The retail side had a ton of great merch (those basil olives!!! *chef’s kiss!*) that we also stocked up on. The French fries also were good but look like something you would get next door at CHS Field.I had the duck pasta with ricotta cheese and it was a major letdown for me. I should have ordered the burrito. However the menu isn't that large so your options are limited. The pork belly was tasty but had way too much spicy sauce all over it.Will I go back? The stage is elevated a bit so even if you're in the back, you can see the performance. This place isn't huge, so you get a very intimate setting. Great options at the bar for drinks and they have food, even though I haven't tried anything yet. Looks good though! I could not believe the service we got the last time we were there. We had a table and our server was so on top of everything. Never had to wait long for a drink refill. He was so nice and funny. Really added to the whole experience! “Came to Char Bar for the first time for happy hour on Saturday with Kim T. Char Bar is a speakeasy on the inside of Butcher & Boar (through the glass doors). We arrived around 4:45 pm on a Saturday and it wasn't too crazy busy, we were one of a handful of tables. The hour menu was pretty good! A good amount of food and drink items ranging between $6-10. I had the Chicken Sammy ($10), Kim had an Arby's style 3 Way Beef & Cheese sando ($17), and we split the Curly Fries ($6). I also ordered two of the non happy hour burgers to go ($8/each). I really liked my sandwich a lot, chicken was perfectly crispy, the slaw was savory and sweet, Polynesian vibes. I would absolutely get it again! Kim liked her sandwich but she said the sauce was too much and soaked the bottom of the bun, the curly fries were fine. I had a dragon tattoo cocktail, serenity pineapple rum cocktail, and a frozen rum & cherry coke slushy. Drinks were boozy but pricey! Loved the menu showing the drinks very cute and visibly pleasing. Update: Butcher Burger ($8) was sensational! It's no Parlour Bar burger but it's sooo good, tasted gourmet and traveled well. Fun fact: the restaurant group over Parlour Bar also owns Char Bar! I ordered the Fresh Spring Roll Salad with shrimp. It came with baby kale, carrots, cilantro and house made spicy Thai peanut dressing. The dressing tasted a bit too spicy for me. The shrimp, however, tasted juicy and delicious. My coworkers ordered mostly salads and hamburgers. As for drinks most ordered alcoholic beverages. I ordered the nonalcoholic mocktail Ginger Peach Fuzzy. It tasted fabulous. It took some time for our food to come out. But well worth the wait. During the course of dinner, we enjoyed our company and laughter. I really liked coming here. Come to Hell's Kitchen. Bring friends, family, coworkers or a date.“

Brasa is tipless, saying it pays its workers $16-25/hr, and it does everything right: delicious rotisserie chicken (pollo a la brasa), tasty sides (the spicy creamed spinach wasn't actually spicy hot, but it was tangy and creamy), fast service, and reasonable prices---remember, no tipping expected. The two-piece rotisserie plate is $15 as of this writing and is enough to satisfy most appetites. An excellent deal for food this delicious and well-prepared. The décor and vibe is very nice too.“

We like the bar side, but went for a date night recently and ate on the dinner side. We had an impromptu four course meal that was curated by our server. We took out time and didn't feel rushed. Every server and staff seem to be in a good mood and polite, whether they are bringing you food, cleaning your table, or passing you on your way out. I called Parlour and they were incredibly kind and understanding. Within a few minutes, the manager called me back and they reissued the gift card in less than 30 minutes. I was prepared for follow-up phone calls and redirects to other contacts, but they made it quick and simple. It makes sense given the friendly service we’ve experienced when we dine-in. “This is my go to special occasion restaurant! We've celebrated multiple anniversaries and birthdays there, and the staff always treat us well. My favorites are the filet mignon, the street corn, and the 50 shades of chocolate cake! I was eating the Beef Wellington at Gordan Ramsey's Hells Kitchen in Las Vegas and all I could think of was "I wish this was a Baldamar steak". Their Sunday brunch is also a must try. It's on the spendy side, but for a special occasion it's among the best breakfast buffets out there.“
