“This is a great place to stop for dinner if you’re in Golconda. The atmosphere gives you those rivertown bar vibes, and the service is fantastic. They’ve got a dining area and a bar on the other side. We had the catfish and fried okra, and they were absolutely fantastic. The star of the show was the fried mushrooms and the fried pepper Jack cheese triangles. The mushrooms are probably some of the largest you will find anywhere. You could probably make a meal out of just appetizers because they’re delicious and the portions are huge. A highly recommend you add this place to your weekend river trip agenda.“

“Its a great little place in a historical little town. The food is amazing! Beautiful decor in a historic downtown building. And they have specials everyday. The meatloaf is the bomb! Salads are great! Love the nacho Supreme, its best in southern illinois that ive found!“

“The pic doesn't reflect how busy it was, lots of large families/groups. This looks like an awesome place to enjoy outside. It's fairly dark inside, but decorated cute and restrooms were clean. Service was a pinch slower, but everyone was very polite! The fried chicken wrap was simple yet delicious, not very large so it was perfect to add the cheesy fries. There wasn't a whole lot of flavor with the fries, but overall the experience was great.“
