From the moment we started planning to the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond for us to bring our vision to life. Everyone genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and it showed in every detail. We especially could not have done this without Sarah, our wedding coordinator through Chenault Vineyards. She was by our side every step of the way throughout the stresses of wedding planning this past year. Her guidance, professionalism, and attention to detail are impeccable, and Chenault Vineyards is so lucky to have her!! She made the entire process feel manageable and allowed us to truly enjoy our day while she handled all the details in the background without us having to worry. It was sort of difficult to find a venue that could accommodate an indoor ceremony since we got married in December, but Chenault Vineyards made it seamless by beautifully splitting the large reception hall so we could have both our ceremony and reception in the same space. We also loved having access to different areas of the vineyard for photos which gave us such a variety of landscapes and made our photos even more special. We are endlessly grateful for the entire Chenault Vineyards team and would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience!”

Red Lobster features an excellent selection of seafood, side items, and desserts, and the Fried Flounder is the best you'll find anywhere. The service is excellent, and the restaurant employees go above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. There was a recent mix-up with one of my delivery orders, but Jamie went above and beyond to fix it in the best way possible. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. The way she handled the situation completely turned it around and left me even more impressed with the company.

Huge kudos to Jamie—she was over-the-top amazing and absolutely deserves a raise! Experiences like this are why I’ll continue to order from Insomnia Cookies again and again.”

The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual but the food and drinks are good. There isn’t that much seating and the entire time we were eating almost every table was full. The salsa bar was a good experience and when they say spicy they actually mean it with the salsa options.”

“I brought 2 ladies with me yesterday afternoon to this Golden Corral in Richmond, Ky. The food was in order. The buffet area was clean and neatly organized. We came down to Richmond from Lexington. I am the 2 ladies ate decently. I know I ate real good after church. The server named Stephanie was good to us. This Golden Corral is just out the way. This might out rate the Golden Corral in Lexington if this keeps up.”

“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!”

“After my wife and I both working doubles today, we really didn’t feel like cooking or driving to get food. We also live out in the country in no mans land. Big City Richmond agreed to drive “out of the zone” since it was a slower evening for them. This is our first time ordering from them- and it’s fantastic! We are so grateful they were willing to make the drive for us. We will be back!”

“Today we decided to try a new restaurant just outside of Richmond that I had heard rave reviews over. Dos Hermanos is located in the same building as the BP Station, but don't let this fool you at all. This place is my new favorite Mexican restaurant! Very clean inside and the food was better than everyone had described. I had the Dos Hermanos Special which included a grilled chicken breast, grilled steak, special seasoned grilled shrimp on a generous bed of rice with California vegetables. This meal was only $14.99 and was a huge serving. The steak is thin, but very tender and full of flavor. The chicken breast was seasoned and cooked perfectly, but the highlight of the dish without a doubt were the 6 scrumpdullyishous shrimp. These were absolutely to die for! The dish was topped with queso sauce which made every bite even better. My wife had the shredded chicken chimichanga which came with rice and beans. This dish was only $9.99 and was one of the best chimichangas that she has had in a very long time. There was a very generous serving of chicken inside and the flavor was out of this world! There is a very wide variety on the menu and I cannot wait to go back and try something else -- but it will be very difficult to change from what I ordered today. Don't let the fact that this is in the same building as a gas station prevent you from coming here. There is a separate entrance and it is completely separated from the gas station. Again, very clean, excellent food, fast and friendly service. We will return again and again! Without a doubt, the drive is definitely worth the difference.”

“Customer service is back.....but only on 3rd shift. I'm feeling like it's a burdeon to the gas station and Arbys when I order thru the day. No one ever smiles at me except for a tall Hispanic girl and the Asian girl in drive thru. I stay up just for the staff on both gas station and Arbys because it's a whole different world. Brooks and the red head (sorry don't know name) tell the other shifts how to act with customers because y'all the only reason my business is there now. Both them make me feel like I'm the most important person in the store and it feels good. Y'all got it down. Brooks even showed me a magic trick when it was slow to cheer me up. Sounds silly but it really did make me feel good rest of night. She won't tell me the secret to the trick though. On the Loves side, same to you. Those tall boys are good and the lady is always nice to me. Thanks y'all. Made me feel like I mattered.”

“OMG are these the best donuts that I have ever had in my entire life. My husband is on his route in Kentucky and brings these donuts home to the family we can't get enough .They are absolutely amazing we love them ,the kids love them, they are so good. They must have a pastry chef on site who's making these donuts because they are so amazing. But that's not the only thing ! They also have meals at this place that are beyond amazing. My husband got a lunch there and brought some home to me. I had some of their Mac and cheese that was so creamy so cheesy and so flavorful it was unbelievably good!!! We live in Tennessee he has a route in Kentucky we have actually talked about going up there on the weekend just to get a meal and some donuts. Now you know a place is good with gas prices as high as they are that you're gonna travel that far to get some food. If you're in the area , if you're not in the area..... you're gotta go to Richmond KY and get yourself to Doughdaddy's on Moberly Rd. I promise you you won't regret it they're amazing and I also heard they are very nice and a great staff I can't wait to meet them! Anytime my husband has a route in that area he stops in. Thank you Doughdaddy's please don't ever go anywhere you guys are amazing”

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.”

Sun, I have never had a bad experience at cookout and I come down to Kentucky several times a year and that is always my go-to place to eat”

The order was completed correctly so no harm, no foul. The location is very hard to get to and it's difficult to get back to the highway.”

I told them for what they don't have Id they are 11 they don't need it. the waitress said some states require that I told her well we are in KY and they don't...got the bill taken care of than we were leaving she started saying what no tip. I asked what she goes no tip..no here's your tip in KY they don't require an 11 year old to have an id...think from now on we are going to the Chinese place in Winchester...worst time I have ever had in this place...”
