“I'm a very stingy 5 star giver. I'm also not easily impressed as I have owned 2 restaurants of my own. This place impressed me. It made me smile.The friendly greeting we received immediately showed me they wanted our business. We were taught about their menu and offerings with smiles and sincerity. For our first encounter we ordered the Fish-N-Chips.The quality and portioning of the food was better than expected. The food was served hot and fresh. It was simply delicious!The prices are good. Fair I would say! You can't expect good quality to be cheap anymore. Prices of everything went up. Prices here are fair and not gouging like some tourist traps.The place was clean. Tables, chairs, floor. Even the glass in the refrigerated show cases was clean. Clean says a lot about how this place cares about its outward appearance thus it's customer's. I can honestly say we found ourselves a little Maui gem and we will frequent this place for sure!I would recommend this place to my friends and Family as a must try!So whether you live here or are just visiting Maui, give this place a try.Tell them Lawrence the Fixologist sent you! “The owner is a nice guy who makes sure you enjoy the food and experience! The pizza is wood-fired and cooked to perfection! The appetizers weren't worth it in our opinion but the pizza and drinks made up for it. The interior and music have an eclectic vibe too.“
“Please be aware that this amazing Hawaiian shave ice shop is now a franchise. This means that there may be differences in quality of the item and services at different locations. This location here is AMAZING. We all know this brand for having syrups that are not overly sweet and accurately reflective of the actual flavor it is trying to capture. This place ensures that your shave ice is saturated with the syrup. Staff make us aware and there are signage that highlight the willingness to refill your syrup if need be. We received a completely different experience at the Kahului location where we were rushed to order our items and were given shave ice bowls where the entire center was just ice. Go here if you can and avoid the other location in the area.“
“We found this food truck as we were exploring Maui. We had the chicken tinga plate and it was fabulous! The perfect amount of seasoning. The rice served with it was also really good. We will definitely be stopping there again before we leave Maui. Plenty of outside seating with a nice breeze blowing through to make it comfortable to sit outside in the middle of the day.“
“Popped by for the end of the day takeout just an hour before they closed up. Sadly we missed out on the chow fun and several of their sides but the sizeable platters were still very good. Almost a semi-rural Japanese town vibe as you walk up and order from outside and grab your bag to walk away through the tight knit streets.“
“Solid place in Wailuku. I got the Maca Shake and my husband an Açaí Bowl. The Maca shake has dates, macadamia, cocoa, banana - basically a dessert smoothie. I was debating between that and one of their milks which was a little less thick and they have a great policy that you can sample up to 2. It was super nice of her as she opened a new bottle and I'm glad I was able to try it - delicious but a bit too rich to drink the whole bottle. My husband enjoyed his bowl. Overall, the space it small but cute and they have a great window seating area with high top tables and chairs for a few people on each side.“
“We stopped by this food cart after we finished the scary, one lane, blind corners, drive on Hwy 340 and it was so good. The Loco Moco was the best I've ever had. I'm not sure how they season their beef, but it was amazing! We also purchased a bag of fresh Macadamia Nuts and couldn't stop eating them.“
“We have been regulars here for about three years. Love the friendly, laid-back atmosphere, the fantastic lattes and of course the avocado toast - but most of all the music. This place is musician-friendly and audience-friendly and everyone has a great time. Highly recommended.“
“If you're looking for the best dive bar in Maui, this is it. If you're looking for a local's neighborhood bar, this is it. If you're looking for pretentiousness and upscale cocktails, this is most definitely not it. Yelp says this location is "dine in only". Don't expect to dine here, however. There is a vending machine, a microwave for the popcorn in said vending machine, and bags of chips. They have 2 or 3 beer taps which may or may not work. Mainly this is a beer-drinking crowd, but this is a full bar, so let the bartenders mix up your favorite cocktail and see how they do. Lots of locals here, lots of hard working individuals who hang out after work. Everyone is friendly as heck. A great place to hang out before leaving the island, as it's a short drive to the airport.“
“OMG!! Amazing food. The place is very unique and give you island vibes in your breakfast. I think it should be a tourist place of its own!!We ordered stuffed bubble waffle with coconut. The stuffing was pineapple with coconut jelly chunks on top. Uff it was delicious!!We had ordered their poached egg with corn bread. Corn bread was soft and very mouth watering. I loved it so much that I took just 2 cornbread for on the go with strawberry stuffed waffle thing I guess, I forgot, it was delicious too. If you have a sweet tooth, a must try!! Must visit place..“
“We got the 2 meat combo (burnt ends and Pork Belly along with the mashed potatoes and cornbread. They were out of collard greens. The bark/smoke ring was nice along with a nice flavor to all the side items as well. We're visiting from Cali and wanted to support local as much as possible. This is def a spot for Southern BBQ!“

“Whole VEGAN specific menu (and great options). Also have an espresso machine and open earlier than any other nearby coffee shop. One of the coolest harbor general stores I have been in (and I live in coastal CA). The staff were super friendly and fun. Definitely worth a stop.“
“Today is 6/14/23 I went to get my usual drinks and foods, for some reason there must have been a new girl at the window taking orders. I drive up to the speaker and she say's can I take your order? I proceed to give her my order she then stops and say hold on and cuts me off. So, I asked my passenger didn't she say can I take your order? my passenger said yes. So, she comes back on for the second time and says can I take your order? And I start to order my drinks and she again say hold on with a loud voice!!!! and cuts me off again, then the third time need I remind you I was patient till the third time. She again says may I take your order? Again, I start to order she again says hold on cuts me off again. That was it when she came back forth time, I said f---k this I will order at the window and then she says I was helping other customers. I then asked her did you get any of the orders I repeated three times? She said NO! ok gave her my order. Pull up to the window supervisor asked what happen? Before I could explain he said I don't appreciate you treating my employees that way. I then said ho hold up me I am treating your employees wrong. Check yourself and ask me what happened first? I have a witness in the car who heard everything. I asked to speak to the manager and supervisor said his in a meeting. I told the supervisor I will wait. he kept saying his unavailable. Supervisor then goes and calls the manager who was very professional and took the time to listen. Manager was awesome I told him when you have a customer who comes here every morning eight years and never had a problem in all those years? whose word should you take not your employee your customers.“
“My favorite Thai food on island. The owners Sai and Mike are always friendly and give excellent customer service. My kids and I love their pad thai, and their dad loves the pork belly basil. The panang curry with tofu is my favorite, but also love the pad kra pow and eggplant basil. I love that they give a generous potion of veggies. The Thai ice tea and mango sticky rice are ono, too!“
