“After trying this place recently I have been back mutliple times. Nearly every menu item I tried was outstanding. It's hard to find their menu online, as their website apparently has virus or malware issues, and they are not particularly active with updates on social media. Everyone with whom I have interacted, including the owner, has been warm, inviting and appreciative of guests. I have always enjoyed my experiences. As someone who loves great cocktails, I did have a mixed experience. This is admittedly my own pet peeve, but I am not fan of cutesy drink names. I like an Old Fashioned to just be called that. It was a great drink though. The "Nanhattan" was also delicious, though I would maintain that it too was an Old Fashioned, as banana liqueur is more a replacement of simple syrup than of sweet vermouth. The "Dark Side of the Moon" cocktail on the other hand was a huge miss, being sickeningly sweet. I also noticed they charge $32 for a 1 oz pour of Blanton's bourbon (which I have seen priced from $18 to $30 for a 2 oz pour at other restaurants around the metro). Hopefully over time they will fill out the bar shelves, which are currently very sparse, with more options. The food presentation has been inconsistent. The first time I tried a short rib (no longer available) it was absolutely perfect. The next time I had it, the crispy herb leaf was missing. It's a small detail but it was such a fun, tasty addition the first time. Similarly, the aloo chaat, which is even described on the menu as featuring smashed fingerling potato, was absolutely delicious the first times I had it, but on a later visit the potatoes were served unsmahsed. This completely altered the texture and was not at all enjoyable. My wife was a bit bummed out by the very sad-faced leopard behind the bar. Despite my commenting on some negatives, I actually love this place and suggest that everyone give it multiple visits.“

We also had some black beans and rice, delicious and don't miss the fried plantains, they are beautiful. My friend got a little flan to take home and she said it was so good. “My husband and I, along with four friends, enjoyed an evening at The Puttery on Saturday and weren't disappointed. It is well executed, and we were greeted immediately by our Concierge, David, who was superb at making sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us frequently. The ambience is very cool with spectacular lighting, artwork and dark wood. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into it, and expense seemed to be no problem. We ordered chips and dips and a charcuterie board, which were filling and delicious. The charcuterie board, in particular, was five star and plentiful for six people. Drinks were very good too. Hats off to the kitchen and the bartender. They definitely know what they're doing. We had a blast playing miniature golf...some courses are more interesting than others, but hearing the crowd hooting and hollering by a missed putt or a hole-in-one added to the excitement of the evening. Essentially, it's one long bar with a couple four tops at the end towards the restrooms and then a series of very small tight for tops on the backside of the bar seating. This bar is been open for a long time and I could see why you might not notice it or pass it without consideration. However, this is the fifth time I've been in over the last several years and I'm always bringing somebody new to show this place off. Although I suggest it's like a classic neighborhood bar, it doesn't have the neighborhood feel. Meaning when you walk in and everybody doesn't stop and look at you. It's an inclusive and welcoming environment that I would suggest you could add to your night out as a stop along the way or a fun place to meet some friends to laugh and have a beer.The walls are adorned with photos of those who came before you and it has had a "recent" refresh. The bartenders are engaging, friendly, and efficient. If I lived in Waldo, I would probably visit this location weekly.“

I known what I wanted to order and expressed it. then owner then made space for two older white people who came nearly 10 minutes or so after me (check cameras), great people but it was done. she took their order for food and drinks faster and never even returned back to me for my food request. I eat here when in town regularly because it's great flavor and helps me to eat healthy alternatives. I'm not sure if it was great coincidence. camera shows I sat down at 650pm or so, I journal daily when I go to restaurants as I'm working on my next comedy project. I was under the impression I was seen as lesser value. it's 737pm and they just received their appetizers. check your cameras. I walked sad, disappointed and degraded. I asked them could I just add extra greens in the dish (which comes with greens) in exchange for me not wanting mushroom rice. I also ordered the Mac and cheese. On Friday nights they close to the public which allowed us to have the entire space all to ourselves from 7pm-11pm.
