“Such a fun bar. The band playing tonight (3/17) was really good and fun. The food was really good for a bar. We had the gumbo, shrimp and crawfish pasta, and the blackened grouper. All very tasty, well portioned and presented. It can get loud while the band is playing, but if you don't mind it, you'll have a good time and meal.Parking: Parking is hard to find.“

“We liked this place. It was a little confusing coming in because there was no manned hostess stand. I found a helpful waitress, Adeline, who found as a table outside. The service was great for a busy Spring Break day and the food was good but the food, as expected was a little pricey $$$ for the setting. Other reviewers said the people working here were rude. We did not have that experience, so I would recommend it. Also I highly recommend parking at the free public lot for the Village of Grayson Beach and take the free shuttle. You will never find a parking spot near the restaurant.“

“We were really glad to find this restaurant on this trip to Sandestin. The shrimp and crab boils were excellent, and the burgers were made perfectly to order! Try the sweet potato tots! Service was fast and friendly and out waitress Haylee went above and beyond for us. Don't let the strip center bar appearance throw you, serious good time here!“

It was my mom’s 70th birthday while on vacation for spring break, the original place we booked was too far so we found Ambrosia the day of and made a reservation with ease. Kent was our server and he provided exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone works as a team here and it shows. “We finally made it by to try this place today. We went for happy hour and had some drinks and snacks. Margarita, mojito, and old fashion were great. Tried the fish and wings. Catfish was good, wings were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back soon to try oysters and more. “We went for a girls night. The venue is pretty loud so just know that if you are seated upstairs and maybe ask for a downstairs table. The food is very good and service was exceptional. We had one dinner miso Eder and the server was so apologetic and the chef made it right very promptly. There is a wide variety of seafood entrees and each looked delicious and well prepared. “We ate at Village Market last night with our six young grandchildren and our sons and their wives. Service was amazing! Food was great. We tried the crispy chicken thighs, the corn chowder, the grouper sandwich and the crab cake sandwich. The kids ate fried shrimp and grouper bites. It was all hot and fresh and delicious. Village market is relatively new. It’s convenient, has great space indoors and outdoors. Family friendly.“

“The Cioppino was spectacular! Large sized scallops and jumbo shrimps. Wow! Tomato based broth was so comforting. Kim the owner was kind and welcoming. This is a small restaurant. I was half way sitting in the kitchen it felt like but it was so inviting I didn't mine since I was there alone. Definitely would recommend getting a reservation for more than 3 guest. The restaurant got crowded quick. No paper menu--Kim comes to your table and tells you what's on the menu for the night. You can tell she loves her job and does a wonderful job at it!“

The only negative is would share is the amount of toppings on the Grouper took away from the taste of the fish. Also, the waitress didn't know if the fish was locally caught. I've driven by Cafe Tango a multitude of times but for some reason, never eaten there.Until last night.After a late afternoon at the beach, I called Cafe Tango and was able to make a reservation for 7:30 p.m., probably because the real crowds arrive for spring break next week. When we arrived, all of the tables in the small restaurant were filled with diners, all of whom appeared to be enjoying their meals.What followed for my family and me - including my sons, 15 and 12, was one of the best meals we have ever had in or around 30A (and we've eaten at a lot of restaurants). Impeccable, friendly service, absolutely delicious food, and excellent wine.The dishes - Dancing Fish, Basque Fish, and Lobster Ravioli were, literally, to die for, and I mean that. The Baked Brie appetizer was worth the trip alone. My 12 year old raved about it!Honestly, just a fantastic dining experience at a local restaurant that is independently owned and has been in business for 25 years. I promise you we will return again and again in years to come when we drive down from Nashville.“

“Great little hidden spot. We drove over in our boat from Niceville. Plenty of open slips to park your boat. I had the blackened fish sandwich and it was great! Big piece of Mahi and the price was right too. My wife had the Philly and said it was very good as well. Gumbo was so so but definitely didn't ruin our meal. We'll be back!“

“I just feel like it’s not worth the price point. The beach club is not exclusive to only resort members. The lazy River is not on resort property, you have to drive there. It’s just not the resort experience I was looking for. No towels down at the beach. Our room didn’t get cleaned the second day. Turndown service just never showed up when we told the day cleaning that we’d wait for turndown. She made a note and we made sure to be out of the room and got skipped entirely. We couldn’t figure out how to get to the beach club from our floor without walking around the entire resort from outside the front doors and the beach club kids working there were no help. Beautiful location and beautiful ocean but I was looking for more of a resort experience as it seemed to be advertised on the website than what we actually experienced. I feel like it was more just room and board with access to seaside.“

“We stumbled upon the new “Boardwalk Bar” addition on the back side of the Shrimp Shack while out searching for dinner and drinks one evening and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food (the Lobster roll, Mac-n-cheese and Royal Red Shrimp were excellent) and drinks. The location and atmosphere are great as well (you have Gulf views) but what really makes the place is the friendly staff, from the bartenders (Lily, Taylor, Lauren, Justin, Joey, Batia and Alli to name a few) to the managers (Kevin and Baron). Super friendly and accommodating folks who really take care of you ! It’ll be one of our “go to” places when making future trips down to Seaside. Simply put, a great place …..great atmosphere/food….. but even better people !!“

You just kind of go and order your food and they give you a little pager to get your food when it's done. I imagine this place gets pretty packed at night.
