“5 stars was placed only because the second server that assist me on my take out. But the one on the picture with her phone looked at me ignore me when around the restaurant as I saw thinking she was busy but she just went around the restaurant and came back to watch her phone and completely ignore me. Should not have people like this representing a food and service industry. People should be psychologically evaluated before hiring so many people with no work ethic in this world how sad. But kudos 2 second Server“

She was so sweet and told me some facts on the history of the company as well! Was very pleased with her service I will definitely be back!“

“Stopped in to watch the Hurricanes beat Texas A&M while in town for the Bengals vs Dolphins game! Our server was AMAZING, Food was AMAZING, atmosphere was AMAZING, but most important them DRINKS BABY was flowing!!“

“A good Vietnamese cafe serving good size portions in the Viera shopping complex. There a few tables inside if you choose to dine in but good for take out also. I got Chicken Vermicelli Bowl and it came with a lot of protein. The noodle soups here are good too and filling. They also have boba teas and desserts as well. Service was friendly and the vibe was relaxed.“

“If you can ever go here considering there's only a few locations in Florida, the place is phenomenal. They are well known for their ice cream but the food was fantastic. I can't even explain how fantastic it was. I didn't even get to try the ice cream. The food was very filling but I guarantee if I'm back in the area again I will eat there and definitely try the ice cream“

“I’m in this location at least one day a week. The problem that I have with this location is one particular employee in his name is JAIR. I have no other choice but it stop coming to this location and going down to West Haven. I really hate this because this one’s like five minutes from my house this employee does Burger King a disservice. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. It is as if we are troubling him to ask if we can get some ketchup. The list could go on and on just in the past month I have had four bad experiences with this one gentleman the food is always exceptionally great here but they need to lock him in the back cooking and never allow him to interact with customers ever again.“

“Shout to Shaq for turning around the Viera restaurant!!! It was close to being shut down it was that bad before he got there a few months ago.“

“We went in with an hour until close and a little skeptical on how service and food would be due to the late hour. To our surprise, we were greeted within seconds of walking thru the door and seated in the bar at a table of our choice. Moments later our server/bartender greeted us, without a rush, suggested a cocktail that we ordered x 2 along with an appetizer. That was served to us quickly as our orders were taken along with a to-go order. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the service overall was superb. The entire experience from beginning to end was most excellent. I'm not sure of the bartenders name but she provided the best service and for that reason, we'll definitely be back.“

“Great Service - Great Meal - SUPERB Experience!! - Was very very hungry late night - decided to go to Steak And Shake - Bought 3 Lettuce Wrap Burgers, a Birger Melt and Fries - 🍟 - Everything Cane out Fresh and Handled With Care - The Presentation and service were excellent!!

If you’re in the AREA for a quick Bite, I recommend this Steak and Shakes - Pura Vida“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
City Limits is a great Dive in Melbourne! The atmosphere is always welcoming, but what really makes the experience special is the bartender Kalei. Not only are the drinks spot on every time, but Kalei brings such great energy, genuine conversation, and attention to detail that you instantly feel like a regular. Always is a good time when Kalei’s working!“

“so romantic i felt the romance“

“The "counter person" was negligible in her duties so the QC person had to step away from her duties to assist. The counter had 4 people .“

“The hospitality these employees show is unbelievable! They are so kind and welcoming and it’s just a great place to be! The food is fresh and hot and everyone is willing to help in any way they can! Best McDonald’s experience!!!!“

Sincerely,
Mr. Jaime V.“

“A very friendly guy worked there“

“This is the first McDonald's I've seen in a while where people seem to actually wanna be here. The manager and staff were both attentive and polite. Something you don't really see at fast food places. Oh, and they have the Hello Kitty x Godzilla toy.“

“It's been a while since I have been here . I had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and didn't seem to mind my special order on the fish sandwich . I left very pleased . Great customer service.“
