“Stayed at the Siren for a week....went to Paramita almost every night, as it's directly beside the hotel. Echoing what others have already said, very chill space...great staff, great tunes, and a really well-curated selection of wine, beer and vinyl. I walked away with three albums, one of which is Fela's Zombie album. It was just so cool to pop down there at like 11pm and have a beer and listen to a live DJ. Really good spot.“
“I've been here twice and both times were so fun. I found the bartenders to be a delight. Our last bartender was knowledgeable about cocktails and made us things not on their menu. It is small but that's part of the charm. The lobby of the hotel is also a cool vibe so when people complain about sitting out there,I don't get it. I would only be annoyed being a hotel guest and NOT being able to sit in the lobby. The drinks aren't cheap but it's for sure a fun stop.“

Lots of steps going from the entrance to the bar to the restroom and so on but I liked the feel of the place., when it's closing time it's closing time they want you out and doors closed by 11. My order of pulled pork sliders and fries was delicious and very filling. “Our Family owned this bar back in the late 70s- early 80s, I was just a child. Now I own a great historic tavern in Marquette, Mi called Remies. 4th generation in the business, I believe the Candlelight and Remies are very similar, I would love to go back someday.
