“Went to dinner after work with a friend and, after ordering our drinks and appetizer, I realized my phone was missing. After searching, we discovered it had somehow fallen between the half wall and booth in a spot that was extremely difficult to reach.

The hostess and manager immediately stepped in to help. They went above and beyond by checking what they had available, even heading to the kitchen to grab the longest tongs they could find in an attempt to retrieve it. When that didn’t work, they continued helping us figure out a solution. While my friend and I were discussing where we could buy a grabber tool nearby, the manager came back with one and was able to successfully retrieve my phone.

I unfortunately didn’t catch their names, but I want to make sure their kindness and willingness to help are recognized. They could have easily said there wasn’t anything they could do, but instead they took the time to assist and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.

The cook is excellent and seems really nice, too. We are regulars and love helping out this family-owned business. “If you can ever go here considering there's only a few locations in Florida, the place is phenomenal. They are well known for their ice cream but the food was fantastic. I can't even explain how fantastic it was. I didn't even get to try the ice cream. To our surprise, we were greeted within seconds of walking thru the door and seated in the bar at a table of our choice. Moments later our server/bartender greeted us, without a rush, suggested a cocktail that we ordered x 2 along with an appetizer. That was served to us quickly as our orders were taken along with a to-go order. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the service overall was superb. The entire experience from beginning to end was most excellent. I'm not sure of the bartenders name but she provided the best service and for that reason, we'll definitely be back.“

City Limits is a great Dive in Melbourne! The atmosphere is always welcoming, but what really makes the experience special is the bartender Kalei. Not only are the drinks spot on every time, but Kalei brings such great energy, genuine conversation, and attention to detail that you instantly feel like a regular. Always is a good time when Kalei’s working!“

“I recently visited this McDonald's location in Melbourne, Florida, and I was quite disappointed with the service. I experienced a very long wait time, and the staff did not seem prepared or attentive to the customers. I know there are much better McDonald's locations in the area with faster and more organized service, so I would suggest skipping this one.“

“I used the drive through usually. I've been going almost ever Monday for the past two months. The girls in the Drive through are superb. Great attitude and customer service, very competent, accurate with the order, no attitudes.

Ladies, you are doing a great job. I come around 5:30pm usually, so whichever staff is working those shifts. You rock. Don't stop being awesome. Great customer service is hard to come by. It's really refreshing to see especially young people bringing their A game.

Again kudos to you. I can't wait to swing by again for my icesream and apple pie and maybe nuggets and ranch.“
