We are in the store every Friday, walk in the door, she already has our order entered into the system, occasionally gives us a discount on our ticket. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help. The manager always stops by the table to say hi and to check on our order. Have not had a bad experience.”

“I moved to Billings two years ago from the OuterBanks of North Carolina. I have really been missing great seafood until today! I passed by several times but decided to stop today. I came for the Fish and Chips, but the I saw fried oysters!!! Oh Man!! As good as anything I had on Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills or Nags Head. And it was out of a food truck! Pictures show a really nice indoor restaurant. Don't know if that's still there, but the food shouldn't be missed. Highly recommend.”

“I just happened upon this place and once I did, I went back for about 2 weeks straight! Tugay made out food in front of us and always delivered it with a smile. I'd recommend the Sharma bowl with pita chips and dip.”

“Absolutely love Spitz on the west end. Food is delicious, reasonably priced for what you get and friendly service. Most recently, however, myself and 3 others came in around 8pm on Saturday night. While the food was great and service good the cashier that took our order had a few friends sitting up at the bar stools just hanging out. Not necessarily a problem in and of itself but when 2 of her visitors left to go get smoothies a couple doors down they asked her what she wanted while we were trying to order and yes she answered them with her smoothie request. She never asked for my number for my rewards points but another gal was able to get it after the fact(I think it worked). While we were sitting there eating the girls came back with the smoothies as well as more apparent friends and they sat up at counter talking and visiting for quite awhile. I get the vibe of restaurant encourages lounging or visiting while eating and playing games or whatever, but I think employees might need a lesson in customer service etiquette and not have friends hanging out with drinks from somewhere else and not eating spitz food .”

I finally decided to try the viral Crumbl Cookies, and they absolutely lived up to the hype! The presentation alone deserves praise; the signature pink box and large, beautifully crafted cookies made it feel like a truly gourmet treat.
Upon walking in, the aroma of fresh-baked cookies was incredible and immediately set the stage for a delicious experience. The staff at the [Insert Location, e.g., Cody, WY] store were friendly and efficient, making the pickup process a breeze.
I ordered a four-pack, which is perfect for sampling and sharing (though sharing these is tough!). Here are my highlights:
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk: A perfect classic! Served warm, it had a satisfyingly gooey center and the flaky sea salt on top provided the ideal balance to the rich chocolate chunks. It tasted homemade and comforting.
[Insert another flavor, e.g., Strawberry Cheesecake]: This one was a refreshing delight! The creamy cheesecake frosting and tart berry jam perfectly complemented the soft graham cracker base. It was light, fresh, and an unexpected favorite.
The texture of every cookie was a highlight—crispy edges with a soft, thick, and chewy center. While they are a bit pricey compared to standard cookies, the size and quality make them worth the occasional splurge.

“Last night we found ourselves at Phattys Steak & Seafood here in beautiful Billings Montana. Upon walking in the front door my nose was greeted with the most divine smells of butter, cheese and garlic setting the mood right for a wonderful dinner to come. After review of their diverse menu, we decided to start with some char-broiled oysters. Let me tell you, they have those figured out. A dash of hot sauce and a quick down the hatch, my taste buds exploded with sensations I have a hard time coming up with words for. I decided to stray from my normal meat and potatoes style dinner for my main course with a pasta dish. The Blackend Chicken and Andouille pasta caught my eye, and it did not disappoint. Exploding with classic Cajun flavors, it was everything it needed to be. My date decided to go with a classic Connecticut style Lobster Roll. The taste of warm lobster and butter with a perfectly grilled roll was sensational. It's not very often we get talked into a desert, but tonight seemed like a break from the ordinary. They had a Pineapple Creme Brulee and omg. The top was crispy, the custard was creamy and on the bottom boasted a surprise of a pineapple filling that totally set this creme brulee apart from all the others I have ever tried. Our service was top notch, the ambiance was classic steak house mixed with a modern upscale vibe. One thing I could not understand is why this place is not packed on a Saturday night!!! Don't be sleeping on this place friends!!! I 100% recommend this fine establishment and look forward to visiting it again!!!”

The atmosphere is fun and nostalgic, you get greeted by people who act like they are your besties lol, and that taco pizza holds a place in my heart man. He brought us water, set up a fan after we spent over an hour dancing and requesting karaoke. He’s kind, best service I’ve ever had, and allowed us to be festive in the restaurant! Amazing service. I’m sure the food is well as well.”

The sea salt bagel has that perfect bit of salt and sour flavor and the bagel itself is not too dense like most grocery stores. Crumb was absolutely perfect! The red onion and chive cream cheese was also incredibly flavorful but balanced to not overpower each bite with that strong onion taste. Oh and they also gave me a dog bagel for my pups that were waiting outside for me! 100/10 recommend!”

We rolled into the parking lot in our 40' 5th wheel just in time to grab a beer at 7:55 p.m. M y Hefe was the best Hefe I've had in 56 years. I wanted a second one but they can't serve after 8:00. What is it with Montana?Who stops at just one beer at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night? The customers were so friendly and welcoming. We introduced ourselves to a few people and the crowd around us just got bigger as people told us all about Billings, Montana. This is a beautiful Brewery and creates an amazing, friendly atmosphere. We may have to stay a second night so I could have that second beer”

You will always catch him rocking a Dixxon which is the first green flag! Seeing all the hard work and love put into his unique menu and artwork makes my heart sing. I’ve worked all over town in coffee and there is just no comparison. He also never fails to ask how I’m doing and make my drinks all cutesy. Bless this business and the man behind it. “They know my dogs by name, they ask how they are doing all the time. Love the diy dog wash super clean and we are in and out in 30min. They provide everything from towels to dryer and they beat part I don’t have to clog up my bathtub. The daycare is top notch always someone in there watching the dogs and making sure they are all playing nice. They can see when dogs need a break and are proactive to avoid any issues. 10000000% recommend this place. Everyone is amazing and cannot recommend these folks enough. They really do care about our fur babies”

Called the place and was directed to this nice young gentleman who understood where I was coming from and I cancelled my order. They were understaffed and I was very understanding and nice about it all. 4 hours later this nice lady shows up to my door with the pizza, still refunded me and told me it was lunch for tomorrow. Despite the bad experience, every worker there deserves a raise because of how nice they were either way. Exceptional people. Thank you guys.”

“We go to Café Rio almost every week and are never disappointed, the food is delicious, generous portions and great flavors, sometimes the tacos have a too much meat when you ask for double meat! The TOSTADAS are the usual we order on WEDNESDAY because of the deal. The SWEET PORK is delish and cilantro lime dressing is a great combo. The drink selection they have is impressive, Coke products and Café Rio official drinks. Mint Limeade, sweet prickly pear, and black tea are refreshing and pair exquisitely with the meal. They also have Horchata, if you’re into that. The service is okay, a lot of the time the workers can’t hear your order thanks to the glass partition and the din of the kitchen.”
