“Arrived early and got a prime spot on the outdoor patio yesterday. The service is fast for how busy it is and the food is AMAZING! from the shrimp and grits, to the lemon blueberry pancakes to just coffee even...this is a must stop while in Siesta Key! Worth the wait!“
“Love this place. Great menu and food. Service is good and the atmosphere is really nice. A great place to take the family for a nice evening out. The billionaire burger and truffle fries are quite good and the Lobster Maki Roll is the best sushi I've ever had. A definite recommend when in Siesta Key!UPDATE: Came back 6 years later and it's still AWESOME! One of my favorite restaurant's, period! Had the Lobster Maki Roll again and truffle fries. We had 6 people in our group and everyone had great things to say. This is a must-go in Siesta Key!“
“One of my top favorite restaurants here in Siesta Key. The chicken tenders and fries hit the spot when you’re hungry. But best of all, the chips and cheese were the best! I would order 5 dishes of it if I could. They also really it the spot. Also, MVP- My Village Pub is a great place to watch sports as there is a lot of tv’s surrounding you. Lastly, the waiter’s are amazing. They were quick to our table and were very polite. I 100% recommend this place!“
“We have had the BEST night hanging out at the bar! Brittney has been an AWESOME server. We can’t say enough great things about her. She was friendly, funny and super attentive. We have been coming to Siesta Key for 10 years, but this has been one of our best, most memorable nights. We plan to return this week for Happy Hour! We live Daiquiri Deck. Thanks again to Brittney for taking care of two midwesterners who were enjoying the NCAA tournament. Go Hawkeyes (women’s BB) and go Illini (men’s BB)!“
“Quisiera expresar mi gratitud hacia nuestro mesero ANDREI por su excelente servicio durante nuestra visita. Su atención fue impecable, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y brindando recomendaciones acertadas. Su amabilidad y profesionalismo hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra comida una experiencia memorable!"“
“I went to Circo for food and drinks with my friend's and had a great experience. Our bartender Nik was amazing and made me a jalapeño mango margarita and it was the BEST margarita I’ve ever had! I highly recommend anyone to come here if they’re looking for good drinks, food and amazing service.“
“Dry Dock is consistently a great place to get a well-prepared lunch or dinner and the service is friendly without being intrusive. Being on the water (where we experienced a whole pod of dolphins swimming by our window seat) is just an extra inducement to visiting there.Parking: Limited and hard to get in and out of, if you go too far and haven't found a spot, you are forced to back yourself all the way out because there is no turnaround.“
“Michael's on East (MOE) is one of the best fine dining establishments in Sarasota and has been in business for nearly 40 years. Ive been a customer for nearly 30 of those 40 years and despite its maturity, MOE is still hot, hopping and a crowd pleaser for those who enjoy great food, wines and service. During its nearly four decades, MOE has been wowing patrons with its fine cuisine, decor, and outstanding service. Don't be surprised if you see actors, comedians and musicians who might be performing at the Van Wezel during the winter season, sitting next to you because the concierge at their hotel recommended MOE as one of the desirable restaurants for a sensational meal, wine and service. MOE is rich in Sarasota heritage and is the perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion with that very special guest or guests. It's a delight in every way.“
“Absolutely hands down one of the best meals I’ve had all year. Highly recommend the gnocchi, the raw scallop appetizer, and the tartine appetizer. And for the rest of my life, if someone asked me what I’d want for my last meal, I’d say “give me the gnocchi at Meliora”. I cannot emphasize how much it stood out despite everything else being so good already. On my first bite, I had to close my eyes and stop chewing so that I could comprehend how amazing it tasted and how light the texture was. Throw everything you’ve ever described as “pillowy” in the trash because this gnocchi should be the only thing in the dictionary under that word. While the drinks are pricey and the meal overall was higher than average for a night out, it is 100% worth it. We were swept off our feet.“
“Updated 3/30/24 with more photos. We visited my parents in Sarasota and this was our first time at Seasons 52. We loved it! The atmosphere was awesome, the food was great!I love their scallops, they are just perfect along with the risotto. On a more recent visit 3/24/24) they had asparagus with the Scallops instead of the broccoli. My parents love the Salmond salad, but my dad commented that on our most recent trip (3/24/24) that the salmon was a little dry. From 3/24/24, my husband said the lamb was good but a little chewy, he had to chew a lot. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot on either side of the mall.Parking: The Sarasota restaurant is located in a shopping mall, so there’s lots of free parking.“
“We tried Tripletail for the first time and it did not disappoint. Our stunning server, Lily, was very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband tried a smoked bourbon and said it was very good, I had a tasty white sangria. We shared the shrimp and crab dip app. Our entrees were delicious. We had the tripletail, and we highly recommend this. I had the crab stuffed shrimp and they were equally as good. We highly recommend visiting Tripletail Seafood in Sarasota.“
“Pancakes are HUGE! Grits are nice and creamy. $3. for a good-sized cup. Used to go to Skillets but they reduced the amount to EXACTLY 6 oz (said the manager when I asked). 6 oz for $5,95. I sent them back and Watched her throw them away. I told my waitress "Tomorrow I will order the LARGE SIZE. For more money. And send them back. And watch them throw them away. LOL (not really, but my waitress laughed and said "Do it!" Nope. Not going back. Max's Table for me!“
“I can’t say enough good about Rosemary and Thyme! The food and drinks are wonderful, and the service is next level. From management to bartenders to servers- such positive interactions, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. We always book on open table, and typically go for special occasions, and they’ve made it so special each time!“
“The minute you walk in the door you’re treated like family. The food is delicious and a great value for your money. Our server Chris was pleasant and very attentive to our needs.Every time I eat here Jaider and Jonathan are the best. They make sure everything is right and always go above and beyond.Parking: A huge lot is available.“
“We found this little place on line and were missing our Greek places from back in NY. We picked a day that someone hit a power pole so no lights. That did not stop them from serving, all but the soda machine. Amazing Gyro and Chicken Slovakia. Our server was a sweetheart and made sure everyone was taken care. Best Pita we have had in a while!!!! Thank you for making lemonade of or lemons!!!!“
“First time diner here. Great food, great mix of flavors, and well prepared with large portions. Probably the best Trout Almandine I have ever had. It's may not be as well known as its next door neighbor, but the food and service to us are better at 481 Gourmet. Give it a try.“
“They have a 5 star team and work together flawlessly. Not one employee passed by our table without stopping if it looked like something needed cleared. Fred (our waiter) was quirky, kind, and delightful! Best waiter we had all week! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. 3rd round of mussels this week at other restaurants and Clayton’s was by far the BEST. The Clayton salad is light and the dressing is tasty. The butter they serve with the bread is different than any I’ve tasted and I could eat it with a spoon. The crab cakes were excellent and seared to perfection. The scallops melt in your mouth. We WILL be back.“
“I gave Shore 4 stars for not for the food but for the atmosphere. It's a sexy cool spot in heart of St. Armand's Circle. The staff was friendly. We went at 2pm thinking we'd missed the lunch crowd. The place was still packed. We only had to wait 15-20 minutes though. Drinks were great, had the Bee Keeper, Barrel Aged Cocktail and Espresso Martini. Started with the Crispy Bao Buns. I got the Tuna Tartare as my entree, hubs had the Faroe Island Salmon, you can see by his empty plate (forgot to take a before pic) that he enjoyed it. The tuna tartare was fresh and light. I feel there is "always something" good, bad or indifferent when dining out. My "always something" for Shore was the crispy bao buns. I know it says it in the name but I think one of the great thing about bao buns is the pillowy goodness and these crispy ones just missed the mark for me. All in all Shore is a great place to go grab a bite while shopping St. Armands Circle.“
“Lived in Ohio around Amish country. This location outside of Sarasota is the mirror image of the location in Bellevue Ohio. What a great place!Good was excellent and affordable.Staff was very attentive and friendly.Gift shop employees were very knowledgeable of the company and both areas in Ohio and Sarasota.I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will be back!“
“I took my nephew on a date to this incredible restaurant. We loved the atmosphere and all the lights. The food was the best I’ve had in Sarasota so far. The beef carpaccio was for sure the best I’ve ever had. I have been coming to the area for the last 22 years and I will definitely be back to this incredible restaurant.“
“This is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants! The food is amazing and they have tons of vegan and gluten free options. Best vegan sushi you can imagine and they have such a great variety of options in general. Shout out to our server Shayne - he was so kind, attentive and pleasant and really made our night. He made excellent recommendations and was really knowledgeable about the menu.“
“How does this place only have a 4.1 out of 5 rating, 4.8 MINIMUM!!! We come here three to four times a year every time we come on vacation in Sarasota and I’ve never had more of a consistently perfect meal anywhere. Prime rib is literally perfection. Professional waitstaff and excellent bartenders. Manager has always right before your meal has finished stopped at the table to make sure you’re happy. A+“
“It was pretty good. The food was good, but it was not great considering the price. We spent $40 for two meals. One breakfast of eggs and bacon, nothing fancy. And I had the chicken wrap. We had waters to drink. The place was super busy, so the servers were really spread too thin. Maybe they were short-staffed? The portions were really big, so that was good. Although we didn't sit outside, it looked really nice! Good place for the snowbirds, but as a local, we have other top choices!“
“We had a truly amazing experience at Remy's. We had made a reservation for a group of "25" people that turned into about 32. The staff was incredibly efficient, effective, friendly, and skilled in managing a group of hungry boys and their parents, they rolled with it when we had lots of extra people, they could not have been nicer throughout, and it was an outstanding experience all around. And the food was excellent as well-- a whole bunch of people came back the next night on their own because the food was so good.In short, if you want to have a happy group of people, send them here :-)“
“i had breakfast this late morning and i must say the breakfast was just what you would expect, but the service by, "Victoria" was nothing short of excellent! Skillets should let her train all servers how to treat the customers. This is a "Hip Hip Hooray" for Victoria!!!!“
“everything is wonderful ! we had lunch there, ordered the Brussel sprouts(a must) the bao bao buns and the chicken Tikka also a goat cheese pie for dessert. every single thing was perfect ! our server Ethan was great, very attentive and knowledgeable about every item. ! will definitely go back !“
“Good quality and tasty food and drinks, fast and friendly service, great competitive cheap prices. Really best fish&chips in town, salmon bowl is creative and awesome, taco bowl good portions and unique, tempura shrimp a must have, get the meatloaf if hungry, Irish stew will fill you up, burgers and home made mashed potatoes and mushrooms sauce, don't forget the jumbo all natural wings, onion rings, shrimp scampi, ..“
“The bartender at oak and stone matt was really friendly and welcoming. Had a great conversation and the watermelon fields forever refresher cocktail was delicious. Definitely recommend on these hot days. Keltsey served my food as i was ordering out she was very sweet as well.“
“We went with family while in Sarasota on vacation. The restaurant was not busy at all because the tourist season is starting to wind down which will last only about a month. Staff was friendly. The menu had some great choices. From fish to ribs to fried chicken. All were well prepared and not too salty. Everything came out hot. The specialty drinks were very good too with a good variety. A little pricier than some other restaurants on St. Armand’s circle, but not by much. I highly recommend this establishment for an excellent meal.“
“Visited here with my friends today and we were greeted with Sarah as our server. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely attentive with us. She always made sure our drinks were filled and had an amazing personality. I will gladly be coming back here next time. Sarah truly gave us an experience of a lifetime.“
“A nice little cafe with patio seating in downtown Sarasota. The ambiance is very nice with the restaurant's indoor and outdoor seating - you can people watch during the farmers market. Food quality is superb here. The breakfast bowl was delicious in every way. Service was efficient but not the absolute best. Prices are a little bit inflated for the offerings, but typical Sarasota fare nowadays.“
“We eat here at least once a week outside and we absolutely love every bit of our food! It is a bit hard to find at first....but well worth it ! It closes early but we go at any time of the day and they will serve breakfast for lunch or vice versa. I love their COFFEE and Spinach/bacon omelette and their delicious biscuits and grits and their seasonal chicken biscuit with egg and pimento cheese and bacon jam was unbelievable ! We love their mimosas and all their fancier pancakes and french toast options. Great shrimp and grits ! All of those are the best I have had.We absolutely LOVE ANNIE and we always hope she will be our waitress. She is super friendly and will answer any of your questions. She is always smiling ! You should go....you will love it !!“
“My husband and I were visiting from Illinois and decided to try your restaurant. We were extremely happy with the food and service. Quinn was super nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. He deserves a raise!!!! Kathy & Robert Miller Peoria Il“
“Usually frequent the other location in town because I had a few bad experiences here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was the best! She was funny, accommodating, and efficient. Made a point to tell the manager he's lucky to have her. Food was good, but it's so difficult to get a steak cooked to taste in terms of rare versus well-done. Came close. Wish they had outdoor seating like the other location, but now willing to patronize either.“
“Well, much of the food at the Yard House is excellent, what we're coming to believe is that they really know how to cook meat properly. The pork chop that I had was the best pork chop that I've ever had in my life and the steak my wife ordered was amongst the best steaks I've ever had in my life. Great service! Absolutely delicious food, and I can't wait to go back and try some of the other things!“
“We (my family) loved the meals we ate here recently- the availability of personal pizzas made sure all could be satisfied and explore whatever they wanted to taste. The mixed green salad was so fresh, cold and nicely dressed with a citrus vinaigrette! Liked that a chicken breast could be added for protein and that the sliced radishes, cucumbers and strawberries were artistically arranged and tasted wonderful... Our server, Cameron, was friendly, knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. The setting was clean, cool and music was at a reasonable level. Staff members were kind and polite. Outside of restaurant was clean and parking more than adequate. Good experience!“
“Outstanding food and service! After living here full-time for nearly a year, we finally found a place with superb filet! While seafood is readily available, I have struggled to find a good steak or filet. We went here with friends, who all enjoyed their surf and turf, but the quality of the filet I had was good enough for me to write this review. A special thanks to Sean our server for making recommendations on both the food and the wine, outstanding! We will definitely be back!“
“This was my first time here. Words can’t describe how amazing the Pulled Pork sandwich was. I ordered it with the Pimento Mac and Cheese, which was also out of this world!! I sat at the bar and Stephen was bartending and took great care of me. The service by was top notch. My glass was always full and he was super friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!! Keep up the great work!! :-)“
“Yesterday was my first time trying out this cafe and I LOVE IT! My coffee was amazing, the flavor was there and I cannot wait to try so many more things on their menu! Staff was also very nice :) definitely recommend. No more Starbucks or Dunkin for me! The place itself was also pleasant.“
“Great tasting burger, which by the way was the nightly special for $6.00. And the naple bacon porter from the Funky Buhda was a great addition to the meal!Kid-friendliness: There were a few families that were very sweet and entertaining for us and the staff.“
“I called for take out. Pizza was promptly ready.Texted me to let me know. Pizza ‘s we're very good. The garlic rolls amazing too! The staff were very friendly and professional. They are under new management ! I was impressed ! We will be back!“
“A busy Saturday morning, at such a fantastic establishment, you can expect a wait, but it is well worth it. Hands down the best breakfast we've ever had, outside of my own kitchen! The brioche French toast was light and fluffy, the option to get real maple syrup is a perfect pairing. The apple wood smoked bacon is absolutely fantastic. Veggie omelette, was so delicious and full of veggies! The home fried potatoes are seasoned and cooked perfectly. My absolute favorite was the marble rye toast, the most delicious bread I've ever had. And our server Ken was great!“
“At first was not sure about this place, but after the food came I realized why this thing has a great review. Food is home style and amazing. Home made sausage has a slight hint of spice. I ordered the Brave and it was delicious.I love that it say No WiFi.You are here to eat and not do your computer work.“
“There are lots of tables and they sat people pretty far apart to keep everyone safe. There's a few tables outside too which is nice. We were very impressed. The staff wore masks and were very kind and of course the food was excellent.“
“This place was fantastic. Husband is a meat eater and fish and chips afficianado and declared best fish and chips ever. I am vegetarian and had the buffalo cauliflower tacos. Amazing flavor and presentation. Lots of tables. Quick service. Highly recommend!“
“Beautiful decor and ambiance embrace you at Sage restaurant. I was eyeing this place for months. Would it stand up to my expectations?Started out the evening on the rooftop bar with a fireplace. The bar was casual, mostly covered, and nice.Surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and new acquaintances, we celebrated my 50th birthday! When we walked into the restaurant, the "air" filled with beautiful music from a solo violinist. He played soulful modern tunes, which encapsulated the memories. The Thai Bouillabaisse and Porter house steak were a MUST! The porter house steak was HUGE. More than enough to feed two. My only wish was a side of risotto, less butter, and more vegetables. Otherwise, the steak was cooked to pure perfection.Honorable mentions were Seared Halibet with Wasabi Plumb Sauce and Yakisiba Noodles with grilled chicken.Thank you to the Sage restaurant for cooking up a wonderful 50th birthday ?“
“I fully expected bar food when I arrived. I ended up being amazed. I got blackened chicken "Mediterranean style" with artichokes and spinach with black beans and rice and roasted vegetables. I could only eat most of it. In fact, if I had room for dessert I would have just saved my leftovers for that course. Also, Amanda was efficient and engaging. But the amazing thing is that it is obviously a great atmosphere when someone like Chris, who's not even your server engages with you when they pass your table. All great people, but without great management, it's hard for even the best people to be this amazing doing such a high paced and stressful job.Kudos.“
“You must go! Overall a truly enjoyable dining experience for our group of 6 from NYC, Boston and CT. The service is impeccable, atmosphere is casual and lovely, while the food is creative American fine dining, with whimsy, such as the Birthday cake ice cream for dessert. The local red snapper dish was the best seafood dish that 3 of our guests have ever had. Highly recommend the Pickled Peppers and such, Parmesan Beignets and the Berkshire Pork as well. The attention to detail and flavors for each dish is Michelin Star quality. We have dined at the finest restaurants in NYC. If we lived in Sarasota, we would go back to Indigenous over and over. You will not be disappointed. Can not recommend highly enough.“
“My wife and I decided to try this restaurant on Saint Armand's Cirlcle in Sarasota since it was pretty lively and had outside seating- both positives when trying to handle a 2 year old during dinner without being a major bother. Even though it was a busy weekday evening in the circle (which is standard there), we were seated quickly and easily, and the service was nice throughout.I ordered the grouper tacos, which were rather good, and accented well by the seet plantains and black beans. My wife got a salad, my daughter got mac and cheese and my son the chicken thumbs, and they all seemed happy with their choices. The price is unsurprisingly pretty high considering, though that's standard for the area. Overall, it was a nice stop and worth a look if spending some time on the busy circle.“
“Locally owned by good people, the service is outstanding, the food is consistently delicious and hot. Would recommend to anyone who asks and everyone I know! I would give them 6 stars if I could ?Kid-friendliness: Kid and pet friendly ? Seating is available inside and outside!“
