Dunkin' Donuts in Naples

“Usually I love this place but today I was confused cuz it was not good service. The woman at the drive thru said she couldn’t find my order and when I said it was order 519 on the app she kept saying it was order 7519 like insisting. Okay weird but I went to pick up my order. I had ordered an iced coffee four pumps of vanilla cream, four pumps of sugar something I ordered before and loved this time I just changed the milk from whole to skim. It was absolutely awful. It looked like brackish water found at a swamp not the white milky color I love. I was thrown off. It did taste good but I just hated the color. Do something about the inconsistency in the orders based on who’s making it. Weird.“

“This is one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts locations. The only downside is that it can be hard to get to sometimes since it’s right next to a school, and you can end up stuck in the school pickup line. Another thing I’d change is the recent addition of tipping at the drive-through. I come almost every day for breakfast, and the tipping prompt just makes the whole process feel a bit awkward. Aside from the traffic and the awkward tipping situation, this location is better than other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to, and it was recently remodeled.“

“This is “My Dunkin” while I’m in Naples for the Fall/Winter. Experience is always awesome! The staff is always friendly, very efficient & very quick. The store is always very clean and the product display looks amazing and is always fresh. Can’t say enough about how hard the team here works.“

“This Dunkin is a small shop with just a couple of tables, but it had a surprisingly solid donut selection. Unlike a lot of other locations, they actually had two large cases full of donuts, which was nice to see. The staff was friendly, and I had no issues with the visit.“

And let me tell you, spirits were lifted. I took one sip and all of a sudden the sun was brighter, people weren't driving under 30, and i was feeling every emotion ever to exist. “This is Hands-down, the best Dunkin in town! I live off of Pine Ridge where I have two Dunkin’s but I drive almost every day 30 minutes to this particular location because they seem to be the only location in town who make the menu items exactly as they should be made they don’t cheap you by adding extra milk or ice, and the food is always as expected. We don’t just go there for the menu we also go there for the atmosphere, which is very fun, friendly and family oriented! The morning crew, especially are very personable and give exceptional customer service, which is why I’m very confused reading some of the reviews on here I can assure you if you’re being waited on by Carla, Daniela, or Kirenia who serve nothing but great service beautiful smiles and a personable experience you wont be disappointed these ladies go above and beyond to make sure every dunkin run is better then the last Carla and Daniela are very funny and sweet there have been times that I have pulled up in a funk by the time I leave them I am laughing or smiling from ear to ear. Then there is the Manager Gloria who makes the best I mean best coffee I have ever had at ANY Dunkin i have ever been to she doesn’t just serve great coffee she serves amazing customer service no matter how busy she is she always makes it a point to serve us a smile and and kind words with our order! The morning crew is exceptional under Glorias management I can see her expectations and leadership through her employees! This location is very very busy and demanding especially sharing a parking lot with a seed to table. I find it extraordinary how fast they operate and how sweet patient kind and personable the morning crew is with so much pressure and demand at this high volume location! They even have a person standing outside with the tablet, taking orders in the scorching heat with a smile on their face when the line gets too long! I highly recommend visiting this location in the morning with the amazing morning crew I assure you, you will not regret! Good service or any type of customer service is very hard to come by nowadays and that’s exactly why I go out of my way to this location every chance i get.“

“I love this place but don't go on wenesday. Everytime theres people from a different store that makes the drinks wrong and talks bad about your drink orders. Every other day of the week theres three gentleman that are usually there that make the best drinks ever and always know what theyre doing.“

“Love my dunkin, especially when they show up at 5 a.m when it says they are open. Had 2 this week that were not open as late as 5:27 a.m, doors still locked, makes me want to not waste my time by stopping to see if they are open or not..
This Dunkin was open when went there...and is not 1 of stores i was referring to.“

“Awesome frozen coffees! Becareful when buying though bc unless using cash, they try to have you pay quite a big tip just for handing your coffee thru the drive thru, I like to choose my tip , not be put on the spot;(

“The best Dunkin’ Donuts out in the Estates manager staff are always so friendly. They know me by name it’s always clean immaculate inside drive-through is always very quick and they are always so helpful and will do anything. If your order is wrong give you a free doughnut if your coffee is wrong, they’ll give you a new one just amazing. Amazing if you’re going to Dunkin, make sure you go to this location.“

“It was the day after Milton passed and we needed to get something for our team that stayed overnight.. We searched the area and nothing was open, we were heading back, alas, they were running on generator power. We got 6 dozen donuts and munchkins. It was a hit for the staff, thinking nothing was open. Thank you all for working in less than optimal times and making others smile!“
