The fish and chips were a big surprise, large portion of fish, rather than the typical large portion of fries! My seafood with angle hair pasta was good, but a bit too much oil, and scollops were slightly over cooked, but I would order it again.“
“It's the only Italian place in medway and its holding their own, it's a quick little place to eat if you live on the west side of Medway and even if you don't it's still a great place to eat. I'd rate the food 8.5/10 it's not the best thing I've ever had but it's still really good and they get the food ready very quickly.“

However, the service was a bit slow, as it took quite some time for our food to arrive. Nonetheless, when the dishes finally made their way to our table, they were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the basil-infused pasta, which was bursting with flavor. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food, but I do wish the portions were a tad larger. “I've been going to Gene's since I was about 11, so 1981!!!! Of course, back then, it was for candy and soda, lol!! As I got older, I realized what a hidden gem it truly is! They have great subs and pretty much anything Italian. Not just the deli but stocked on the shelves as well. I don't make sauce because theirs is so good. Makes my life easier to boot!
