The food and drinks came out promptly with great presentation and the upstairs staff was all really friendly. Can’t say the same for the downstairs hostess who wouldn’t let me go up to Amazonia without asking her and then couldn’t find my reservation after asking me the details 3 times and not being able to pull it up. After she pulled it up she said none of my party was there even though everyone but me was there. Maybe it’s a communication thing between upstairs and downstairs but for such an expensive restaurant, the hostess shouldn’t try and fight you as you’re walking in.“

My go to order is a steak taco bowl. The steak is always very tender and well seasoned. The taco bowl is always overflowing and the amount of steak that you get for the price is amazing. Both the green and orange sauces, put all of the dishes over the top. I've also had their pupusa and tamales. I love a good pupusa and the curdito that comes with it is so fresh. Very good service, staff were great in helpful me find something safe to eat with my severe shellfish allergy. They do serve shrimp here but they do not fry it, so you can still eat the fries and plantains because they're not fried with shrimp. $1 extra to add plantains to meal, so half chicken with two sides (fries and plantains) was $17, which is pretty standard. Clean dining room, plenty of seating, plenty of parking when I visited. You can probably order in English, but they couldn't really understand detailed food allergy questions in English so I switched to Spanish. That's probably not a problem for a regular order though.“
