The food is fine but the customer service is atrocious. Zero sense of urgency amongst the workers, they told us it'd be a 30 minute wait after ordering and ended up being 53 minutes (for 6 total pancakes!)There is very little food that I would wait that long for and these pancakes are definitely not good enough to warrant that wait. Will not be coming back.
It's really delicious here. I was surprised at how high the quality of the fluffy soufflé pancakes was. I want you to feel like you've been fooled and eat the soufflé pancakes. I honestly didn't expect it to be this delicious. It was so delicious that I thought there aren't many places like this in Japan.Takoyaki is normal. But it's usually delicious.I want you to try this soufflé pancake?. It was really fluffy, slightly sweet, and the fresh cream didn't make it taste too bad....read full review

I have visited Hanabusa Cafe a couple times during my visits to the city. I love the pancakes and the kiwi drink! There may sometimes be a line and you have to wait outside but it has never been too long of a wait.
