“We went at 4pm on a Wednesday. We had the place to ourselves. Once you receive your food, you are on your own to refill your drinks and grab to-go containers. No one came to check on us. There were items unavailable to try, but overall it was good.“

“Extremely frustrated! I feel like I wasted my money. Instead of the small end I ordered, I received a center cut, which I do not enjoy. The meat was thick and tough, not what I expected. I'm curious about the return policy—is there a way to exchange it? If it wasn't already late on a Thursday night and if I lived closer, I'd consider taking it back. Lesson learned: always check your food before leaving.“
“Okay if this want located in the same building with a barbecue place and a sandwich shop (meaning NO PARKING), in a spot surrounded by crime, I'd put it right up there with the best good old fashioned donut shops. The donuts are fresh and delicious. The lack of parking is a serious drawback, and I'm not walking very far to get donuts on that high crime corner. A security detail in the parking exceedingly small parking lot would go along way to securing a five star rating.“
“A friend and I dined in for lunch. One of our brisket sandwiches was a tad bit overdone. BUT, when Dominic asked about our food we told him and he GRACIOUSLY took our sandwich and replaced it along with fresh fries. Dominic was an outstanding server.THEN, Dominic told us dessert was on the house for my friend and me.THEN, when our bill came we were only charged for one sandwich and not both.THEN, Dominic brought the owner, Steve, to greet us and he was also very pleasant and apologetic.The overall experience was wonderful. “Kirk’s you have gained a new customer. My husband got a tip and chicken combo. I got a mini tip. My husband usually doesn’t allow eating in his car but we drove 30 minutes to get there based on the recommendation of his coworker. The food smelled so good I just had to taste it . One bite and it was over! We finished the mini tip before we made it to the highway . I opened up the chicken and tip combo. It was at that moment when we agreed let’s turn around and go back for more. We returned to purchase the bucket of rib tips. Barbecue is our favorite food. But it’s so hard to find good barbecue so we usually make our own. So glad we found kirks BBQ I hope they remain consistent.“
“I don't usually write reviews, but this place is outstanding. Genuine Jamaican food, delicious, inexpensive, friendly, fast. It's worth going out of your way to stop here. If you are a tourist or visitor and go down to see the Pullman national historical site, stop by Royal BBQ on your way and show them some love. Get the oxtails or j*** chicken, plantains. I'm sure they do great BBQ but this is the place to go for a real taste of Jamaica.“
“Waiting to place my order was very annoying & frustrating.While standing at"The ORDER HERE WINDOW", I noticed 3 things that will determine the basis of my review!#1. I noticed one employee and heard another in the background as I walked up to the window. ..The Lobby w/max cap. around 15 people held approx. 6 customers whom had already placed orders.The most visual worker kept "busy" going about his duties preparing and packaging orders.My 1st and foremost complaint:Lack of Attention or No Priority given at The Service Window! The Main Employee, (even as another Customer enters the Lobby) never looks up ? ? not even once. He doesn't acknowledge my Presence for over 5-mins. He literally ?? walks right past me twice ??♂️. I didn't feel that they cared one way or another The Preparation Table & Refreshment Preparation was adjacent to the Take Your Order Window and the Cashier area was to the right of where I was standing. So there's no reason for him not to notice me.“
“I was greeted with a smile and the young lady at the counter was very nice and patient with me as I reviewed the menu and made my choice. I ordered the large tips and wing combo I also ordered wings (10pcs). My food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and was affordable.The food was delicious the ribs had a nice smoked taste to it the Bbq sauce was finger licking lip smacking good. “We went to Celebrate Ma's birthday. When we came in we didn't have to wait to be seated. Our waitress took our order, food was very good, but once they cleaned up some of our plates....we didn't see our waitress until we had to turn on a light for her to come back to our table. I know it can get busy on a Friday, but sometimes you do have to go the extra mile when you choose to be in customer service...I know I work in customer service and it can be a bit trying. So when you are waiting on your customers please remember to go around to check on them periodically. It's Just Good excellent customer service.“

“Buzzin BBQ is hands down my favorite local place to eat. I've had nearly everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. The brisket is my absolute favorite. It's so tender and juicy, just what I'm looking for. The portions are good sized, definitely worth the price. And don't look past the sides, that mac and cheese is one of the best things on the menu. Buzzin BBQ is frequently adding menu items, keeping the menu as fresh as the BBQ. The dining space is really nice and clean. I cannot recommend Buzzin enough!“
