“Food was so good. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a pink drink and mocha cold foam cream on top powered me up for super long. Service and atmosphere were 4 because. The drive through line kinda made it hard to park and the service took a few minutes then normal. But overall 9/10“
“There's a lot of Starbucks but this is my personal favorite everybody there is attentive nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the drink that you came in for of course it's Starbucks prices but you should know that going in good coffee good people“
“I typically stop here when I'm in town, on the front end, and when I'm leaving.This visit was on Sunday as we were heading out of town. It was approximately 11:00 a.m. and the line was very long in the Drive-Thru so we parked and went into the main entrance. If not for the line, I would not have known they were open because they are under construction doing a remodel and the door was not well marked. Because I had been here before this was not an issue.Once inside, there was no line, unlike the drive-thru! I stepped right up to the counter and placed my order. The Baristas behind the counter were busy at their tasks, each one serving a new customer on the list of people waiting in the Drive-Thru but, all were pleasant and friendly, regardless of how busy they were. I was in and out very quickly with my order of two drinks for the road.It's always nice to know the specific location and the quality of your order can be relied on, and this location checks all the boxes.Parking: Parking can be frustrating depending on the time of day. As mentioned, the drive-thru line is typically quite long. The parking spots near the building are impeded by the long drive-thru line if they are busy. The parking lot itself is busy and can be somewhat dangerous if you park in the mall parking area so you have fast getaway.“
“I really like this location. It's super clean. I go there often after working out for a non dairy chai. I prefer this store over the corporate stores. The environment is nice and well decorated. Everyone is friendly and my drinks and food are always good.“
“This is the only Starbucks location i go to. I have never had a bad experience. If i ever had an issue they have always been able to resolve it and go above and beyond.Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of alternative options for any dietary restrictions.“
“Went there with some of my grandchildren. They just love to go inside and talk to the employee and order their own drinks. This day one of my grandchildren spilt her dragon fruit drink and the nice gentleman made her a new one at no charge. The smile on her face was so amazing. Great customer service.“
“This is a really nice little Starbucks in downtown Iowa City. It is normally VERY busy especially during meal times and in the mornings. Overall it is a pretty standard Starbucks, due to how busy it is there do tend to be little mistakes here and there with drink orders sometimes but considering how packed they are with customers and mobile orders I am more than willing to turn my eye to this!“

“We have always had great service at this location nothing beats grabbing a coffee and doing some shopping at Target :-) The other day I was in need of my caffeine fix bad so I ordered the largest size cold brew coffee I could get But I grabbed it on my way out... Got to the car set my drink on my dashboard and when I shut the car door my entire drink fell on My lap and on the floor of my car :-( I went back in to get another coffee and the barista working, Nya, (so sorry I should have asked how to spell your name) was so sweet after I told her why I was back in so quickly, covered in coffee, she replaced my coffee for me free of charge. Starbucks coffee is a guilty pleasure of mine and one of the things I do to treat myself every so often. We know the coffee isn't cheap but dang is it worth it. Her act of kindness really went a long way for me that day. And she was nothing but sweet, quick and efficient when I was ordering the first time.The only thing that I do not like about Starbucks being inside of another business, is that they cannot accept tips, at least at Target...that needs to change. I love to tip for great service and we all know they aren't making neat what they deserve.“
“Ignore any negetive comments about this place , THEY ALL KNOW HOW TO MAKE DARN GOOD COFFEE! believe me I've been to A TON of starbucks , yes the line gets long because nurses and docs need thier coffee but the staff IS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY and they have the best cold foam , believe me when I say these drinks can be messed up because every where else I go they don't seem to understand how to do it.. anyway GOOD JOB MERCY STARBUCKS TEAM???“
