“I usually avoid Starbucks in the Hy-Vee finding them inferior to Starbucks, locations and other places, however, due to geographics in time restraints, here I am.Being greeted with a smile, makes a huge difference, and my latte was right there for the first time in a Hy-Vee's, not noticeably different than a regular Starbucks. Then I walk over and get eight dollars for two eggs over easy bacon in an English muffin. It's like I eat for half price! Clean fast delicious great attitude that'll get you five stars every time“
“I placed an ordered on a Sunday morning for pick up, knowing they are usually busy in the mornings, I showed up 20 minutes after my order was placed and walked in to about 10 people waiting on their drinks and the staff was running working hard. Unfortunately they announced they had several call ins that morning and were very behind. On top of everything their printer for food got jammed so food tickets were not printing. After about 30 minutes from when I ordered I received my drink but the people working were doing AMAZING and trying to help each other out on their stations. I’ve been to this location many times before where I have to wait 15/20 minutes and there are several baristas standing doing nothing. I tipped extra this time around, hope they were able to catch a break after that rush!“
