“We went here three times yesterday. Yes, three times. We were at an event around the corner and were able to walk over. We ate at 5 of the venders. All were fabulous. Mushroom burger, paneer wrap, avocado toast, curry fries, focaccia, street corn, and ice cream. All the staff were so kind and engaging. It was easy to find many GF options too. Just wish there would have been more heater lamps since it was cold.“

“Was in KC for work a few weeks ago and stopped in here. The beers are cold and taste great. It has a great vibe also. I was only there long enough for two beers, but left with two new friends, three 6 packs of Fire Tree, and one 6 pack of Captin Holdens. Will definitely go back next time work calls me back to NKC.“

Known for their wings and late night kitchen, Helen's is one of the few late night spots in KC where you can get food at the end of a fun night on the town.FOODI had the All-American Burger ?. It was quite tasty and I definitely recommend it. My friend had the wings and said they were delicious as well. We didn't try the pizza but that will definitely be my pick if I end up back there.SERVICEOur food came out quickly and our server seemed cool/nice. This definitely isn't like one of the more artsy, hipster, service industry dives in Chez's, Hillsiders, or even Easy Inn but those dives are few and far between in KC anyway. There was lots of sports stuff and generic beer marketing posters everywhere which felt pretty bland. I will say the patio was really nice though and a good patio is always important.Overall, I'd swing by again for a late night slice of pizza and a quick drink at the end of the night. The food was delicious, drinks were alright, service was good, and people were nice enough, atmosphere wasn't for me really. I'd go back for the food, food service, and the patio!“

“How spectacular! We’re on a family meet-up in KC, and our daughter reserved a few hours of pickleball time. The facilities are astoundingly cool and I loved the layout of the whole place. (I’m super impressed with the use of facilities and buildings in KC—well done!). The courts were excellent—we played outdoors, and there are nice indoor courts, too. We all had several different drinks—all excellent—and some fantastic chicken sandwiches with different options. Mine had bacon and pimiento cheese—and it was amazing. Ohhhh it had a side of beets and they were INCREDIBLE. We’ll be back, Chicken ‘n Pickle!PS please open a C’nP in southeastern Ohio!“
