“Had the bi bin bob & an order of 3 Mando. It was rly good even tho it's the kinda place that serves sodas by the can. It was interesting having the default utensils be some chopsticks & a spoon.
Fish cake was lit.
Thing me n my buddy thought was wild was how half the menu was cheap - $10 to $12 - & the other half was $20+”

“I’ve been buying small batch coffee since 2014 and Magnolia is one of the best companies I’ve ordered from. The coffees are always fresh, never burnt, and their shipping is stupid fast. They also donate to cancer research which is amazing.”

Pulled up to get food, empty parking lot, no one at window to get food from, sign on door said closed for the day for remodeling. NOTHING on page saying you are closed, even said you are open till 10pm! What the hell?! Somebody is going to fix this issue! And not just with a free appetizer!”

“Their layout is maximized for seating but it feels cramped no matter where you sit. It's a good business decision to make it so people werent waiting long for open seating, it just takes away from the experience slightly.

Ribs are very good here. Steak wasn't the worst I've had but won't order one again. Overall it was fine”

“Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. Always come here in the evening and enjoy your time.

and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.”

“My husband and I discovered Jets pizza recently. My coworkers told me about this amazing pizza I just had to try. Well let me tell you, jets four corners deep dish pizza is now our favorite pizza EVER!! We are a bit addicted to this place. The staff are always professional and polite. The store is clean and inviting. They are also honest, I left my purse there accidentally and the staff kept it safe till I arrived the next day to pick it up. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best pizza in Charlotte.”

We have visited several times and they always go over and above our expectations. We quickly noticed that although we may have an assigned table and waitress, the waitresses support one another. A family atmosphere like a friend invited you to "dad & mom's" house for a bite to eat, and mom and the family give it their all.”

“I usually go there with my son and husband. All three of us have very different taste. this is the only restaurant we no one has to compromise. We all get exactly what we like. Our son likes Sushi, my husband likes Chinese, I like American. We try to go early because it's cheaper and we get a senior discount as well. we help ourselves to the food so there is no wait time. A refill of your drink is done very quickly. The atmosphere is also very nice. No loud music and the waiters a friendly and polite.”

“I went on a Sunday after church had let out, so it was rather busy. There was a wait of 15 minutes, but the restaurant was completely full, so I dont hold that against them.
My waitress was attentive and friendly, making sure that everything about my meal was good. My food was brought out quickly, and was exactly as ordered. The menu has plenty of options for everyone, from health nuts to picky eaters and more.
They have nice desserts as well, I had the molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. It isn't a large dessert, just keep that in mind if you're expecting a large portion of dessert.
Overall, great place. Its a good date spot and conveniently nestled in downtown Matthews, NC, which has plenty of nice walking and shopping opportunities.”

“My husband and I have been going to Marios/John’s place for over 30 years and have never had a bad meal. John has done an excellent job from his managers to wait staff and to the wonderful tasting food. I recently had a private party there and every person raved about the food and the hospitality of the restaurant. I cannot thank John enough for making everything perfect. You are definitely missing out if you don’t go there and have a wonderful dinner.”

It Never ships on a timely manner and we end up running out before our shipment even leaves the shipping dock. It makes , buisness travel VERY DIFFICULT when we don’t have our product. Sure wish we could get it figured out SOONER rather than LATER!!”

“My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.”

“Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.”

“I have been going to Kami for years and it has always been amazing. I usually get takeout, which is convenient. The food is top tier at great prices. I usually get a bento box, which has a lot of food for a reasonable price and portion. The sushi is also phenomenal, as I ordered the Weddington Roll and it did not disappoint.”
