“What a fun little Cafe! We were killing time and were hungry for breakfast. Started to sit in a booth but the waitress invited us to sit at the counter "with the fun kids". She introduced everyone by name. Both the conversation and the coffee were plentiful. Our coffee cups were never even close to empty. The food was great, portions were good and prices reasonable. Well worth a stop if you're in Boone.“

“Having a very hard time ordering by phone or on computer wanting to order a ribeye. well over an hour wait so answered and said they wanted to put us on hold cause they were very busy. that sounded like a bad plan so decided to come to Saints which we always enjoy. so Arlee gave our order including a ribeye, she was very rude with Arlee and reminded him that you had not had steaks for over a year. the rest of the conversation with her was so out of character for our favorite in Boone being in front of a live person after the awful experience we had just had. ,Arlee went ahead and placed our cranky ex order to go from the bar and hopefully our brighter daysys are ahead.“

“I was skeptical since it'd been 12 yrs but the food tasted the same as when the family owned it. They need to be more competitively priced. We were on vacay treating our whole family, I didn't really mind the pricey bill, the memories were priceless.“

“New China will always get five stars from me. While the decore and restaurant border on needing a major update the food never misses the mark and the portions leave you with leftovers for days. Plus the prices make you feel like you just cheated them and got a steal. I've been coming to New China since I was a little girl and anytime I meet someone who hasn't been there, it's the first place I take them. “Our company hosted a catered lunch for all employees and chose Whatcha Smokin'. The food was warm, fresh and tasted great! John did a great job with both setting up and tearing down, leaving the area spotless. We fed over 65 people today with plenty of food to spare.
