You get the feeling your at a carnival or theme park with your fam bam the second you walk in and the service was uncanny!! “When you want ice cream, this is a great stop! They feature Premium Hershey's (not the "cheap" variety of Hershey's) and they had several dairy-free options. They also have very clear labels for gluten-free and other allergens right on the glass so it's easier to make choices!The staff were typical high school students, personable and efficient. The prices were lower than I was expecting, especially after I tasted the scoops - delicious!And grab yourself a color-changing spoon. Seriously. You'll thank me later & then want to take it home (we did! ).Overall a great experience. The only thing that would make it better is a couple of tables/chairs as all they really had to sit on was one long waiting area style bench. It was fine, and there's not much space for seating, so if it's busy this is definitely more of a "grab & go sit in your car" place than a sit-down-and-immediately-enjoy experience.“

“It is far and few anymore where you can go to a olace and customize and make your own ice cream! We love coming here and making our favorite concoctions with frozen yogurt and all the fun delictious toppings they offer! They even offer little cups so you can taste a specific yogurt to make sure you like it before you put it in your bowl!“
“Very good food, but what made our visit so special was Michael. He is so helpful and happy. His happiness is so contagious. We had just come in on a redeye flight. We were all (6 of us), tired and weary of traveling. His infectious happiness really lifted us up. He is a real asset to your store. I see why he has been chosen as employee of the month before. He was MORE than happy to get us anything we needed. eg. To go containers, forks, tarter sauce, napkins and so on. Kudos to management for giving this friendly guy the opportunity to shine. Good choice.“

“I've been going to the original on Halsted for years. I'm so excited to have one much closer to home. This is attached to Buona beef. The ice cream combination sounds so weird but it's delicious!!! The lady helping us was very friendly with a bright smile. The parlor looks great with cute wall art and the windows let in a lot of bright light so everything looks fresh. I got a kids cone and the presentation is NOT as cool as the regular cone. So no kids cone again! I just want the crazy tower in all of its glory.“

“This place is amazing. Pat is so friendly and their product is always top notch. It’s reasonably priced compared to other cone/bowl single serving ice cream establishments. “Great restaurant, crew was friendly and took order quickly. Waiting for my order could see it sit on the back counter filled by one individual then minutes later another one that was taking orders outside gave me the order. Why didn't those that filled it just turn around to give it to me?“
“I love Dair-dip! There desserts are not only a nice treat after the beach or just a long day but it is also delicious. It is now a tradition that after we are done at the beach for the day that my family and I stop by Dair-dip for a refreshing icecream. I give it 5 stars because they may not have anything to fancy or out of the ordinary but it sure beats the long lines at other places and I have made some great memories there that I could never forget.“
“Stopped by here yesterday to get myself a butter burger and was annoyed to find out I was charged $0.40 for condiments. Sorry but what? When did I have to start paying for my ketchup for my fries? Who doesn’t eat fries with condiments? Ridiculous.The burger was delicious as always and I enjoyed my flavor of the day. I’ll obviously still return because I love the food; but just an annoying observation I found on my receipt over my ketchup request.“
