“I am so glad that I "found" the Rome Restaurant about 2 months ago to take my parents to, whom I recently relocated from NJ to Medway. “I ordered a Hawaiian pizza well done on the bottom. They did just what I had asked for! The reason for 4 stars is that I also ordered a baklava, not at all impressed. It had no taste what so ever. I don't think you should buy that here for a dessert.I went on their website to order these items. I got a pop-up message saying I had to purchase $20.00 worth because of where I live. SMH. I live down the street! So I called and ordered my food, she didn't say anything about it. I just paid under 20.Their food is really GOOD. They are cheaper than Franklin Pizza and Deli.I ordered a club sandwich from both places..this is the best place and it tasted a whole lot better and it cost me $6.00 cheaper.Not every place is jacking up prices here they haven't, but Franklin Pizza and Deli has by alot!“

“Having dined at Basil Restaurant last night, I must say the ambiance was top-notch. The dim lighting and cozy seating made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service was a bit slow, as it took quite some time for our food to arrive. Nonetheless, when the dishes finally made their way to our table, they were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the basil-infused pasta, which was bursting with flavor. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food, but I do wish the portions were a tad larger. Overall, Basil Restaurant offers a decent dining experience with room for improvement in service efficiency.“

“I've been going to Gene's since I was about 11, so 1981!!!! Of course, back then, it was for candy and soda, lol!! As I got older, I realized what a hidden gem it truly is! They have great subs and pretty much anything Italian. Not just the deli but stocked on the shelves as well. I don't make sauce because theirs is so good. Makes my life easier to boot! Thank you Gene's. Everyone who works there is very nice and wicked happy to help. Every time I go in, it brings back memories of walking to the pool and stopping at Gene's on our way there. “Thought the waiter was top notch, we had 14 people in our party, a few provided feedback on what they ordered. The fish tacos were underwhelming, lacked flavor as did the chicken Marcello which was very bland. The fish and chips were a big surprise, large portion of fish, rather than the typical large portion of fries! My seafood with angle hair pasta was good, but a bit too much oil, and scollops were slightly over cooked, but I would order it again.“

My wife ordered first , a piece of fillet with potato purée and a red wine Demi glaze. My turn, panicked as I had 4 meals in my head that all sounded excellent but went with the classic veal Parmesan with homemade Rigatoni that is a huge upgrade from dry pasta . Veal was so tender , no knife required with well seasoned breading . The fillet was also tender, and well seasoned, she gave me 1 little bite? . If Tuscan onion soup is available when you visit here , GET IT !!! . Fantastic Italian take on French onion soup that was 10 time better. I rarely write reviews but this was a great meal . “Food was delicious! We had a little bit of everything since my whole family decided we wanted some sandwiches. We ordered 2 Italian sandwiches, 2 pizzas, 1 cheeseburger, chicken wings and fries, and a ready to go pasta. Needless to say everyone had a piece of everything. In Arizona it is rare to find even mediocre pizza let alone this deliciously intoxicating pie that melts in your mouth and tastes like a little bit of heaven. It is not oily or to salty. The crust is the perfect thickness and both crisp and chewy. I come out to visit my BFF several times a year and I never miss an opportunity (actually at least 3 opportunities) to have pizza at Marinho's. “It's the only Italian place in medway and its holding their own, it's a quick little place to eat if you live on the west side of Medway and even if you don't it's still a great place to eat. I'd rate the food 8.5/10 it's not the best thing I've ever had but it's still really good and they get the food ready very quickly.“
“We love this place. We come here when we visit our friends and take a trip to the outlets. This is our third time back. When the weather is nice there is outdoor seating. Inside is small but quaint. It has a homey feel to it. The gentleman sat us very quickly and we were greeted immediately. Water was served with warm bread and garlic oil to start, which is one of my favorite things here. My fiancé ordered the Tagliatelle con Salsiccia e Pollo. It's one of my favorite dishes, I only wish it came with more of that pasta! This time I tried the Pollo Mediterranean. The chicken and eggplant was great with the ricotta. I wish the pasta was tossed in the sauce as it was a little bland on its own but better once mixed in. Had the lobster risotto which I thought was okay. Finished the night with some creme brulee. Thought it was pretty sweet, but good. For the price you pay, not blown away with the overall experience. Had high hopes. Would try it again and possibly a different dish. Our waiter was pretty good. Tough to get good photos of the dishes. Pretty low light setting.“

I called them back, and the person who answered the phone was super apologetic, and told me to come in and they would make me the correct pizza. “I’m from nearby and we had on a Sunday 1 hour before closing, an urgent order for 11 pies. The owner picked up and within 25 minutes had fresh made 11 pies hot and all perfect condition ready to go. No delays, no hesitation and the quality was one of the best around. Definitely won our vote for future events. The place was clean and service was quick. He was respectful with our dietary restrictions as well!“
