Giving 5 stars for Michael Wrights’s service. Saw we had been waiting in the drive thru for quite some time and he was quick to Apologize and acknowledge that the staff inside was not performing up to par. He was very sweet and kind! Staff and the pickup window didn’t say a peer unfortunately. Not hello or a peep. Food was hot though. So again, thank you Michael for providing exceptional service!
It's McDonald's. What more can I say? Placed the order through the kiosk, took a number and sat down. 15min later I stood at the counter 3-4 minutes with workers looking at me. One snatched up a bag of now cold food and handed it to me. No thank you, apologies for the wait. Not unusual for today's workers.

I was greeted today with paying for someone else’s order and almost getting that order and the lady at the window said “**** you b****** I don’t care where you work or how much you get paid, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER!! This lady as well as pretty much all the employees that were there today needs to be fired!! They are were obviously on some sort of drugs!
