“My mom was visiting from Raleigh and after a long day celebrating my daughter's birthday, we went to dinner We were seated outside and what a wonderful evening ! Delicious cocktails, incredible service and outstanding meals (steaks) We will go back and sit outside when the weather allows It was divine“
“Met out-of-town relatives for brunch on a recent Saturday. No wait at 10:45 AM (but I had joined the waitlist online.) I thoroughly enjoyed my FGT Eggs Benedict & was generously given an extra side of scrumptious Hollandaise at no charge! My sister raved about her Mariner omelette and her husband polished off his Country Style Skillet in no time flat. Service was excellent. Prices were on point for the excellent quality of our food. We'll be back!! (Sorry for misappropriating your slogan, Mr. Schwarzenegger )!“
“The hostess and wait staff were so accommodating and really went out of their way to get us seated even though we didn’t have reservations during a very busy time with furniture market. The cocktails were delicious and the food was also great! Highly recommend the magnolia dip. Will be back!“
“One of my very favorite restaurants in Greensboro to visit. Great ambience, delicious food, and top notch service. It’s fun to sit in the outside dining area, especially during brunch. The black bean cakes are my favorite! I highly recommend this establishment for any meal.“
“I had a wonderful time with my friends as we enjoyed the food, entertainment, and the audience. The food was surprisingly good! While I know they try to get as many people in as possible, I felt “squashed in” as I sat next to a wall. It was hard for me to stand where it was time to go.“
“My biggest disappointment has been not discovering this place sooner. I was looking to grab some lunch in Archdale, and stumbled across Mary B’s on Google. Don’t judge a book by its cover. When I first pulled in to the parking lot of the row of shops, I’ll admit I had a few reservations just based on the outside. When I walked inside, I was greeted in a way that just felt so genuine. As if I was walking into a place I had been visiting for years. This restaurant operates cafeteria style. Grab your tray, make your way down the buffet and the staff will make your plate.I’ve been here 4-5 times, and have yet to find something I didn’t like. The meatloaf and chicken pie are always on point. All the sides I have tried have been delicious. I can’t not have the Mac and cheese. Try it, and the reason will become obvious. Don’t sleep on the pineapple pudding for dessert!Mary B’s is a fantastic stop for southern comfort food.“
“Best biscuitville I ever been too! Was on a trip and atopped at this location. The food was cooked with love and fresh. Thr pancakes were brown and fully. Not light and thin. The hasbrown was not greasy and the turkey sausage was not dry. A plus, other parts of NC biscuitvillea need to take note. Especially the Raleigh durham area. Great job you guys“
“I have been coming to this particular biscuitville since I was a kid. Used to stop in every Sunday morning on the way to church for a biscuit and 2 hashbrowns. Safe to say I know this particular location very well! The last two times I went, my hashbrowns were on a completely different level. Whoever is back there making these hashbrowns, my hat goes off to you. Fluffy but crispy, not too greasy. They are perfect.“
“This location is nicely situated in the Palladium area. Ample parking and plenty seating indoors. I love the dining area as you walk in. Because it is my first visiting, I just immediately walked through the dining area straight to the counter. There is a walk around path to the left to avoid doing this. I didn't notice it until later (whoops). I noticed they have pictures of local attractions on the wall. That is such a nice personal touch. The menu is not overpowering and the cashier was so polite in taking my order. She walked me through the menu and even offered me a sample! Absolutely the best customer service. I would return to this location just for that. I picked the Olivia's Old South chicken salad. It was delicious. The drink cups are nice size and they have plenty of fresh drink options at the drink station. The croissant was so fluffy and buttery. I just wish they would give you a larger portion of the chicken salad in the sandwich. The tomato and lettuce looked and tasted as if it was personally handpicked for perfection. I think next time I will pick an extra scoop of chicken salad. The meal came with the sandwich and a side. I chose the pasta salad. Yum! It was seasoned well and great texture. A pickle and a cookie were complimentary with the meal. I didn't wait long for my food to arrive and when I finished, I dropped my plate at the trash area to the right of the door. Can't wait to go back! I'm definitely adding this to my frequently visited places.“
“Everytime I've gone here the food was great. Yes there is a wait but what do you expect from a place with good food. They always draw a crowd. The wait is understandable. The greens are totally full I mean full of flavor. To say their food has no taste you must have bad taste buds. The pasta is by far my “
“Stamey’s has been at the same location since 1953 and they have great NC Barbecue, cooked over hickory wood coals. I have been eating at Stamey’s for over 50 years. It still tastes the same for as long as I can remember. So if you are in the Greensboro area, stop by Stamey’s B-Q, it’s great.“
“The loaded potatoes with Sausage Gravy were excellent we had to share , we all agreed we wish we would have purchased our own.Parking: The location is busy because of other stores it was crowded but the service went fastKid-friendliness: Kid friendly“
“i loved going here during lunch break because the workers are efficient and friendly. the food is kept hot under the heat and they make fresh batches often. it feels like walking into a place that's owned by friends so you should definitely stop by.“
“Stephanie's II Soulfood Restaurant in Greensboro, NC, is a culinary oasis where every dish is a masterpiece, crafted with passion and precision. From the warm ambiance to the exceptional hospitality, it's an experience that leaves you feeling like family from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a great place to eat and enjoy yourself.“
“I love biscuitville I come down from Michigan and that's the first place I go to is Biscuitville for the gravey and biscuits but they put sausage in the gravy and I'm allergic to sausage, so I don't think I will be coming back to biscuitville.why change things that are not “
“If you want down-home country cooking, especially for breakfast but also for lunch, then look no further than the Moose Cafe. They have two different locations (one in Asheville) and both are a must visit. If you love breakfast, don't worry, because it's served all day....and they even have an all you can eat option. As for the menu items for breakfast, you can't go wrong with their many breakfast. Platters, omelets, ? pancakes (Moose Cakes) and french toast, and sides. I loved their ? eggs, ? sausage and bacon, hash brown casserole, white pepper, gravy, and fresh ?? fruit. One of the many perks of being located at a farmers market. This location does take reservations and has ample indoor and outdoor seating, ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, seating, and ? restrooms, along with a friendly staff.“
“An experience that didn’t start the best, ended great! My family and I ate here for Easter Sunday. We waited a while to be greeted by our server while other families who were sat after us were helped. BUT, once we received service Cody was AWESOME ! He was very thorough and attentive to us the entire time . Thank you Cody !“
“The food was amazing we got the sampler Mac and Cheese which did not disappoint, we also got the Carolina bbq flatbread another excellent choice. The drinks were great I got a cherry vanilla old fashioned and a coconut drink both were delicious. Our waitress was very responsive and quick to get what ever we wanted. Highly recommend 913 whiskey bar. Only downside took a second to locate parking which is directly behind the restaurant.“
“I cannot recommend this Biscuitville enough. I will not go to another location. I have to be at work pretty early and I stop by here on my way to work at least once a week. I started coming for the turkey sausage english muffin. I don't eat pork, so that option is so nice. (I do miss the oatmeal though!) And the strawberry muffins are my favorite thing.I will say, I no longer stop by for the food. I go for the staff. The morning crew is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely brighten my day... even at 6 in the morning. Ms. Sierra is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She knows my vehicle, knows my order, and lets me know if the menu changes are going to effect my usual. And I know she does this for other customers as well. This place earns their regulars! Ms. Lacona at the second window is so funny and so sweet. She is always so happy to see you. You can tell she cares about what she does. And the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. My food is always made perfectly for me, to the best they can do it. I love my breakfast, but the staff is what makes this place special.“
“We had been in town furniture shopping and were looking for an early dinner before we headed home. Southern Roots was amazing. The atmosphere and ambience was great kind of a chic beach theme going. Our server was great she was very attentive and helpful. When my wife was having trouble choosing between 2 wines she brought her samples of each to help.My wife had a glass of wine and I had a spiced Manhattan that was on their drink specials. The Manhattan was great best one I had had in a long time. Bartender was nice enough to show me what she used so I could replicate at home.We had a rosemary half loaf for an appetizer and it was very good not overpowering but the bread and the rosemary butter complimented each other. We stuck with sandwiches we had a steak and cheese wrap and the billy bob sandwich. Fries for one side and cole slaw for the other. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Fries were solid and the Cole slow was a mayo base and alot of liquid which we like. The billy bob has a Fried green tomato, gouda pimento cheese and bacon. It was really good. If I came back I would have a burger with the Gouda Pimento cheese because I loved that and think it would compliment it well.Loved the visit and dinner and will definitely be back when we are in the area. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked great and we now have a number of other items we are looking forward to trying.“
