“I ordered the lamb chops called in to ask what comes with the meal was told a grilled tomato and grilled onion which did not come with mine for some strange reason $28 I should have gotten everything anyway I can say that it was seasoned well however meet was a little chewy could have been more tender perhaps cooked a bit longer rice was good restaurant smelled like fish but I guess it's a seafood restaurant so I digress not the greatest but not bad”

“Jerod was the only employee working with a line of about 20 mobile orders, customers coming in ordering at the counter, and answering the phone. He handled it all with poise and great service despite there being some rude customers and under stress. Acknowledged people by name and stayed calm while still following great procedure of quality and cleanliness!

Only suggestion would be to staff better — this is one of many times I have come to this location and there is only one team member on the shift. Management/company issue - not employees fault.”

“We chose Ottimo to host our daughter’s bridal shower. Everything exceeded our expectations ! When we arrived we were greeted by Danny. He confirmed all of our choices for the day and was there for any questions that arose. Food was served hot and everyone was raving about how good it was. “The night before our wedding, we brought our parents out for a nice, quiet dinner before the wedding festivities. I dropped a note in the reservation system about the special occasion and appreciated the recognition from the staff with a nice note, little sign, and a rose!

The food also never disappoints, we’ve tried steak, salmon, salad, sides… everything’s always been fantastic!!”

I also want to commend the employee, a young tall black man, who went out of his way to hold the door open for a disabled person in a chair and their family member. I shook his hand and thanked him and gave him the recognition he deserved for his kindness towards them. Little acts like these show we can still show respect to one another no matter who we are or where we are.”

“We ordered from the Mama Maria’s catering menu for a small gathering of 10-12 ppl we were having. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! The gentleman who took my original inquiry was pleasant, helpful and explained everything in detail. The night of the order we were running behind schedule and I called to the restaurant to make the change with no problem. When I arrived to pick up the order they were so helpful and even carried the order out to my car without hesitation. The food was amazing! All my guests loved it and it was a big hit of the weekend. Plus everything was packaged so nicely and labeled clearly. It was an abundance of food and we will definitely be ordering again! Thanks Mama!”

“Was pleasantly surprised with our early dinner meal today (President's Day) at Longhorn in Orland Park (on LaGrange).

Atmosphere was good, seating comfortable and service good.

I had a great value....8 oz Renegrade Sirloin, loaded baked potato, and mixed green salad. And complimentary table bread.

Sure...Sirloin is not a top cut, but this was juicy, tasty, and quite satisfying. The surprise was that large, well prepared potato and large mixed salad...all included in the $19 price.

For those preferring a smaller portion, you can choose the 6 oz option, plus all the above extras.....FOR $16.

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!”

The staff was super friendly. They checked in enough but didn’t hover, and they seemed like they actually cared about the people eating there.

I got the Everything Skillet with scrambled eggs. It had peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, basically a mix of everything. The veggies still had a little crunch, the bacon was crispy, and the whole thing just tasted good. Big enough to fill me up.

Honestly, that’s all I wanted. Good food, no hassle, and a calm start to the morning.”

It was my first time having it and it was very good. Workers were making an order of Dubai Chocolate for a client shaped in hearts. I decided I needed them for my wedding and put in a order. The chicken salad was good, but the dressing choices were limited and rather bland. My wife had chicken strips.
Parking was limited, which pushes patrons to use the very busy drive through.”

“I went here for lunch to try the impossible burger and take advantage of my birthday rewards. The burger was delicious. I will say I was charged for entertainment and didn’t know why. Apparently if you touch the device on the table you’re charged $2.99 that was a surprise. But because my server had already left for the day the manager couldn’t remove the charge but tried. So, he offered a card for a free appetizer or dessert AFTER a purchase though. Besides that the food was good and the service was great.”

“We have been going to Petey's for over 40 years. Chased out for the bill once, when we left it on the table. Food and service has gone down hill. The bar use to be two deep. Now, luckily they have two customers at the bar. Charged for drinks we never had. Complained about a $92 bill for two appetizers and a few drinks. Told we have to apologize before we could come back in. Melissa is horrible! Better restaurants in Orland Park!”

“We have been coming to this little hidden Gem in the BP Gas Station for years. Most authentic food around town. When you see everyone within the community coming here it shows our support for local business. The prices might be a bit high, but the food is worth every penny you spend. Great quality, great people Amazing Food.”

“I have had some good pizza in my day, but nothing like Pizza Boys. The best way I could describe it is like a combination of New Haven and Detroit styles. It is a bit pricey at $34 a slice, but definitely worth it. If the Michelin guide came to the suburbs, Pizza Boys would definitely have a star. You have to call for reservations, which seems silly for 2023, but just do it.”

Our cook was nice & friendly but he was easily distracted and overcooked a lot of the food. When we were so eating our ice cream, 2 workers came over to start cleaning & dumped a bunch of chemicals on the flat top which created a bunch of steam/smoke - it was awful!! They could have waited 5 minutes while we finished - it wasn't even closing time & there was no one waiting to eat, so I didn't understand the rush! I don't see myself coming back, there's so many great options near by!”
