“Four of us went out for a special dinner last night that was a treat by my son and his girlfriend. My husband said it was the best shrimp and grits he ever tasted! All of the food was delicious and our waitress was on point and so fun and friendly. We sat on the patio and it was the perfect ambiance. I definitely would like to go again when visiting my son.”

“My husband and I have been going to Marios/John’s place for over 30 years and have never had a bad meal. John has done an excellent job from his managers to wait staff and to the wonderful tasting food. I recently had a private party there and every person raved about the food and the hospitality of the restaurant. I cannot thank John enough for making everything perfect. You are definitely missing out if you don’t go there and have a wonderful dinner.”

“I’ve been buying small batch coffee since 2014 and Magnolia is one of the best companies I’ve ordered from. The coffees are always fresh, never burnt, and their shipping is stupid fast. They also donate to cancer research which is amazing.”

Pulled up to get food, empty parking lot, no one at window to get food from, sign on door said closed for the day for remodeling. NOTHING on page saying you are closed, even said you are open till 10pm! What the hell?! Somebody is going to fix this issue! And not just with a free appetizer!”

“Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. Always come here in the evening and enjoy your time.

and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“My husband and I discovered Jets pizza recently. My coworkers told me about this amazing pizza I just had to try. Well let me tell you, jets four corners deep dish pizza is now our favorite pizza EVER!! We are a bit addicted to this place. The staff are always professional and polite. The store is clean and inviting. They are also honest, I left my purse there accidentally and the staff kept it safe till I arrived the next day to pick it up. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best pizza in Charlotte.”

The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.”

“HOLY TOFU!!! So I am beyond thrilled to find this place. They are SO nice here extremely accommodating. They make their dumplings from scratch, nothing frozen or premade here. We are a vegan family and they make everything special for you with zero animal broth. They are wonderful here. It's a little bit of a hike for us but so worth it. We had Vegan dumplings, Eggplant with garlic sauce and Tofu with mixed veg and it was all so fresh. Very happy with this place.”

“I always pass this and never went in , tonight I stoped in and told the gentleman working which ones I’ve tried at other locations and asked what he would recommend … I asked what the tiger teas were and he said they were brown sugar based . I got the black tiger and OMG was this tasty and delicious! I like that they have a points system as well. I am not sure how it works or if they have an app but I am super excited to come back and try more !!! Very clean inside as well.”

We have visited several times and they always go over and above our expectations. We quickly noticed that although we may have an assigned table and waitress, the waitresses support one another. “I have always taken my mom to the Golden Corral in Mathews for Thanksgiving since my grandmother passed and this is the cleanest and best Golden Corral I’ve ever been in. The manager runs such a great crew on busy holidays and he overlooks the dining room constantly making sure everybody is happy with service. He communicates very good with everybody and will help out his crew with any service someone needs. Such a great manager during these holiday times and me and my mom really appreciate this guy and all of his crew”

“We have been going to Osaka's for a number of years. They updated their menu recently as well as the quality of their product. The new menu and the changes to their product has been exceptional. It is our No. 1 place for Sushi in the area. I highly recommend it.”

..I grew up in the sardis rd area in 2000 and when we left the hospital in mattews after having my baby in 2010 my 1st meal was best wok II...... I get the chicken mixed vegatable and its amazing and my husband gets the extra spicy hunan beef....the owner remembers us everytime!!! We love bestwok II!!”

“I usually go there with my son and husband. All three of us have very different taste. this is the only restaurant we no one has to compromise. We all get exactly what we like. Our son likes Sushi, my husband likes Chinese, I like American. We try to go early because it's cheaper and we get a senior discount as well. we help ourselves to the food so there is no wait time. A refill of your drink is done very quickly. The atmosphere is also very nice. No loud music and the waiters a friendly and polite.”

“My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.”

The sauce was an exquisite blend of flavors with mild spicyness. I just wish it was a bit more saucy the noodles dried out quickly. My husband ordered the kungpao chicken which was expertly prepared. The sauce was sweet, sour and spicy all the same time. I couldn't decide which new dish I enjoyed more.

The server was very patient with our indecision as we wanted to try something new and gave us suggestions. We appreciated her attentive service. There were customers at several tables and she managed to attend to us often. The restaurant was pleasing, quiet and comfortable. Definitely going back for more drunken noodles.”
