“The crew is very patient and caring. Also they care about the details. I especially appreciate the fact that they put the label for different sizes of straws, save time for customers and they are the only one who has that throughout the nation. No kidding, this DD deserves 5 stars.“

“I ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffees for 8 of my workers for their hard work on a project. The staff was efficient in getting all of our orders correct and quickly! They were already busy and took good care of us. We also ordered a dozen doughnuts if everyone's choosing and needless to say there were not any left by mid morning during our install!!“

“One gentleman there held down the fort for thanksgiving. My DoorDash guy messed up big time and this lovely gentleman handled everything for me. “I can truly say that this Dunkin has significantly changed for the better. I used to have issues with my orders every single time I pre ordered or ordered inside. It was bad to the point that I got smart remarks and rushed from a District Manager on duty. She was highly rude and didn’t even greet me but rushed me at the counter. So far the new Supervisor or Manager that are there almost every morning (Liz & Maria) has made an improvement on timing and correct orders. Always greeted and attended too, even in the mist of having issues with either machinery or short staff they get the job done right!“

“I've been working across the street from Red Rose for the last five years and they're a model of consistency. My personal favorite pasta dish is the chicken marsala over ziti. It is not overly creamy and has a great sweet flavor to it. It's unlike any other marsala dish I've had at any other restaurant, and the bits of (what I believe is) capicolla add a unique twist to the dish.“

“I always do grubhub at dunkin cuz if you go in or thru the drive thru they tell you their coolata machine is "down" and I don't want anything else, but if I order thru grubhub they don't have the opportunity to say that and my coolata comes to my house just perfect. Of course I have to pay the delivery fee plus I'm a huge tipper so the driver gets the tips that the window girls would've gotten if they'd give me my coolata“
“So now all know all major bus players in the Springfield, MA area hit this place but the review is only for Peter Pan Bus Lines. The buses they pretty much always keep in the new shape & such-got WI-FI, chargers, clean good drivers & such. now for those who may not fully know the previous review I had was only of the old terminal at 1776 Main St. in this place but thanks to the Union Station redevelopment that station is now ripped down but the garage if you got a coach which needs services no matter make/model don't worry & if a bad one occurs there's a branch called Coach Builders which helps in refurbishing & making it look like it never occurred. Thank goodness I did this redo.“
“Best DD in the 413 area! Fastest drive-thru throughout the region. I pulled up with 5 cars ahead of me and 4 minutes later pulled out with my order in hand. Employees have been very friendly, professional and great to deal with. Ofcourse the food is great too! Great job you guys!!“
“I have more good days than bad. They always make my coffee good but some of the staff seems to hate working there. Never had a problem with the drive through window but I can hear snarky remarks from certain female employees or on the telecom where it sounds like they're not in a patient mood. It doesn't stop me from getting my coffee because its still good lol. I just hope those staff members find more peace and possibly new job that they will enjoy instead of being miserable.“
“Best service ever at a Dunkin. This location is severely understaffed, though. My pick up orders are never ready when I get there BUT when I get there, their employees do not show any signs of stress. They aren’t upset and are never nasty. They are always above and beyond nice. My coffee always comes out perfect (this is the one Dunkin I can say I’ve never gotten an iced coffee that tastes like toilet water). It is really upsetting to watch employees have to run from the drive thru window to the register to the pick up orders because they are so understaffed. “I came here with my mom and uncle. I bought 2 small hot chocolates and a signature pepper mint mocha coffee with ice inside. The staff were friendly and very nice to me. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They have a drive thru as well. I went inside to order was because there was a dunkin donuts truck in the drive thru area. They have restrooms for both men and woman. The floors were clean and the coffee was very good. My uncle and mom said that they both enjoyed there hot chocolate. You can also download the dunkin donuts app and you could order food that way as well.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendliness. You can bring your small kids here and either dine in or take out.“
“I had to stop here because I had a tire go flat on the highway. I went inside to let them know my car was going to be out there for a bit while I waited for help. The staff was extremely nice and offered to help in any way possible. I explained to them I was on my way to the hospital because of a family emergency and I truly appreciate there genuine kindness. “This dunkin is awful. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The drive thru traps u, so if the wait is too long, once u r in the drive thru line, u can't get out. And let me guarantee u, no matter if there is 1 car or 5 cars in front of u, the wait in drive thru here is never less than 15 min. I have called and placed complaints while I was trapped in the line, they always state they will look into it. It has never changed. U can't even go inside most times cause they close the lobby stating they don't have enough staff. The last time I went here, I waited in the drive thru line for 17 minutes only to get to the speaker to be told they had no milk or cream available for my coffee. This place is horrible 90% of the time.“
“Pitstop on our way home south. The ladies were busy but very attentive. We were coming in with our toddler to use the bathroom and the worker had the bathroom key ready for us. I REALLY appreciated that. While my husband tended to the toddler I ordered a coffee and some munchkins. The women seemed busy with the drive-thru and I had to wait BUT their sincere ‘thank you for waiting’ was all that was needed.Great service. Thank you!“
