And I've been to hundreds, maybe even close to a thousand different coffee shops all over the country. I am so lucky I live nearby! The coffee is always delicious, but even better, the staff consistently provides a friendly and warm experience.”

Authentic tasting mexican food, to include a Salvadorian pork rind and cheese dish, street tacos, HUGE burritos and quesadillas, creamy delicious beans, free salsa and chips, and Mexico bottled sodas in many fruit flavors. My new place to eat on road trips through Emporia!!”

“This was my first time to Schrockbier. I got the 1 meat 2 sides meal with sausage (they were out of turkey) fries and corn, trying to get things my 2 yo would eat. It was Thursday and smoked wings were $1 each so I got 6. Three buffalo and 3 Parmesan garlic. Everything was good but I should have just gotten all wings. Best wings I've ever had.”

“Tamales are absolutely amazing. We have ordered many many times and have given some as gifts to friends in Kansas City and other places who keep having us come back and get them more. The owners are very very nice and this customer service is great I recommend you call ahead of time if you're getting orders by the Dozen or so to let them know and make sure that they have enough.”

Food was good but I ordered the chicken taco salad that was supposed to have grilled onions and peppers in it and it did not our friends ordered a cheese burrito and a beef burrito they received two beef and cheese burritos. But the order got fixed and all ended well.”

Drove thru today with my dogs, and although one was a little less than pleased with his mom speaking to strangers (barking) the nice staff offered pup cups for my cranky fur-kid(s)! Needless to say that made both of them very happy & only had a little so no brain freezes, haha! Will definitely visit again! Thank you!”

“Great food. Been eating at House of Ma for more than 40 years. Best eggrolls of any I have had anywhere. Say hello to Alice if you visit this restaurant. Only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it could be updated.

“So I was in town for the bike race, and had just left McGrudy's (do not recommend), So I checked out this place, and it was actually really decent, met the owners outside they were super friendly and actually the nicest bar owners I've ever met. Unfortunately it was the deadest night of the year which I was told the opposite it was going to be busy, but the bartenders were all super chill super nice the atmosphere was pretty standard for karaoke night. But I can see this bar being a really chill spot to go on the weekends to socialize and have a beer or something. Mad respect to the owners for having mixed age crowd, I know that can be super sketchy sometimes. DJ probably needs a little help though keeping the mood going at times there was some really slow songs that maybe didn't fit the mood, atmosphere, and you always just got to remember requests are just that requests, don't have to honor them if it's going to mess up the mood You got to have a rhythm and a flow and you got to feel the crowd.”

“This visit, my second to a Braum's restaurant, was no disappointment. The burger was fresh and delicious, not like pressed and frozen patties. Real strawberries in the thick shake were sweet and rich with flavor.
The associate at the counter must have noticed that I was warm -- I rode an hour with temperature in the 90s to get there -- so the water cup she offered was wonderful while my lunch was prepared. Many thanks!”
