“Hands down to the best ramen and Japanese curry place in the South Loop! Everything was delicious! I went twice during my 3 days vacation in Chicago. I was so lucky that Chinatown was only 15min walking from my hotel. I wish I could go anytime I want but I live too far.Service is super great! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Japanese food. For sure I’ll be back whenever I’m close.“
“Ever since my go to restaurant Hong Min closed, I have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant. I live 4 minutes away and my girlfriends wanted to try this new restaurant Harmony in Palos Heights. They both ordered Pina coladas and they said it's pricey but pretty delicious. My dirty martini is gross. Dirty martini was my choice of drink so I've had quite a few and this is one that normally tells you they don't know what they're doing. It's just straight up vodka. No vermouth and no brine. Nothing but vodka with ice.Service was pleasant. Very friendly and the place was pretty big. Love how spacious the booths are which was very comfortable.Pot stickers was big and doughy and I had the Mongolian beef and it was delicious but it is spicy. I can eat spice and this was right up my alley. Chicken fried rice was also pretty good. Love how big the portions are and not skimpy at all.If my dirty martini was good, I probably would have given them 5 stars. It is my fault for ordering a dirty at a Chinese restaurant but with a liquor license, I expect that's doable. They could have simply say, please order from the menu or wine. We don't do martinis. Still a decent 4 stars. Will definitely be back for other dishes maybe no alcohol for me.“
“Very quick I like that you can create your personal noodles as you like, pretty quick service with food so hot that it sautéed my tongue blue-rare, the crab ragoon so creamy and crunchy at the same time.Vegetarian options: They give vegetarian options for each part of the process of the noodle customization“
“I was back in the neighborhood doing errands and decided to order pickup for lunch.I ordered the lunch special Chicken basil.I asked for the dish to be spicy. The chicken soup included in lunch special.was so.delicious.The dumpling great and the Spicy Basil chicken fantastic! I truly enjoyed my lunch Definitely will.return.and highly reccomend.“
“My family and I come here often and love the food! Everything is so consistently delicious. We have many different dishes and have not ever been disappointed!Kid-friendliness: The woman who owns the restaurant always remembers exactly what our son orders.“
“Don't worry about getting lost in here, you'll just get lost no matter what. But remember, you're here for the BBQ, and that BBQ may just be the best you've ever had. Remember to say "mmm goy" to thank them in Cantonese!“
“I’ve been to this location many times for lunch and dinner, mostly pick up. The food here is quality is very good, the lunch menu is a great deal as seen on photo, the portion is great. Compliments to the Chef and all of the hard working staff! I recommend getting the jalapeño fried rice ! It is amazing!Parking: Parking lot on side of building“
“Cute little Cafe. Was looking for a place that had a gluten free menu while visiting. Server was friendly and knowledgeable and reassured me that they had a seperate prep area and cooked gluten free food on a seperate grill. I ordered the steak sandwich and fruit cup. Little pricey for a sandwich that was more veggie than meat. Fruit had a funny taste to it, maybe because it was out of season. Husband ordered regular steak sandwich as well, it was in a pita. He liked it. Daughter ordered chicken club and thought it was very good. They also gave gluten free dessert. I did not indulge in dessert. Overall, not a bad place to eat. If in Chicago again I would definitely stop in. I have Celiac and did not get sick from eating here, so that is a bonus.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu.Parking: Paid street parking.Kid-friendliness: My daughter was able to find something to eat.“
“I thought it was very tasty. The pick up order only took 15 minutes even on a busy night during dinner time. The chicken fried rice, beef lo mein, and salmon roll were delicious. Tasted just as good the next day for leftovers. 我喜欢牛肉面和鸡肉炒饭!谢谢!“
“I love it there bc I love the brown rice that looks so watering and oily with shrimp and green veggies and I love it sm bc its my childhood favorite food but theres always dudes hanging around the shop and its uncomfortableParking: free parkinggKid-friendliness: they love me ??????“
“review:I ordered sushi and beef rib soup and it was really delicious.Sushi: The sashimi is thicker than other places and has a good texture. It's actually better than most Japanese restaurants. I don't think there's any reason to go to another Japanese restaurant.Ugeoji Galbitang: It tastes like the real thing in Korea, not the typical MSG taste you get on the market. Be sure to come and try it. As I was eating frantically, I only took pictures of empty dishes. The spoon is the real spoon of truth. The owner is really kind. I will definitely visit again here.“
“At Em Asian Corner I ordered the smoothie and it tasted great. Even the goyza to go kept its crispness. I thought I'd need sweet and sour sauce. But they included a made in house sauce that was pretty good. I didn't even need the sweet and sour. Their sauce had a hint of sweet and sourness from the soy. The green onions in it was also a pleasant surprise. I just wish it had a little packet or something to add a hint of spice, but that's just me nit picking. I'd still give 5☆'s. Service was quick and I liked the buzzer. I feel if I bought a lot more food then I could probably get away with doing a little shopping before it buzzed... I'll have to check that theory out.“
“This location was great to get Chinese food until the pandemic hit. The restaurant would be open 1 day and closed the next. Hours were always wrong, even if you looked online. I would call to see if they was open and they would answer only to say they are closed for the day. I remember my husband calling one day to see if they was open. Someone answered and explained they was closed but it was because they had no customers coming in. Not only that, they didn't have enough employees to keep the restaurant open all day. Sad thing to hear. Food most of the time was hot and tasted fresh. Yes, in the pandemic quality and quantity changed but it's to be expected. Too bad the location couldn't be saved but they have other locations in Downtown Chicago like in Chinatown. Otherwise, the other locations are in Roscoe Village or in the suburbs of Chicago further away from downtown.“
“I love this restaurant, when I was pregnant fifteen years ago I ate here at least once a week, so much the owners know my order every time I call. I relocated three years ago but when every trip back home this is my go to…. I love you De RiceAnd so do my children…..“
“What a plesant suprise! Arturo whipped up a fresh Beef with [white] Rice Bowl along with some pot stickers and it was was delicious!! The beef was tender and the sauces were complimentary and did not overpower. It was a pretty big bowl so I shared it with my partner. Deanna recommended the Coconut Rice Pudding with Mango which was awesome! ... I could only eat half--a little rich, but awesome just the same.“
“Chi-Tung seems to have captured the title as the best place for groups to celebrate birthdays on the South side of Chicago. The hibachi grill delivers tasty food in abundance from soup to dessert. We all packed up enough food for a second meal. There's something really fun about watching the chef quickly and expertly cook your food in front of you. My hats off to Toby and Ken for being game enough to go for the sake streams from the squirt bottles into their mouths--twice! Call me chicken!“
