“Heard about them on the local news and my local neighborhood FB page. Had to give them a try. Delicious food. Ordered the Alex and the Minnesota Chickena and Wild rice. The pies were so good and pastry was so light. Also tried their French fries and was not disappointed. Was fun to try something new and support a local restaurant.“

Otherwise, you would need to pay in a pay lot and walk over.Wheelchair accessibility: It is completely wheelchair accessible. However, entering and exiting the establishment may be tight if it is busy.“

They made an amazing coffee with a beautiful design in the foam that I always hope to get but seldom do. It was one of the best white chocolate mochas I've ever had. “Carb nirvana. Multiple Hudson residents recommended it, and we found out why. Located on the main street in town, the interior is terrific, and the service is amazing. It is friendly, homey, and roomy. Charley, the owner, is a fun guy, and his staff is kind and knowledgeable. We feasted, sampling a bunch of different pastries, and could have eaten everything in their display!“

“Was looking for a pizza place in the area for lunch and stumbled upon this gem. Saw that they had cheesesteaks on the menu and got a cheesesteak instead. Went back the following day for a Margherita pizza. Both experiences were phenomenal and will definitely be back.“

“What a cute place! Lots of things to look at and Wow, the tea selection is huge! I met my sisters for breakfast and we had speedy and friendly service. Portobelo mushroom and bacon waffle got good reviews. Very tasty. The jalepeno and spicy sausage quiche got excellent reviews. Had a good kick! The scrambled eggs looked great and tasted good. Just a tiny bit on the dry side. The fresh fruit that came with our orders included orange and pineapple slices as well as a few green grapes. All were appropriately juicy and were refreshing. I had the masala chai tea (black) and that was good too. I would definitely come back and try items off lunch menu.“

“Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Love the rigatoni. Specials are difficult to turn down. If you go after 4 pm, you can get a pannekoken. And they often have music after 5 pm. You may need reservations in the evening. When the weather is good, they have a wonderful outside eating area.“

Thanks!!***Please provide a changing table in the restroom.The beer was okay. The fact that they had other drinks (such as mules) was nice, trivia is good, glad they had a food truck. But, there was plenty of other people with infants there as well. Changing tables are a basic courtesy. We can't take babies outside in winter to change them.“

“What Brian and Harmony have created downtown is special. River Siren is a place for all. My kids enjoy coming with and playing cards, skeech or bubble hockey. It’s my favorite patio on the water downtown. The staff are incredibly friendly. The entertainment is talented and fun. The Porter, Stout & WC IPA’s are my personal favorites.“

I was on my way to the airport to pick someone up and stopped into Post to pick up. Not only did someone go around the buffet and fill a to go container for me but while they were waiting for their computer to restart, the chef came out and said there was no charge!!! “We arrived with a group of 6 during a busy Saturday lunch rush. They sat us in a booth adjacent to the lunch counter so we could all be together….and then we had a surprise arrival of a friend we didn’t expect. Our waitress got her order in pronto and her food was just a few minutes behind ours. Staff were super friendly, really accommodating m, and best of all the food was really good—3 of us had the Reuben! Yum! The diner atmosphere was fun and refreshing. We found out that they have little to no staff turnover—they all love the place and have a great time working there. Definitely worth the stop.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options were great! So happy to see that since 2 of the 7 dining can’t have gluten.“

“Their specials are amazingly low priced (as is their regular menu). Love their Coney Dogs (on special 3 days a week for $8.50 for 2 dogs and fries) and the M-F burger basket for $8. This place is a classic bar, the oldest continuously operating bar in Minnesota I believe. Decor is classic, has a tin ceiling, classic beer signs and the like. It can get really busy at times, super crowded l, as a random Saturday where I went in for Coney Dogs- the place was overflowing with bikers standing all over the place. It can also get really loud- I felt like I probably got hearing damage from the raucous noice levels of the bikers. The place is great overall. Staff is friendly, decent selection of beers mostly focused on people pleasing domestics and some craft beers (they are in the Pub Pass too). Check it out for some tasty bar food, just be aware you may have to change your mind and walk across the street to Mac's if the place is elbow to elbow busy.“

Unfortunately, I did not see any staff at the hostess stand when I arrived however, my party was already seated. I've heard nothing but fantastic things about the all you can eat fish fry here, so that's what actually brought me here. Fantastic! Fish was hot, crispy, and not greasy; also served with tartar sauce. You also get a generous amount of fries which were great... I love a good zesty fry. Coleslaw was tasty as well. I had to get the mini donuts for dessert and those were delicious. Tasty, hot, and perfectly sugared. There were a few things I'd like to try on the menu... Buffalo chicken wontons, cheese curds, and the burger. I'll have to come back next time I'm in the area. I'd say our waitress wasn't very attentive and not too friendly.... Just kinda felt like she didn't want to be there. However, the food made up for it. Restaurant is large, well lit, and clean.“

I have no idea what she was doing to have taken so long to ask for the beer and a menu. I was famished. Ya, for $17 bucks I want what I ask for! When I am famished almost anything tastes good, but not this. I am no expert on truffle mayo, so maybe that threw me off. If it was made wrong or spoiled, I wouldn’t know the difference, but I won’t order that again.One man band was pretty good playing his guitar and singing. If I had money to lose, I may have gambled or bought some pull tabs.I will go back for a weekend eve with my adult kids, and think they’ll like the vibe. The bar area appears mostly clean, but I didn’t walk around to see everything or use the restroom. There are two levels and I had a view of the St Croix River, the one man band, and everyone coming in and going out. I liked my seat at the bar choice a lot!The bill came and I added a 23% tip, but only the meal portion appeared to be deducted from my bank account. There's a small patio out front where lots of people were enjoying their breakfast.The girls working the counter were kind and efficient - everyone got what they ordered pretty quickly!I ordered a maple spice cold brew with almond milk. It was so hard to choose a flavor with all they offer - but this definitely gave me the fall feel I was craving. “I came here with my baby and dog for a quiet afternoon meal while on a road trip. The service was friendly and welcoming. I love that they are dog (and baby) friendly!! (There were 2 other dogs there during our visit, and even another baby.) The view of the St Croix River is beautiful, and the food was tasty. “When we finally found parking we walked in and were greeted by a gentleman coming out of the restaurant into the hallway. Since we had never been there before we didn't know which way to go to access the restaurant. So we saw the same gentleman whose name was Sam greeting us as we walked into the restaurant. We ordered some drinks and boy were they delicious. As we waited for our drinks the tilted Hawaiian and the pineapple bomb to come we couldn't help but notice how great the decor was. I loved the Hawaiian theme in the restaurant was a nice touch and also how the servers had on Hawaiian shirts. So we placed our orders, I ordered the vegan chicken pita wrap, and my other half had the crispy chicken club. I wasn't quite sure how the food would taste especially because I've never had plant-based food before. The food came out after a short wait and I took one bite of my vegan chicken wrap and knew I would have to return to try more items on the menu. My other half loved her food as well, so this was a great find. Also, they have live music on certain days. Although parking can be a bit challenging, the food and service more than make up for it, can't wait to return.“

“DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ll start with the good. Sushi rolls were decent - taste-wise. Now the bad. I ordered what I thought would be a lot of rolls for a special occasion for two people. I was wrong. I got home and was disappointed in the amount of food we got compared to the amount we paid. Rolls are pretty small. One roll had thinly sliced strawberries wrapped around it, which was unexpected and disappointing when I was expecting it to be wrapped in fish. We spent a considerable amount on dinner and were still hungry.“
