Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the roast pig, oxtail, picadillo, black beans, and yellow rice were. The food was a hit, and I appreciate the excellent service.“
“We were in Tampa running an errand, so we decided to Google Maps a Caribbean food place near where we were and picked this place from the list. It's a tiny to-go only little place in little strip center. However, the food was Big on flavor and cooked perfectly. We got the lg goat and the lg ox-tail. It was enough to feed 4 people and was delicious. We will definitely eat there again. Oh and I would've taken pictures, but we were eating like pigs before I thought about it!“

The meat fell off the bone on the turkey, the collards had bite and cabbage had crunch and the yams were fresh and actually candied. I would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to try it again. We had the fried fish (escovitch style), cabbage (I wanted like a whole plate of this), peas and rice and plantains. EVERYTHING was so on point. I wish they had veggie patties (hint hint) cause I would definitely get it with coco bread since we don't eat beef or chicken anymore. I should have ordered the mac and cheese! I will next time. “This is my favorite and only restaurant where I get oxtail in the Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater area I’ll drive an hour if I have too. It’s so delicious, always tender falling off the bone and the sides are so fresh. The juices are great too. I love the passion fruit. This is a family run and owed establishment. The boss lady is super nice and the son always makes up laugh, the daughter is so sweet and always smiling. They treat my sisters and I so well. And it’s always a pleasure going there. Whether I sit and eat or take food to go it aways taste great.“

“I dined at Lepley's for the first time at the invitation of friends, who had planned to go elsewhere, but we could not get a table right away at neither place. So we sat at the bar, and the bartender's service was excellent. I ordered shrimp and grits, and requested a side salad, which they provided at my request instead of the large entree portion. Both were very good, and my friends enjoyed their meals as well. A DJ played music during our Saturday lunch, and the music was clean. I could've done without it, but it's not a deterrent. The service and food deserve at least 4 stars. Space is not large.“

Jerk chicken flavor was amazing but I had a lot of loose bones in there and chocked on one because they try cut the chicken into pieces for serving. Oxtails were really good. I gave the lady at the front a hard time because I read all the bad reviews but I love Jamaican food so gave it a chance.“

There were 7 of us dining and he was on top of his job with his A game.Parking: We arrived about 15 minutes before Madame Fortune opened and had no problem finding parking. We parked in the lot behind the restaurant.“
