“Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. As for the food, well, it is your typical subway, nothing special with the food. Also, it does get pretty busy during lunch time, but I have never waited more than about 8 minutes for my sub.“

The prices, the speedy delivery, the quality of the ingredients, it's just top tier. I haven't ordered Jimmy John's, or Jersey Mike's for like a year now while in Hudson. Their curry chicken salad sandwich is truly special, nothing else like it around. Do yourself a favor, and support a local business; not just because they're local, but because they are the best sub around.“

From the constantly fresh ingredients, the unique-add called “Mikes Way”, the professional and kind staff, to the clean environment and even awesome wrapping. Best sub experience I’ve ever had in the Midwest. I walked in here late one night after a long day and you wouldn’t be able to tell at all because the team here and the quality made this experience so much more than what other fast food places could ever deliver. “I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

“The staff has improved, the food is always good, its a sandwich. The price.. if this hasn't been said enough by everyone who buys anything these days. Prices are too high, but I can live with it. My issue is the tipping question, I just spent $24 on 2 turkey sandwichs, with only mayo. Now the machine is going to make me feel almost obligated, or I'm the jerk if I don't tip 20%. You want your employees tipped, leave the jar out that was good enough. Don't make me say no, as the employee stares at me. And I know they are in the food industry they can get tips, I'm sure slicing open a sub, asking me 2 questions qualifies you to get tipped in today's world. Regardless do the customer a favor, since we are spending $50 for a meal, get rid of the tip feature on the machine. Love the store doing a great job, Boston is very friendly love it.“

“A bit high priced but very tasty and lots to choose from.Vegetarian options: They have falafel, black bean burger, and humus as protein choices (all vegan). The falafel is very tasty and the burger is as you would expect. They have lots of toppings to choose from including avocado and roasted red peppers and pineapple. No extra charge for particular toppings either. They wear gloves for each sandwich and you can watch them make it so you know you will not have any unwanted items.“

Occasionally Delivery order is wrong, few small mistakes over several years of ordering, ie: asked no dressing/mayo on sammie and there was, forgot cookie, no extra tomatoes when requested, etc. But they ALWAYS make it right/make-up for their mistakes.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT...The CLOSING TIME!!! 9PM??? Even on Friday & Saturdays? Ridiculous! There have been soooo many times close to 9pm or after, that I want a yummy sammie and can't get one! ???Should at the very least be open till 10pm Fri - Sun! Especially in the summer! 11pm or 12am would be even better! I bet you would make good $ to be worthwhile! ?“
“Came in and got the chicken Philly and chipotle. I didn't know what meat to put on my chipotle so I told the guy to surprise me and let me tell you something. It was one of the best surprises ever!! Sandwiches and staff was BOMB! One of if not thE best sandwich I have ever put my fat lips on.“
“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“
“Second time at Hillside Kitchen. It is such a hidden gem! The SMOKED wings are just out of this world delicious! Today we tried the buffalo wings, curry garlic cheese curds, and the citrus jerk pulled pork sandwich.We have also tried the chips and dip with house made french onion dip(scrapped the container clean), and the wings with the Habanero Buffalo sauce & garlic curry dry rub. Oh and they have good blue cheese to go with the wings- the stuff with actually chunks of blue cheese. Which is great because the habanero Buffalo sauce has a nice kick to it! Definitely will be coming back!!The Chef has worked in a few kitchen around town and I love seeing the creativity he brings to his menu at Hillside!“
