“We were a party of 7, had a 5:00 reservation. As usual the service was fine and the food was great. From lasagna to the special (ravioli with beef filling and a meatball) everyone's food was served hot and delicious. Desserts were great too! I had a marvelous tiramisu and others had their great lemonchello cake. My only concern was for 7 people they should have brought us 2 loaves of bread instead of 1. Plus no EVOO and parmesan were not offered for the bread.“

“Food is delicious, but on the more expensive side for breakfast. Service once seated and fast and great!However, they will not seat out if you do not have your entire party ready. And EVERYONE will ask over and over if everyone is there and demand it. If they are not counting the amount you had on your reservation, they will rebute it against you. The asking and verifying the party can be done in a more respectable manner.I understand that they want to turn the tables as quick as possible, but the customer service can be applied to make it less aggressive.“

“I love Limestone! I've been coming here throughout high school and always make sure to visit when I'm home from University. There is cool local art and they support a lot of good causes. The Hope Latte helps to support suicide prevention and it tastes really good.“

“We came here to warm up and get a midday snack since we were in the area. We came an hour before closing and there were still plenty of baked goods available. There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. I wish we came for lunch since there were intriguing menu items but we will be back if we are in the area!“

Wow Atmosphere!We were in a rush to get to the DMV after a quick breakfast, and Egg Harbor delivered with the excellent service by Liliana!We were in and out (on a Tues. morning) within 35 minutes. Everything tasted great, coffee to go and take home containers were thought of in advance! However, we ate everything and didn't need the containers after all. “Elder and Oat provided donuts and coffee for dessert at our wedding at the BRIX and the spread of donuts were not only so beautiful but so delicious! We had no leftovers with even ordering enough for the size of our wedding because people couldn’t get enough! We highly recommend using them as your dessert vendor for your wedding!“

“I was very impressed by Fire and Wine. It has a casual vibe. Obviously a local favorite. Each dish was excellent in taste and presentation. Service was great! Both the hostess and server were happy to share recommendations of their favorite dishes. We had the black pepper shrimp appetizer and the pizza bread for the tasty sauce!! We enjoyed our salads and entrees. We were too full for dessert! As we left, I was impressed at how clean the restaurant was- even after serving such a large crowd. Nice place. Good culture. “Went here for brunch with my family on a Sunday afternoon. Upon stepping inside, I knew this would be a nice place to spend the afternoon. The host greeted us promptly and gave us two options for seating; and asked if any of us had food allergies...this was a nice surprise since my kids have a food allergy and nobody ever asks us. The host made it a point that he would notify the waitstaff and kitchen staff.The service was fast and efficient, our food was awesome, and the entire staff was accommodating to our two kids. As my kids finished their meals, our waiter told them to check out the art upstairs...this gesture gave my wife and I a few minutes to finish our coffee and beer.The pricing is as you would expect for this type of exclusive restaurant.Brass tacks: excellent food and high-end atmosphere without the pretense. “This is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. Over the past 10 years I've visited many locations, all of which started to decline and inevitably close (Glenview, Park Ridge, Deerfield, Mount Prospect). Schaumburg has been the most consistent location over the years. Algonquin was always pretty good too but my last visit the froyo was watery. I know there are Bloomingdale and Downers Grove locations but I haven't been to those. The location is very clean and although there are typically kids running the locations, the store is always well kept and the toppings station is always full and clean. The froyo is always great, and they always have good flavors. Their machines are typically full. And like I've mentioned always consistent. I've been turned off by other froyo shops where the froyo is priced by the ounce and the froyo comes out of the machine like frozen or watery slush and just a small amount weighs a ton, so you're paying more for less, not to mention not enjoyable froyo. The Schaumburg location the consistency of the yogurt is always spot on. It's never watery, too icy/slushy or bland. I truly believe this location takes pride in their shop. I hope they stay in business forever!“

“The four stars is for the restaurant itself. This review is regarding a waitress they have working there, Kate. She was a horrible waitress. I asked for a Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi, whichever they have and she told me they have "Mexican Coke" what the hell is that?! I said, you don't have Diet Pepsi, she said yeah we do, I was like well that's what I asked for.She was not attentive and literally forgot about us sitting in the back. I had to get up and go ask someone if she was still there! The guy I asked said she was still there and he would send her back and even then she took a bit to come back to the table. The place wasn't even crowded. Anyway, Kate finally comes and takes our to go order, since we wanted to take some food home too. Comes back with the to go food and checks, there were three of us and she brought three separate checks, great! Well we tipped according to what we felt she deserved (even then, she actually got more than what she deserved). Also by the way, anytime we go out to eat, we are VERY generous tippers, but do tip accordingly.I go to the washroom and come back and she was at the table talking to my sister and when I walked up, I heard her saying, she left me 10% and you left me 18% and she left me 15% and I just wanna know why? Was there something wrong with my service? She was legit upset! I said to her wait, you're actually questioning your tip? She kept saying that she wanted to know if there was something wrong with the service, but she knows what she was doing. I honestly never in my life have ever had anyone do something like this, I was shocked! Not to mention there were other people sitting around and she was pointing at each of us telling us what we gave her for a tip! It was the most absurd thing! The audacity!So she finally walks away and I go ask for the manager, who happened to be the guy that I asked if she was still there. His name was Sam and he was very nice and very apologetic, he said he was embarrassed and that he would let the owner know. I sure hope he did because employees like this (speaking of employees like that, there were a couple of them behind the deli counter giving us some of the hardest looks, they must be friends!) are going to drive away customers! But I do have to say, the food is amazing and it is a great place!“

“A busy Sunday afternoon in and we sat at the bar. Had Pot Stickers as an Appetizer. A nice start Had a few of the in-house suds. Very nice. Especially liked Viking Red Ale. Did a Pub burger with Swiss and fries. Tasty. My friend did the French Onion soup as a main plate. He enjoyed it. Menu had many options. Service was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Each piece was delicious! We both got drinks: him a beer, and I got the claus-mopolitan. Yummy!! Then we split the Barramundi: sea bass cooked in parchment paper. Oh my god, it was so good! The potato croquettes were very good, but they have Sweet Baby Ray's on them. Wasn't expecting that! This was an amazing experience and we look forward to coming back in the future“

“I saw the bakery sign and quickly parked the car. Upon entering, I saw that the bakery cases mainly held cookies, bars, and cupcakes. Not a huge variety, and more specialized with huge sandwiched cookies, macarons, large bar cookies. I opted for a Raspberry crumb bar and a chocolate cherry macaron decorated to look like Santa's belly. The bar cookie was huge; about 4" x 5". It had a deliciously crisp base, and you could taste the butter. It was filled with a thin layer of jam and a lovely crumb topping.The macaron was another story. The cookie itself was great. Light, airy, and crisp. The filling, however, tasted like white wedding cake frosting. It totally overpowered the macaron base. Made my teeth hurt. Total regret.I'd be interested in trying the cupcakes.“

The owner Nicole was a literal babydoll and was so sweet, telling us all about her shop and the many offerings. My 13 yo has a gluten sensitivity and was missing all the yummy treats we used to get in the city - so happy to say we found our new spot for when a sweet tooth hits! We had onions on ours...generous portion. Very sweet onions. Our friends had sausage. Said it was very good. Nice portion. Italian beef melt was very good. Ton of beef on delicious garlic bread. Lots of cheese, but again, not a great quality cheese. Best i can describe it is to say it was kind of like drinking skim milk vs whole milk...if that makes sense. French fries were yummy, but not as hot as they could have been. Bread was served when we sat down. Delicious! Crusty and warm. Ask for their spice blend...it doesn't come out unless you ask for it. It was yummy...oregano, salt, pepper, and not sure what else, but out of this world. Service was great. Georgia was very very nice. We were not offered drink refills, and our water glasses were empty, and never refilled. But overall, we were happy. Prices were very reasonable! Four people--two pizzas, a sandwich, two dinner salads, two soft drinks...$66 before tip. Super nice and friendly people. Good food. Reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place.“

What set this location apart for us was the service we received!I’ve never had issues with service in the other Chicago land locations but this one was exceptional!My biggest issue is I didn’t get her name and the receipt was tossed.Food was hot, delicious and the meal was well timed.Drinks were a good pour.All in all a good location for your next dining experience.The only negative is the $2.45 charge on our bill. When I questioned it she said she would remove it. It was as she explained a “Covid menu printing fee”. Enough is enough with the Covid Bullshit. Ask them to remove it and they will.“

Ok- on arrival, I was immediately greeted by a nice young man - but after I said "Dinner for one, please?" - he promptly disappeared with no explanation. He returned, didn't speak to me, then disappeared w/o any acknowledgement of my arrival. NOT a great way to treat a 1st time client, right? The young lady there then asked if I'd been helped - I told her I thought the young man would seat me? She disappeared; he returned, and w/o any apology he sat me down w/o comment. I somehow must have reminded him of either an estranged older brother or - god forbid- a father he was ticked off at. Not reassuring for a first impression. After a wait of about 3 minutes, a lovely lady, Cindy, came to introduce herself and take my drink order (a Peroni, natch!). Service was lovely and timely from this point on - thank goodness. A popular place, with a large menu incorporating pizza (thin and stuffed crust, of course- this is Chicagoland, after all) - I ordered an appetizer of Italian sausage medallions in a tasty tomato-based sauce - absolutely stunning flavor and one I'll look forward to in a future visit. Dinner was a small thin crust margherita pizza. While it was a very serviceable pizza with fresh ingredients, the crust- along the edges - had little flavor to it. Might be the norm, but to this West-coaster it tasted slightly bland. But all said? It was really nice and enjoyable, esp with the chili flakes added :) Will I return? I will give them another shot- absolutely. I suspect it's family owned and the young man working would - to put it mildly - would rather "not" be working. I get it. I was a teen once as well. But if it's putting food on your table and a roof over your head? A bit more care and concern to your customers is needed. Not trying to bash the young man- he just needs to realize that you only get one first impression with a new customer - BUT- Cindy - the waitperson who did the actual heavy-lifting? A pure joy, absolutely. I'll bring my hub-hub next time - but it would have been a 5 but for the aforementioned young man's lack of customer service skills.“

“By far one of the best pizza places in the area. Super delicious toppings, the sauce is flavorful and the dough is that perfect soft bite. This location was interesting because it was inside of a bar, and not just a restaurant like the other local locations. Kinda threw us at first because all the Billy Brick’s locations we’d been to before this St Charles one were just restaurants with the menu on the wall. This location serves you menus at a table and you have a waiter. With more stuff to choose from on the menu than just pizza and salad too! We actually loved that we had more options and could have a drink too! This might have to be my new girls night out bar…“

“When we arrived at Noodles And Company, for our date night, it was after dinner time, so it wasn't very crowded, but our ordér was taken at the counter, and we were asked to have a seat at any table available, and soon our meals were brought to our table, and that was greatly appreciated. We expected the garlic bread to be more like garlic knots, but they were honestly just bread chunks with slight garlic flavor (but still delicious, i mean all bread is delicious) Food was ready promptly at pickup time!“
