“Coach's restaurant is the restaurant in the Doubletree hotel near Midway Airport. This spot is easy for travelers seeking convenience. I had the apple pecan shrimp salad. The salad was well prepared and the shrimp was well seasoned and grilled.This spot is very clean and in order, creating an easy place to grab a salad or other lunch and work. It’s also good in the evening to grab an easy dinner and watch a game.Service was fantastic. I think my girl filled up my water 10 times.“

“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

I’ve been a few times now and their specials are usually what grabs my attention, but the smoked fish Okasa is my fav of the regular items. Also!! The pickles are to die for, and I get the yuzu black sesame kakigori EVERY TIME !!!!!! “I had made reservations far in advance as I was going to Chicago on vacation. I was so excited to be back in Chi as I had previously lived there for a couple of years. The host that took my info was so kind and excited to see us. The wait staff was incredible. The food was some of the best food I've ever had in my life. We went for dinner. Highly recommend. “First time here and wow, I was impressed! Arrived at 8:40 on a Saturday and the place was busy, but I was able to get a table for two quickly.The atmosphere was wonderful. Tables were abuzz and there was conversation and laughter all around. The servers and host were personable and kind, my daughter commented on how friendly they were.Food portions were large and came out quickly once ordered. Food tasted great and we left full! We had good service, excellent wine available, and we made some really great choices. Nearly everything we ordered was excellent in our group of five. Glad we did the shared plates approach. The cornbread madeleines were so delicious, we ordered some to take home for coffee time the next morning. Another highlight was a mushroom dish. All of the vegetables focused selections were excellent. Our beef and fish choices were fine, but not as impressive. I wasn't a fan of the truffle oil dessert, but honestly it reminded me that my palate isn't as sophisticated as some others' are. What I expected was different than what we received. I tried it anyway, and it was too much umami and charred/burnt flavors. It tasted like it looked, so I know it was me, not the kitchen. We'd ordered several other desserts, and I loved all the others. I was more disappointed in myself that I didn't like it. Good decor, fits in well with the intended vibe. We found it somewhat noisy; perhaps if the (cool) music was turned down by half, it would be more conducive to friendly conversation. Lighting was a bit dim but not bad. Definitely have been recommending S.K.Y. They are inventive and enthusiastic. There's some room for improvement but I believe it will be truly great.“

“My guy and I dined there last night and I can only say that every aspect of this visit was, on a scale from 1 to 5, a 10. Atmosphere, service, cleanliness, promptly being seated AND served with a reservation, courteous waitstaff, and last but not least...every dish we tasted was superbly plated and tasted amazing. We had the restaurant week special with 3 entrees. We chose the pot roast, blackened salmon w/creamed spinach, honey chicken with fried pound cake, short ribs /mashed potatoes, shrimp n grits. Well done! We will be coming back!“

“I'm a sucker for Heritage's Happy Hour Oyster for a while so had to circle back for the restaurant week. The whole experience was giving East meets West as it covers a good range of dishes/inspired cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised with how each courses was planned out, with very balanced flavor combinations, leaving me full but not uncomfortably stuffed. My favorite we're definitely the tuna crudo, braised beef and fiancier, hopefully that make the official menu one day. Overall great experience and the downstairs speakeasy space makes it so fun to eat and catch up.“

“This location is so cute! I love the decor and of course the ice cream! It is a very popular spot for ice cream in the summer time so be prepared for the long line. The staff does a great job at keeping the line moving but there are a lot of people and families who love this place! There is some parking but like I said it gets crowded so you may end up parking down the street.“

He loved it!!! The mole sauce on it was delicious. Oh, we also ordered taquitos as an appetizer which could be a meal in itself for one person haha!
