The decoration is amazing, there are lots of unique drinks and creative cocktails, wine and whisky self serve, tastings, charcuterie and lessons. In this case with came for a Bourbon tasting which included a lesson and charcuterie. I contacted them to ask if there if was anything vegan friendly I could consume and Patel went above and beyond, accommodating a totally custom made charcuterie with different vegan cheeses and chocolate. He totally went out of his way to accommodate and is so much appreciated. They definitely earned two new costumers and fans, plus the ones we will bring along. Give it a try!“

“Jude's has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Crystal Lake. I love the variety of internationally inspired options and the size of the plates is perfect. I brought a very large group of ladies there for Black Friday, everyone has particular tastes and was able to find something they liked. They have a very trendy area in the back with a huge couch/bench for larger parties which was so comfortable. To top it off, the staff are always kind and accommodating during our visits!“

“For a bar in Fox Lake this place is pretty good. It's got plenty of beer and liquor, along with some basic food to go along with it. Lynn Catherine's is hilariously described as a deli: that's funny stuff. Come here to play some slots and hang. The prices are pretty good, but you wouldn't expect to pay much at a place such as this. After visiting the lake we came here. It's one of the many bars in town, located in the middle of downtown close to a few others. This place doesn't look like much, but has a good amount of indoor seating and there's a patio. Drinks are cheap. It's about $4 for a basic cocktail like whiskey and whatever. Even though the food isn't impressive, it's not like it's bad. It's about $7 for shareables such as the Pretzel Bites. These were a little burnt, but not that bad to be honest. Good place for cheap drinks and food. It's popular with locals but it's a good place for anyone to stop into. There's also events like live music and whatever.“
