“Went there for New Years Eve at the new location. They told us it was going be at least a 45 minute wait and we were ok with that. Host took our phone number and added us on the wait list on his tablet. Took a seat out by the host stand and waited. Another couple came in about 15 minutes after us, also a party of two, and the same host told them it was going be a wait and they took a seat next to us. Even though we had been there 15 minutes longer and greeted by same host with tablet, he forgot about us and seated them first. Even though we were waiting right next to them and he looked right at us when he came to tell them to follow him to a table. We finally just got a seat at the bar. We ordered appetizers, two rounds of drinks and dinner. Again told it was going be a wait because kitchen was backed up. That was fine. Got our drinks and appetizers. Then my girlfriend’s entrée finally came out but they forgot to bring mine! I thought it would be out in a few minutes, but after 1o more minutes waiting for my food I finally inquired, and they had somehow forgotten my entrée. They comp’d one round of drinks. Love the new location. Love the food. But we chose the wrong night to go! I’ve never gone out to eat and ordered the food and had them forget to bring my entrée out.. By the time I got my dinner my girlfriend was done with her food. Just asked them to bag it for take-away. Still tipped 20% as I’ve worked twenty years in resturants. Kind of disappointed with New Years Eve dinner. Took the night off early to go have a nice meal and they forgot my meal!”

“Great ambiance for our group aged 14-75. The food is incredible with complimentary flavors. It has a neighborhood dinning feel with high end quality food. The staff RC and CT were very friendly, knowledgeable, inviting, not rushing of patrons, and a real joy and pleasure to speak with. I'd definitely recommend for any occasion or like us, no celebratory occasion at all. Great find for dining near where we were staying.”

“We had 2 experiences at this amazing restaurant in 1 weekend. First was a delicious lunch out on the deck on a sunny Thursday in October. Delightful mussels and a MOJO pork sandwich for him. Saturday was the wedding and it was perfect! From the food to the service to the fabulous weather, we could not have asked for anything more! It was exactly what our daughter envisioned, small, personnel and planned inside of 8 weeks! Stephanie was so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. The food and drinks were enjoyed by all, but the oysters were particularly incredible straight from the Darmariscotta River. The location offered beautiful views, plenty of parking and a relaxing environment. Highly recommend for small gatherings and events. Thank you North43!”

“I stopped in on a whim and boy I’m glad i did! We created by a very friendly host and then sat at a table and immediately greeted by our server whom was beyond amazing! His name is Erik (Eric) in sure of spelling! But he was friendly and warm and made us feel completely welcome the entire time! Ask for him if you want great service! It’s hard to find these days . Thank you for a great day out that doesn’t happens often . You Erik made it great THANK YOU!”

Our server, Brittany, was amazing. She was friendly, outgoing, quick, helpful, and very patient, as it took us a bit to decide what we wanted. Everything looked so good on the menu.
Kudos to the chef. You cooked our food to perfection.”

“Best part: If you squeeze in between the desk and chair, you can sit on the floor right next to the (floor to ceiling) window, and it's like sitting on the edge of a cliff looking out over the Turnpike. The noise level is well-controlled, and it's quite peaceful looking at cars and trucks roll by from six stories high. Needs to be high room on the back of the West tower for this effect. Quietest a/c / air system in any hotel I've stayed in, and the controls were pretty legible. Bed was comfy and slept well. Some mystery spots on the coverlet. If you're a DIY type, take along a scraper and some paint and you can fix the peeling paint in the bathroom. Stay away from the breakfast, if you're not used to a mass-market diet, either way you'll do just as well at McDonald's. 'Fridge is useful if you want to lightly freeze things. If you want the good ol' days of a freshly-made bed every day, get on it immediately. We waited til day 3, and despite obediently ordering 24 hrs in advance, chaos still ruled when we returned at 6 pm. The same fellow running check-in eventually arrived with a few towels; we decided he was probably running the whole place on his own that night.”

“This is a food court Johnny Rockets in South Portland. The shakes here are high quality and the food is a really well done, on top of the staff is very nice. Again it was a very good burger. This is more like an 80s burger joint family style. the food was excellent. However....I shake, 1 fry, 1 burger, 1 soda. $31.00 before tip.”

“Update: I tried their ribs and cocktails, which were much better than their steaks. The ribs do, in fact, fall off the bone, and the Lemonade was great. The fries were well seasoned. I am upgrading my previous 3 star to 4. Originally it was three due to the steak being completely unseasoned, I am unsure if that's what the steak is supposed to taste like but I will totally avoid the steak unless they show me that they season thete steaks.”

Over the course of the last year, I've searched to find the best whoopie pies in Maine and keep coming back to Cape. We've sent them to relatives for birthdays and most recently shipped them back to TN for our stocking stuffers. Their shipping arrives as scheduled every time and in great condition (used this service 3 times to different states). The store clerks are always very friendly, and they remain the best whoopie pies in Maine so far!”

“There's quite a line for this tiny little place. And the lines are either for good food or convenience.
I am happy to say that this place is both. I reallly enjoyed it.
They clearly use good beans, and the drinks are made fresh.
What made this enjoyable was the absolute flavor of chocolate liqueur. It made this drive through latte feel sophisticated and well crafted.
If I lived nearby, I'd made my way through the menu.”

My oldest daughter asked the gentleman behind counter about the "Ungrinch" beverage and it's ingredients. The gentleman proceeded to give my daughter the beverage for free, despite our insistence that we pay. My kids were incredibly grateful and it absolutely made their day. It was very generous and kind of the gentleman and I hope he realized the joy it brought to my kids day.”

I ordered teriyaki chicken with white rice and it was cooked perfectly. Chicken was very tender and still warm when delivered. Rice was cooked well, not mushy and not dry. They gave me a good portion with a decent amount of stir fried veggies. The seasoning and sauce wouldn't blow you away but it is still pretty darn good!”

After seeing her employee post on the Friendly’s Facebook page, I sent her a private message telling her it was my good friend’s birthday and, as a major Friendly’s simp, I wanted to buy him a Friendly’s hat. She quickly responded to me offering to not only give Mason a hat, but to set up a whole birthday table just for him. She asked how many guests we were expecting and what time/day we would be there and set up the cutest birthday table with balloons, decorations, and candy. She even made him a custom birthday card!!!
