Reasonably priced, light but filling, and the staff is super friendly.Vietnamese food isn't one of my typically preferred items to go out for, but Broken Rice has a wonderfully flavorful and delicious menu. The corn and quail, spicy beef broth soup, and the wonton soup are spectacular. Highly recommend this as a cozy spot to get a nice, big bowl of noodles anytime.“

“This is a great pizza place off north oak. When we were in it looked like they were remodeling. It looks like it's going to be a nice fresh look. The pizza was very good and cut into squares. Potato salad - good. Ribs and BBQ burnt ends- good. Only thing I had a concern with was the sauce, tasted like tomato paste or ketchup. But the meat was good without any sauce! “An average place that does the job if you cant get down to the city. The burnt ends don’t have the bark, or the bite… it’s just brisket… the jumbo wings are average sized at best, tough skin from the smoking with a good range of sauces. Big price tag however for just ok wings. The ghost pepper sausage has a little spice, not enough to have ghost in the name. Had to get it in a taco for some reason but I think that improves it, on its own it was a little dry. Granted I went late afternoon but that shouldn’t degrade the quality of things that much. The service was great, very friendly. Free cookies were being handed out left and right due to the lack of brisket, turkey, sausage, aaaand the caramel drizzle cake. Overall it won’t wow you but it’s better than airport food.“

“We had Garozzo’s cater our rehearsal dinner at Boulevard Brewing. From the very beginning they were extremely helpful getting the entire dinner together. They held a tasting at their restaurant downtown, where we were able to sample a lot of their different courses on their catering menu. This was a great way to find exactly what we wanted for our rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely fantastic and they were constantly in touch with us through the entire process. They kept us up to date through the event. We highly recommend Garozzo’s to anyone needing any event catered.“

“We always love a visit to Grünauer when we go to KC. This time happened to be one of the best. Everything we had was amazing, the pork belly melted in your mouth, the saurebraten was the most tender beef imaginable, and the soup special was life changing. I only wish the soup had a name so I could find a recipe for it, but when I asked I was informed it was a “Matthias Special” so I guess we'll just have to come back!!“

“We had only been to Rockhille Grilel once before and didn't have a great experience. Buuuut, we decided to give it another try during their Happy Hour. I got their Bruschetta and it was the BEST I've ever eaten and so delightfully plated. Simple, yet classic. Our server, Trevor was EXCELLENT. The Rockhill Grille will DEFINITELY be on our, "regular" list“

The blueberry lemonade margarita is delish! Always have had amazing, friendly & professional servers. Attentive, but not to the point of being annoying. If eating inside, it can be a bit difficult to hear. Too, if you plan on going on the weekend. Definitely, go on line to join the waitlist. My friends and I stopped here during our lunch break because we were craving tex mex I looked the place up and felt hopeful but once we got the food we were blown away! “My grandmother and I came in early in the evening. We were guided to a table almost immediately despite not having a reservation and the seat was nice because we got a good view of everything happening around us. Our server went above and beyond: constantly checking in if we needed anything and asking how the food tasted as well as boxing up our food for us. The food was extraordinarily delicious, definitely not store bought sauce! I kept thinking how I’d love to bring more of my family in the future. Thank you for a great meal and excellent service!“

“We happened upon this place after a big event at the convention center. We were looking for a place for dinner around 9:00, and they were open so we picked them. It seemed like many restaurants in the area were closed earlier on a Wednesday. We were happily pleased with Blue Sushi Sake Grill! We all really enjoyed our food! A few highlights were the brussel sprouts and the Thriller roll. A sushi fan in our group said his roll was the best he'd ever had. Non sushi eaters enjoyed apps, fried rice, and lettuce wraps. Not mad as we had dessert elsewhere but coming from an industry employee the last course in service should also be the last station to close in the kitchen. The meal itself was fantastic and everything i could have wanted which is why i was very disappointed i was able to try the dessert. Oysters were delicious, ribeye seasoned and cooked to perfection, bone marrow melts in your mouth, cauliflower that take your love for the veggie to another level. “I have been to many Tapas restaurants as they are my favorite kind of places to eat and this one was, by far, the very best! The food was ALL incredible and came out quickly after ordering. Usually at tapas places there are some dishes that are just "ok" but here...every single dish waa great! Our waitress was amazing, even providing recommendations (like getting whipped feta with the stuffed dates which ended up being one of the best things I've ever eaten)! The atmosphere is cute and cozy and perfect for a Spanish restaurant. Love the wall decor and all the pillows on the benches. We live in St. Louis and are already planning a trip back for a special occasion! Highly highly recommend. Definitely 5 stars in my book!“

“The fix has become my partner’s and my favorite place to go to when we visit Kansas City. They’re open hours during the day when other restaurants are closed which has consistently driven our business to them, and we’ve been glad it has because their food has been SO good each time we’ve been there, both their daily specials and from their regular menu. Their portions are generous but not ridiculous and again I can’t mention enough times, their food is great. The food has also been served to us quickly each time, even when they’ve been busy, and we’ve been there I think about 4 times now. I highly recommend this place, especially if you love delicious vegan food.“

“This weekend my boyfriend and I were wanting some Birria tacos. We found GG's Barbacoa Cafe on Yelp. I'm so glad we decided to stop in. The service was great. We were promptly helped and was offered assistance. We got a plate of 4 Birria tacos. We also got the Horchata and both were so delicious. We would definitely come back.“
