“I was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome. The hostest explained the entire menu to me, including the drinks and beans where their coffee was sourced. This was my first time ever having a crepe. I ordered the eggs Benedict and English toffee coffee. The service was great. Overall a great place to eat. Would like to go back and try their bananas fosters.Vegetarian options: One of first questions I was asked was dietary restrictions and there are lots of plates listed as vegan.Kid-friendliness: As I was eating plenty of moms came in with their children. They were all well behaved.Wheelchair accessibility: Location is on the first floor so it is wheelchair accessible.“
“The young lady who served us was so pleasant and patient, even though my guest was a bit extreme with her meal. Which was a little embarrassing. The waitress remained calm and pleasant. This is why I tried to tip to compensate for my guest actions.“
“I've been wanting to try this place for so long! (I'm usually a famous toastery kinda girl lol)I am sold ! The million dollar bacon? Worth at least 2 million! The Hawaiian French toast.... so good! Luis our server gave excellent suggestions and was very patient with my husband's picky requests (much for patient that myself lol) . We will definitely be back to eat again!“
“Kyra was an amazing server. She introduced us to the fresh juices offered. The staff was extremely inviting and welcoming. The food was over the top. I had two scrambled eggs with goat cheese. The turkey sausage was juicy and my waffle was flaky and soft. The perfect combination. We will for sure be back.“
“There is ample seating outside as well. We love that you can see the greenery outside.I had the steel cut oatmeal and a bowl of fruit. My husband had the french toast plate with 2 over easy eggs. Everything was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh. Our server, Sean was exceptional.Overall this was an awesome experience.I also got a veggie burger with greens to go.I am looking forward to returning soon.“
“Our first time at Vicious Biscuit but not the last. If you live in Charlotte and the surrounding area you MUST visit this eatery. Mmmm good! I wish I had taken pics of the food but we threw it down rather quickly- delicious! Here’s a pic of the amazing outdoor scenery while you eat.“
“While visiting Charlotte for a week long vacation I came across Snooze for breakfast as it was fairly close to my hotel. I found the selection and quality to be great with unique and traditional options. Shout out to Emma, “Chewbacca” and especially Bri for being amazing servers with friendly and pleasant attitudes! I’ll be back again before I leave.“
“Best place in Charlotte if you’re looking for a simple, classic brekky! I love going here after a night shift. Pancakes, waffles, omelettes, everything on their menu is great! You get exactly what you order. Great value too. Highly recommend checking this restaurant out if you’re in the mood for a simple, yummy brekky!“
“My family and I visited for the first time, and this place did not disappoint! The grits and chicken sausage were amazing. The upside-down pineapple pancakes were delicious as well. The food was so delicious that we forgot to take pictures. Oh well just know that it's oh so delicious“
“If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The food was fantastic. It a sexy spot! Great for a first date or to spice up an old relationship. They even have board/card games for groups. The drinks were spot on! They can make it all... Can't wait to go back...They serve dinner as well. Best fried chicken I've had since moving to NC.“
“Service great, diner gives you a really homey vibe and like everyone knows everyone. I was surprised at how good my breakfast wrap was, this is your spot if you want some real good homey breakfast food. I have yet to try their pancakes and other items, but I'm excited nonetheless.“
“1st time customer! Ordered the Taylor ham and egg sandwich for breakfast yesterday and was crushed to find out that you cannot order chili on sandwiches until 11AM. We northern transplants like chili on our egg sandwiches. The sandwich was still delicious, don't get me wrong. I'll be back for sure!“
“In town from Boston, I had breakfast with a friend on Sunday. The food was absolutely amazing! Don't get me started on the mimosa! YUMMY!!!! The staff was extreme friendly and had a smile on their face even though they were short staffed. The manager, Falan, was simply the best! If you are in Uptown Charlotte I highly recommend checking out Famous Toastery!“
“I was at this restaurant on Sunday 11/19/2023 . Went to Charlotte to see the Dallas Cowboys play the Panthers. We ate breakfast at this restaurant the food was very good and service outstanding . I wish we had a restaurant in Chesapeake Virginia or surrounding area with this type of southern cooking. If I ever return to Charlotte again this will be the place I will dine at.Parking: Parking spaces are available.“
“Consistently the best biscuits and service for any chain in the area. We drove past at least a dozen places to get breakfast there as we had the time and wanted a better experience. The only bad thing I can possibly say is I wish it was closer to home!“
“Jessica was friendly & quick to serve us. She is knowledgeable & has a welcoming personality. We appreciate all Jessica did for us. Thank you, Jessica!Vegetarian options: If the dish has meat Famous Toastery is good at accommodating my vegetarian requests.“
“OMG. This is the best biscuits I ever had in my life. Who ever is trying to figure out what to have for breakfast can stop thinking and just visit this place. People are super friendly, place is clean and food is superb. You cannot go wrong.“
“Lovely 50s styled cafe. The food was so well made and delicious.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options and can make some otems to order. I was wary of all the nuts on the menu but did fine. I didn't ask about preplike I normally do. But the waitress was proactive in asking about food allergies, so she got me into a comfortable zone.“
“I come here EVERY week with my 4 kids and we LOVE it! Always gets the French Toast Combo while the kids get a mixture of Mac and cheese and pancakes. Kids enjoy the pancakes every time while I enjoy my French Toast Eggs and Bacon. Places tend to have soggy French Toast but it’s always grilled to perfection here. The service is on point never had a disappointing experience with any server. Definitely would recommend this place especially because the food is fresh.“
“So glad we discovered this little gem for breakfast. They had standard dishes as well as more unique ones. I ordered the Booker T's East Side Hasher which was described as sweet potato hashbrowns topped with frittata style eggs with your choice of meat, green onions and cheese. I chose the chipotle chicken. There was an up charge for it but that was noted on the menu. I would not have described the swee potatoes as hash browns. They were softer with the flavor of a sweet potato casserole, but I like all sweet potatoes so still enjoyed it. Husband ordered the Blazin'' Saddles omelette. He said it had a bit of kick with the fresh jalapeños which he likes. Husband really like the apple butter on his biscuit. Overall service was good and portion sizes were generous. I'f like to return and try some of the other menu options.“
“Incredibly welcoming staff, excellent food, fun light hearted atmosphere! We’re from out of state and when the servers picked up on that they graciously gave us 3 biscuits on the house! The staff here are incredible and I’ll most definitely be stopping by again. Can’t recommend this place more, give it a try!“

Not much left as the picture shows lol“
