“Use to be one of our favorite places. The last few times we've been, the food has been well below par. We tried to play it safe this time, and again, we were disappointed. We ordered Cesar salads with steak tips. Some of the steak was good, other parts were terrible due to the toughness of the meat. The Cesar dressing was homemade, but made with nothing but mayonnaise. I also started the meal with a clam chowder. Didn't taste great and mostly tasted like boiled potatoes. The atmosphere is fantastic. The employees and service are great and is one of the primary reasons we return.“

Not going to lie the pizza was not that good. Very doughy and and mushy. You pick up a slice and all the toppings and cheese fall off. Wasn’t happy with that. Our first time ever going there.“

“My husband and I ate here this evening after our son’s wrestling match at the local high school. I looked around for restaurants in the area since we are unfamiliar with Barrington. Oxford Tavern came up. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a try.Wow! We were surprised to find not only exceptional service here but also delicious food. I highly recommend the salmon piccata. This unassuming homey hometown bar/ restaurant surpassed our expectations. It is clear the owners, Alan and Lorree, take pride in their restaurant and enjoy interacting with their customers. Their daughter, Arielle, is an amazing bartender as well… personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable.By the time we left this evening, we felt like family. “Went for an early dinner here while in RI. We got the bruschetta appetizer which was really good. Three nice size pieces. We had chicken parmigiana and fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Both were really good. Portions were a nice size. Our server was Leah and she was amazing. She was on top of things and we never had to ask for anything she was there to provide it. There were a lot of regulars it seemed at the bar. It was early so not really too busy. Would definitely recommend this place and go back again when in town.“

“Ok so who knew Warren, RI had so many AMAZING food spots? I can't wait for my next visit to this cute little New England town.Most recently I had the pleasure of dining at Revival through a recommendation from a close friend and MAN! this place did not disappoint. The inside is cozy and welcoming, the service was speedy and friendly and the food selection was incredible. I also love a place that has specials - my mother in law enjoyed the short rib pappardelle. My first time having Osso Bucco and OMG - I need it again and again. Cocktails weren't half bad either, I'd love to return for a more casual snack and drink.“

“This is the third time my girlfriend, and I have been here, and all I can say is, YOU don't have to drive over the stupid Washington Bridge to go to Federal Hill, or Cranston, to get excellent Italian food. I don't mean to disrespect, but Spaghetti Lane does it right. Every dish I have tried has been flavorful, and great portions. I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's day. She had the chicken/eggplant parm, and J had the veal parm. I do suggest making a reservation, because seating is very limited in this establishment, which I think is fine. It's more quaint, and not noisy, which I like. Overall, I highly recommend the Carbonara, and Parmigiana.“

“We weren't at all sure what to expect. It was suggested in the Barrington Recommends Facebook group and the Google reviews and menu seemed satisfactory. When we arrived, we couldn't find the entrance and when we did, we had to walk by someone at the hotel being arrested.... BUT (if you made it this far) ASIDE from all that we had a wonderful experience. We arrived just after 430 with a large party, a toddler, and an infant and no reservation. The hostess & host were super kind and accommodating. The wait staff coo'd over the kids and was extremely helpful. And the food was delicious and surprisingly well priced. “I had to be in Providence on Saturday night, and had plans to stop and bring home food from one of two restaurants on Federal Hill that I have been to several times. Unfortunately, they were to busy, and one couldn't take the order, the other didn't even answer the phone. I looked to see what else was on my way home and Came across Don & Gigi's, boy, am I glad I did! The food rivals BOTH of the other places I would have gone. Food was ready on time and delicious after a 30 Min ride home. I will make this a regular stop every time I'm nearby, and special trips from time to time just because!“

“Went here for pick up only. I actually was not aware there is good pasta in Fall River and took a leap of faith. Im so happy I found this hidden gem!! They have such generous food, nice staff, they are quick and prices are reasonable. I would absolutely recommend here if youre looking for a good, warm, flavorful plate of pasta. “I live 2 blocks away from Rhodes Pizza, for almost a year now. I have never had any issues or complaints about the food, or the service. Decent prices and everything on the menu is really good. “My family has been going to the Son’s since my grandfather (Papa Lou) moved across the street over a decade ago. We hosted my daughters 16th birthday party in the upstairs hall and had a wonderful time. Everyone is very welcoming and I just love the popcorn served. It is a great place!“

“I grew up in NJ. We have been living in Rhode Island for almost two years now in different towns and I have never found a slice I would even refer to as passable. Every pizza place, the crust was wrong and the sauce was not what I grew up on. We just moved to Warren and I love brick oven pizza so I decided to brave it and give them a try…. Restaurant is chef ‍ owned and he works hard in providing an amazing dining experience.The duck is often a special and hands down better than any restaurant in Providence, Boston or NYC. Drinks are excellent and the bread basket served with dinner can't be missed. “First time patronage here. I ordered the fire something burger. The one with the Jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle sauce. It was a double patty burger and it was out of this world good. my only issue was that the fries were a bit soggy, but fries are temperamental via delivery anyway so whatever, and the flavor of them was 100% on point. Also of note, the burger itself had a really nice char broiled flavor that wasn't overpowering, just a damn good burger that reminded me of a good bbq. Thank you!“

“Our server was the one who made all the difference. We frequent Chateau quite a bit (have for years). This is the first time we have ever been disappointed with the food. Soggy toasted raviolis, fries that tastes like they were fried with the same oil as the fish, broccoli that seemed ‘off' and my chicken parm sandwich was just not up to your usual standards. We know we were a bit late (yes, we did call with our apologies) and the kitchen staff may have been turning over for the second shift. But our server, she was AWESOME. “Wife and I stopped here by default. On our way to Providence, a big highway accident made us get off highway and go with plan B. We found this place. Nothing fancy from the outside. Inside was cozy and untraditional which we loved. My wife enjoyed her plush wingback dinner chair. Owner Brian waited on us our entire stay. Informed us of the impressive preparation and imported ingredients for many of the dishes. Appetizer wings were great. Wife never orders wings, and she loved them. Best dry rub wings I've had in a while. Glazed walnut salad was truly delicious. Main course was neopolotin margarita pizza which was OUTSTANDING. Bursting with flavor and the crust was phenomenal to the last bite. Wife ordered the classic Chicken parmesan. Above average portion and very juicy cut of chicken. Brian mentioned the chicken Parm would not disappoint and he was correct. We live 45 minutes or more from here and we'll take a ride again. Great spot.“
