“This is going to be a long review but stick around because it is worth the read. I have been going to El Miriachi for a LONG TIME. Pablo has known me since forever. Each Visit I have had here (which has been A LOT) has been nothing short of amazing, friendly, welcoming, delicious food and great people. What really topped it for me was Pablo agreed to cater my daughters second birthday party (Taco Twos-Day themed) with a diy taco bar. Naturally, being the type of person he is and restaurant owner he is, he went ABOVE and beyond to ensure the food was 100% fresh, hot, best ingredients. Pablo even threw in a piece of cake for my little girl (which she devoured) and helped me load everything into my car. Pablo and his wife has built something incredible at El Miriachi. We live in Hillsboro and specifically drive to House Springs to their restaurant because it is our favorite and we refuse to eat anywhere else. if you havent stopped in, DO IT!!!!!
