Parking: Parking up front may be limited but there is plenty of parking on the side lot

“Absolutely loved our dinner at Jhoomar!

We tried the chicken samosas, butter chicken, garlic naan, and mango lassi — everything was delicious! The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced. The restaurant itself is beautiful — the decor is stunning, and I especially loved the dining chairs and how well everything was set up, from the silverware placement to the lighting.

Service was excellent — attentive without being intrusive — and the music created a perfect dining atmosphere. You can tell they take real pride in quality.

The only small note is that the outside sign could be clearer; it was a bit confusing to find since the name isn’t visible, but that might just be due to a recent name change.

Overall, highly recommend! We’ll definitely be coming back soon.”

This place honestly was the best food in town and we went back the next night and took our son who just turned green at Fort Benning. My son said it was the best steak he had ever eaten in his life. First night I had shrimp and grits that were amazing but had steak the second night and was blown away by the deliciousness. What a great restaurant! Highly recommend!”

Wife had chicken curry: HUGE PORTIONS! We have enough left over for two more meals. I highly recommend it; very priceworthy.”

The server was very kind and prompt. The seating is a little difficult for me as I have some physical limitations. Uncomfortable at best. Don’t let that deter anyone from trying the place out. Second visit to Red 8 Kitchen and it did not disappoint. Edy and Sae are the servers and they are prompt and awesome people. I ordered General Tsos Chicken. It was awesome. The portions are more than generous. If you’re ever in the Columbus Ga area and want good ramen or good food and service, Red 8 Kitchen is where you want to go.”

“I reached out to The Goetchius House about a week before my birthday to see if they could accommodate a party of 20. I first spoke with the owner, who let me know that Marcelo would be in touch, and sure enough he reached out the very next day. Marcelo was wonderful to work with and he truly brought my vision to life with the table setup, and the food was executed perfectly.

This was actually my second time celebrating a birthday at The Goetchius House, and once again, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I sincerely hope The Goetchius House continues to be a part of Columbus for many more years to come!

Our server did such a wonderful job so I wanted to give her some recognition. Her name is A'Chelsea and I can't say enough good things about her. Im not exaggerating when I say from start to finish she did an outstanding job at takin care of us! We never had to ask for refills on our drinks, breadsticks, salad, soup, or even our to go boxes! “As a celiac, it can be difficult to find places that are a both safe to eat and have a variety of delicious options. Parker’s Pantry exceeded expectations. Their gluten free bread option can make every sandwich on the menu celiac friendly, and they have several amazing salad options that are GF. They also provided a GF dessert option by way of chewy salted chocolate cookies. Amazing. 10/10, I will be a regular.”

I seen a recent report about how road construction has had a negative effect on this business’s profitability. He has owned this building for over 40 years! If you are able, stop by, and support local businesses! 

Directions: Due to road construction, take Forrest Rd. to Morris Rd, go all the way down towards Buena Vista Rd., go AROUND the “Road Closed” sign and you will see Morris Road Hot Dogs and BBQ is on the left. They’re getting a new roof so park anywhere. It was easy and so worth the drive for us!”

I got the chicken and waffles with a side of scrambled eggs with cheese. Everything was reasonably priced. The portion size was definitely worth every penny! Our server was kind and consistent in her attentiveness to our table. We never had to ask for drink refills because she always noticed and kept us refilled. My only concern was the spacing and seating for those who are disabled. There are a lot of tables and chairs and they were rather close together. I have a physical disability and may sometimes be in a wheelchair or scooter. I did not see where/how I would’ve been able to navigate throughout the restaurant. I did not ask for disabled assistance today so I do not want to assume that they would not have been able to accommodate me if I had needed such. I also have an autistic child. He would have definitely been overstimulated because of everything being so cramped. I did not see a seating area that was away from of the other busyness, but like I said… I did not ask for such. I called my husband as soon as I got in the car and told him that we had another spot to add to our favs… so I’ll definitely be back!”

“As others have mentioned, the service is amazing and the food comes out quickly. I do wish the food was hot when it came out, it tasted like the fries had been cooked earlier in the day or had been sitting for a bit. Again though, the bbq does outweigh a lot of these issues, and would recommend!”

“I love Cheddars! I have never ordered anything that I didn't enjoy eating. Seems to always be cooked to perfection and delivered to the table in a timely manner. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The wait staff we have had has always been on top of things. And they allowed us to sit and visit with friends even after our meal was finished. Again, I love Cheddars. They have several choices to please different people's taste. The prices are right for the serving amounts. I recommend Cheddars!”

“We ate lunch the other day here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised! 🩷 You walk in and place your order and then find a place to sit. I ordered the creamy Mac & Cheese and omg!! It had grilled chicken in it and bacon with green onions and bbq sauce comes on it but I got it on the side. My mom’s Korean bbq flavored wings were great and my daughter LOVED her smash cheeseburger!! The I didn’t love the bbq sauce so I ate the Mac & cheese without it but if you did buffalo or ranch it would probably be great too! We will be back for sure!1 especially seeing their wall of beer and wine that is self-serve!”

“This was our very first visit to this establishment. We received a very warm welcome and took our time eyeing the menu. The General Manager, Ms Porchia, gave us several recommendations.. which was appreciated. We ended up getting a 2-pc and a 3-pc chicken dinners. The price was fair and the chicken was fresh out of the grease. Her customer service was more than excellent; though the chicken could use a lil more seasoning, the meals were overall delicious. We would definitely visit here again.”

“Love the clean tables and playground. Always fun to bring my grandchild. Enjoyed the quickness of ordering on the app then scanning the code on the table for quick service. They did not bring my diet peach lemonade over right away with the food. 😞 Then forgot the milk and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Not super busy so someone should recheck orders before they bring them to the table. We enjoyed it once we received it all. As usual always amazing taste.”

“First off I have to thank the entire staff for coming through at the last minute… I’m talking about 10 minutes before close. From the last minute call to showing up literally minutes before close everyone was super friendly and nice! Also I must say that this is the CLEANEST LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA IN COLUMBUS!!! Let’s be real it wouldn't be Little Caesars without a little waiting lol but lucky for me I was just happy they let me order so late. Will definitely be going back!!!!
