“My coffee maker died at home so I ran out before 545a--in my pj's--to order an office sized carry-out box of coffee. The service was impeccable!!! They offered to bring the coffee to my car (so I wouldn't make a fool of myself traipsing around under dressed) and even brought me a sample as I waited! THIS is the epitome of customer service! “I enjoy this location! The traffic surrounding always seems a bit less busy than the typical Starbucks lot you can’t hardly move through bc of the drive thru line. This time I placed a mobile in store order for a hot caramel apple spice. It was delicious and was ready when I came in to get it.“
“My favorite part about this Starbucks is when I walk in and see Andy working. I don't see him in there all the time but when he is working, it's some of the best customer service. No matter how crazy it is and busy, he is awesome with multitasking and making wonderful drink recommendations. I am not the best at knowing what I want. He wasn't running the cash register and could tell I was struggling with a drink selection. He asked me a few questions and took the time and didn't once make me feel like an inconvenience. He just wanted to make sure I left happy. I can say that the drink he made me was one of the best drinks I've had in a long time and I appreciate his kindness,patience, and for making my morning!“
“Love the coffee and food. Was in recently and asked for light ice for my venti matcha latte and they put so much ice in there I barely got any drink. The picture is BEFORE I took a drink. And no it’s not a slanted cup. Also I enjoy the nice employees but sometimes they talk way too much in the morning and I just haven’t woken up yet “
“This review has been long and coming. I’ve been coming to specifically this location for over 2 years. I prefer here instead of anywhere else. Also just want to give a shout-out to the manager. I’ve spoken to her on many occasions and she is such a pleasure! Since I’ve been here so much they know exactly the drink I order, and often it’s out and ready before I even order. I worked at Starbucks many years ago and remember how fast-paced it was. So thank you to everyone there for keeping such a great attitude and being so efficient at this store!“
“Had a nice stop at the Starbucks located inside the north Hy-Vee location on Ankeny Boulevard in Ankeny. Kylie was my Barista, and I ordered a medium Hazlenut Latte. It was made to perfection, and I went about my shopping. Good job Kylie!And here I am finishing up to a terrific road song.“
