUT most of it is either at or close to expiration. I have a large freezer so I buy for that. The best deal is the $2.00 Dave's products. I've seen them as much as $5.00 in the supermarkets. Flowers is one of the largest bakery corporations. They own Nature's Own, Tastycake, Wonder, Daves, etc. If you have a sweet tooth, the price on Tastycake products cant be beat. Sometimes, they are 2 for $5.00 or $2.00 a box. And they are pretty much the same as off the grocery shelf. I've bought boxes of cupcakes, donut sticks, and every kind of cake and they last weeks. Even if you only need a loaf of bread or two, it's worth going here. You will save money.”

We ordered salmon and a t-bone steak along with loaded baked potatoes. The broccoli with my salmon was cooked flawlessly. We also ordered the chicken wings, macaroni and cheese, and the chocolate cake for dessert. The bill came out to around 120 bucks including tip.”

The oxtail was so tender and full of flavor, and the sides were perfect — collard greens, cheesy mac and cheese, and a corn muffin on the side. And I can’t forget her amazingly viral lemonade tea — it was SO good! Dessert was the red velvet cake, and it tasted like it was fresh out the oven. On top of the food, Mz. “I stopped by the Island Chew Tasty Food truck for some delicious Jamaican cuisine, which was stationed at the Brandon food truck park. I ordered goat curry and jerk chicken, both served with rice, cabbage, and plantains. The owner and chef, who was friendly, managed everything on her own-at that time. The good portions of the two dishes cost under $40. I noticed there weren't any visible prices for the meals, so I had to inquire about them. It would be great if the prices were displayed more prominently. Overall, great vibe!”
