My grandson and I stopped in for a late lunch about a month ago. No one was in the place. We had never been there before. Boy, did we feel ripped off. 😒Pizza was burnt, had few toppings and it is not handicap accessible. Well, it is if you have someone hold the door while you wheel your own chair in. Actually, that whole "street" area is not handicap accessible.
Pizza is good, but be prepared to wait an hour for your slice!! Second time in, not sure why we went back!!! Asked the front order person how long for two slices and she said 20-25 minutes. An hour later I asked and was told 4 minutes. Got my salad 4 minutes later but pizza another 10 minutes. Honestly, not sure even good pizza is worth the hassle. I personally think people that come into an establishment to eat should get priority over online orders, but definitely not at Dough...read full review
Last week was my 1st time here, but the staff treated me like an old friend. & the pizza was amaaazing. While waiting for my food, there was a little girl who was dancing & fell (she was alright). The staff were very kind to her & even gave her a big cookie to have for dessert!
