“Went here for Easter breakfast after church. It was our first time, and we'll definitely be going back. The food is really good (menu selection and quality), but the service is amazing. Great staff. Friendly, helpful and very attentive. We sat outdoors which was nice, but next time I think we'll try inside. Gouda Grits were amazing as were the chicken and waffles, but I'm a big Southern food lover. There are of course plenty of other dishes from which to chose if that's not your thing. If you're up and around early in the morning near Grayton Beach, this is the place.“

“We went the second week of May around 6:00 and we waited for 1 hour 15 minutes for a table. Parking is really bad, expect to walk a considerable distance to get to the restaurant. Atmosphere once seated was great - our server was fantastic - and the shrimp baskets we got were excellent. A good amount of food for the money.“

“I just want to say that Ms. Tabby, the owner, and all of the staff family are AMAZING!!! We were welcomed with open arms and the hospitality was endless! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home and had everything we needed. We joined our Grayton Seafood Co. family twice while on our trip and the food was excellent! “We love this place. We go for lunch and dinner every July and october. Awesome place to just hang out and eat and have a few drinks. We ate there 5 times while on a 7 day vacation. We will be there in late July and will visit again. Shrimp and grits are amazing“

“Amazing food truck. They’re responsive, kind, and provide excellent service. The food is to die for. Tried all the food trucks in 30A, but this is the best. Hands down. Breakfast Gyro is bomb and the classic gyro lunch is to die for. Fresh, savory, and super delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re in town.“

“Had a great dinner at The Citizen while visiting Alys Beach in January for a business trip. The space and host team were welcoming and we were seated quickly. Our server, Lee, was very friendly, professional, and prompt. Our waters were frequently refilled and all team members were polite and friendly. We tried the east coast oysters, which were very good and well presented. I tried the squid ink bucatini with shrimp, which was good. My colleague tried the curried butternut squash with chicken and she said it was delicious and the chicken was well prepared. I would highly recommend this spot for an excellent meal and experience.“

“Blue Mountain Bakery is the perfect stop while biking along 30A. It’s a quaint, tiny shop loaded with baked goodness and friendly staff. You’re welcomed like an old friend even if you walk in sweat covered, with your bike helmet askew (not like I speak from experience ?). I picked up a lemon poppyseed muffin. Not a dry bit to be had and subtly flavored with lemon, it charged me for the rest of my ride. Don’t miss out on this place!“

“OMG is all that I have to say. It is soooooooooooooo good. It is take out only fyi so it's better to order ahead. I have been to Thailand and this is even better than what I remember eating in Thailand. I got the yellow Curry, Tom Kah and the Tom Yum soup with coconut milk. Everything was amazing. It's a 45 minute drive for me but when I got home Everything was steaming hot. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have great prices as well for portion size and quantity. We were not a fan of the boa but everything else was on point.Vegetarian options: Almost every dish is able to be made vegetarian.“

A job well done and tipped accordingly.I had some pretty simple fare (shrimp po-boy). It was flavorful, courtesy of the corn tarter sauce they offered. Fries were typical of most places. Interesting to me was that they offered fried green tomatoes as a side dish. I couldn't pass that up as I am a sucker for good fried green tomatoes. They were delicious. Very simple preparation and served with a remoulade. The tomato thickness was perfect for the breading it had.My wife had the shrimp and grits. They looked really good and she did enjoy them.They had other things that looked great on the menu that would be worth trying. All in, we had a great experience in a very nice quaint small town setting.Parking: Free street parking is taken pretty quickly. Nothing beats looking out over the ocean as you chow down on a comforting grilled cheese.You order at the window and then await the gooey, melty goodness. “A modern cafe in Santa Rosa Beach. We were looking for coffee on a stormy day...most of the coffee shops were closed. We happened upon the Beach Happy Cafe. After a friendly greeting by the staff we ordered coffee and a bagel. Both met expectations. The cafe has a bright cheerful atmosphere. The cafe also has a nice breafkast menu of wraps and sandwiches.“

We got lucky and didn't have much of a crowd around noon on a Sunday.The French toast is beautiful because it's the perfect amount of sweet without being over sugary. The syrup, fruit, bread, and ricotta combo are incredible. My husband got the burger which was overcooked, but really flavorful. The sauces and salad served with the burger were excellent.The 15% auto gratuity is annoying, the service is not amazing, and they are always sold out of the good stuff after 9 am, even during the off-season, but the available food is really excellent and despite recent dips in quality of service and increases in price, it's still a good experience, just not one we will be having nearly as often as before.“

No wait and table outside to watch the sun set.Blackened Red Snapper, shrimp basket, mahi mahi basket, quinoa bowl, and shrimp Dos tacos. It all arrived correctly and was delicious. “We've been going there now for over 10 years. This past week was our best experience yet - mainly because of Kayana helping us all. Pizza is still the best around and price is still fair (everything has gone up in the past 4 years!). All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Spaghetti and Meatball pizza is amazing!“

“Great lil coffee shop with wraps and smoothies. Charming atmosphere. I sat at a table across from the service area and watched them prepare drinks and food. The four staff were like coordinated dancers listening to customer orders and each performing their roles:Barista, flat-top cook, smoothie maker, wrap maker… and then they would shift seamlessly as multiple orders came in. Fun to watch an efficient super-friendly staff. The regular customers were very happy to be there. Had the egg, avocado toasted bagel w a tomato . Very yummy. Thank you.“

“We are visiting from Nashville and we always have the best time at the upstairs bar. We remembered Jackson from last year as he has worked his way up from being a barback to a bartender. We found out that not only did he take EXCELLENT care of us the entirety of our time at dinner, he was also technically clocked in as a barback that whole night. Which means he made all our drinks, took our order (while having incredible menu knowledge) AND delivered our food all without actually being a bartender. He said he does it “to ensure exceptional service” which is precisely what you want when running a restaurant of this caliber. He went above and beyond for us and we will most certainly be back for the food- and we will sit wherever Jackson is working. He is 100% the model employee anyone would be happy to have on their team.“
