“Ok y'all this place is a MUST!! Holy crap this food was so good. It is located a little outside town, and from my understanding right on the family's working farm. Everything home style cooking, and delicious!! We ordered a lot. And there were a lot of us that came in right before closing, and we are so thankful they accommodated us! So we tried the smoked Gouda cheese curds as an app, the brisket platter, the catfish plate, the kids rib meal, the 1lb burger with brisket and cheese speciality, the loaded potato, the pulled pork burrito, and the pulled pork sandwich plate. These all come with an assortment of sides like mac and cheese, cole slaw, baked apples (wow!!!), etc. Everything was amazing. I wouldn't have changed a thing.“

“The best burrito I’ve had in Missouri. The staff were super friendly and helped walk us through the ordering process and answered all of our questions since it was our first time visiting. The burritos are MASSIVE for a cheap price and they offer tons of customization.Parking: The parking lot is on an awkward hill that can make getting in/out difficult if there’s other cars also trying to come in/leave. Would definitely recommend backing into a parking spot on the side if available.“

“Incredibly unique shop with lots of history hidden inside of it. After talking with the owner, Tim Jones, he was happy to share the history of his store with us. He was a lovely man who ran a lovely store. It is a MUST STOP on Route 66. I highly recommend it. Some other reviews are saying that it isn't an antique store, but if you look in the back part of the store and on the second floor you can find that untrue.“
“Gyros isn't on many menus in Missouri. And finding tasty gyros is even more rare. So when I saw it on Penelope's in menu in Rolla I cautiously ordered their gyros sandwich with tzatziki sauce.What was served to me was a delicious shock. The gyros meet was seasoned really well with garlic and pepper. The juicy meat shared the supple pita bread with amazing tzatziki sauce and its bright flavor. I treasured every bite because it was a reminder of the great gyros I enjoyed as a student near Chicago's Greektown.I'm eager to go back.“
“By far the best buffet ever! Even 15min before closing food has been consistently fresh and delicious since before COVID. Always my favorite restaurant in town when I come to Rolla.My ONLY complaint is how the diced ham usually gets messy in the other items around it in the salad bar. Maybe the use of tongs wouls be better than a spoon for it.Dietary restrictions: Meatloaf and spaghetti are beef only -for those who cannot eat pork.Parking: Parking lot is small and crammed.“
“We finally got a chance to stop by and check out what all the buzz was about. This place DOES have a few items besides the pie, so do stop in for lunch. We sampled the chicken salad sandwich and the chicken and mushroom pot pie. Of course, we added a slice of apple pie and coconut cream pie to our meal. All of it was delicious! Stop on in and support local!“
“This is a my favorite fast-food restaurant each time I visit Rolla. I have a lot of family memories associated with Maid-Rite and while the burgers are definitely not standard, they are good (and fun) to eat. The sides are almost always on-point and getting some form of ice cream is a must. Seriously, if you are in the area for any length of time, you need to check it out.“
“America, hell yeah, and "this hits the spot" are just a few phrases you may say when eating food from Tater Patch. Grade A wings, burgers, fries, and least of all taters. My expectations weren't through the roof, although they rarley are when trying new places, but my expectations were quickly disproven after my first bite. I will surely be visiting this fine establishment more often in hopes of exploring their menu more thoroughly.“
“Food was delicious. Stop there for lunch, I picked all you could eat starting with the BBQ chicken wings, just the first serving filled me, husband had a delicious hamburger which he couldn't finish, took the other half of the burger home, service was great.“
