“This place is so good. We were going to go to First Watch, but the wait was an hour and forty-five minutes so we decided to come here. The bagels are from New York according to the nice man who took our order, and you can tell they all work closely and well together. The food was DELICIOUS. I got a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese bagel with chives & onion cream cheese. I also got a Harvest Matcha Latte, and I'm very particular with my matcha. I was very pleased to say the least. My friend ordered the SDK Colada along with the avocado toast. She was very happy & thought the food was good too. Now, the place is slightly expensive.. but I would say definitely recommend & worth it.”

“We recently had a dinner here with 57 people to celebrate my husband’s retirement. Not only was Leo able to accommodate everyone, the service was top notch and the food was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Leo’s Cafe far surpassed my expectations and I am so thankful to Leo, his daughter and all of the servers and the chef. We had a choice of steak or chicken marsala. The steak was delicious, melt in your mouth tender. The chicken marsala was excellent. Our sides were delicious as well. If you have not tried Leo’s Cafe yet for dinner, I highly encourage you to check them out!”

I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.”

“I have been here for poker, dueling pianos and just a meal out and I give that 5 stars, across the board but this review is specifically for my experience in being a part of renting the venue for a private party/fundraiser event - what an AMAZING place this was for our party!! The staff is excellent! They were highly professional yet refreshingly down to earth. They patiently guided us through the many steps to pull off a memorable event and were so helpful through the whole process! The food, servers & ambience were GREAT and the price was very affordable! Southern Roots will be my go to for future events that I throw and I recommend them for any party! I learned that they even do full weddings! What a great place for a fun Sunday wedding venue!”

Very casual sit down (no booths, though — just tables and chairs). Service is always friendly. Fried rice can be made without egg for those allergic, best steamed pot stickers, and they also have canned milk teas.”

“Okay, I had no true plans to enter but the music and man sitting outside, created an atmosphere that was welcoming. The young man at the front that took the order is an introvert (which is okay). He was kind and let me review my order before leaving.
I got one of each patty, jerk chicken and wings. It was great food. The plantains were hands down my favorite of all local spots I’ve tried.
If I had to give any feedback, it was warm inside (reminded me of being home in PR) but still warm. The rice didn’t taste fresh but it was still good.

Again I’ll be coming back and surprised they don’t have a line out the door! ?”

The first thing you notice when you walk in, is how clean the place is. Even the bathroom was impressive. I’ve never seen a small chain take over a spot and actually improve it. This place cares about service.

The food was great! It was most surprising with how much food I got for so cheap. I ordered a fish sandwich at 2 in the afternoon, and it was made at 2 in the afternoon. Freshly cooked, and great!”

The Nam Khao was delicious and nothing like anything that I've ever had before. The Lao sausage was good and came with a hot sauce that was mind blowing. The wings were good though I would've preferred a few less feathers and hairs. I've had a lot of pho and kathiew but their Lao style pho may be the best I ever had.”

“I went in there specifically for the Christmas Story dog. I didn't get any food so I can't rate that. However, the cashier was so friendly. The restaurant was so cute and decorated for Christmas. It was definitely a good first impression because it was my first time going in there.”
